Just purchased a Subaru Forester Premium from Brandi at Della Subaru. The service she gave was by far the greatest. A snow storm was expected to hit the day we were supposed to pick so she had the dealership get the vehicle ready ahead of the storm for us to pick up a day early. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

We just purchased a super clean, new to us Imprezza for my daughter. The super team of Alesha (Sales) and Jenn (Finance) were friendly, professional and just a joy to work with. Thanks to the whole Della team. There wasn't a moment where some team member wasn't checking in on us to make sure our experience was exceptional. Lucky for them we have four kids driving... we will be back!

I want to thank both Jenn and Elijah for such a fantastic family experience.My wife needed a new car and after a good deal of research, she settled on the Forester Wilderness. I was with her when she bought it and I was amazed at the personal service she received. We took her Forester on a trip to CT and then one to our cabin. On the CT trip, I was very impressed with the ride and comfort. On the trip to the cabin, amazed at the off-road ability.We went back to Della Subaru and I bought my own Forester Wilderness. I received the same stellar service and felt so comfortable with the buying experience. I love the vehicle and highly recommend Della.Thanks again Jenn and Elijah for such a great car buying experience!

I just want to say if you want a great deal and to deal with great people for a vehicle Della Subaru has been so helpful and fast about getting you the car you will love. I just bought a 2023 Forester today, and am thrilled with this car! It is even better than my first Subaru (an Outback) that I happily drove for 8 years. More importantly, the team of uncompromising professionals at Della made the buying, financing, registering, and insuring process a surprisingly smooth and splendid experience. Lindsay, Brandi, and Jennifer all used their particular fields of expertise to guide me, and everything was accomplished in a one day. It had been many years since I purchased a car, and significantly more time since I bought a new one. The great guy at the front who took this photo was also great, and an integral part of the team! As I got into my beautiful new car, head still spinning, they all congratulated me, and saw me off with aplomb. I cannot recommend this team, and Della Subaru enough. (The Forester isn't bad either!)

Jennnnn and Andrew are fantastic. I love my new car(2023 WRX) the sales and finance process was quick and painless. Jennnn was extremely helpful answering all my questions about financing, and Andrew was patient and showed me all the futures of the car! 10 stars and I d definitely buy another car from Della Subaru

Thankful for my experience with Andrew while I was looking for a new vehicle after my new truck had been totaled. I wasn t happy about looking again but he made it very easy an enjoyable, really making sure I was going to be happy in what I got and was comfortable!

This was by far the best experience in a car dealership I ve ever had. Andrew and Jenn went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. We didn t feel pressured on anything and they were highly transparent with everything we did. Andrew and Jenn were so accommodating. Again if you re looking for a vehicle these guys are the way to go.

Highly recommend! Friendly and professional staff. The finance portion is always overwhelming to me and Jenn reassured me from the beginning that I was in good hands. Jenn made the process a breeze and you could tell she truly had my best interest!

Jenn in finance and Andrew in sales are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful from start to finish. The buying experience was made easy and enjoyable with both of their help. I would strongly recommend the dealership and these 2 staff.

It pains me to change the once 5 star review, but the customer service at this dealership has seriously taken a turn for the worse. If I wanted to get treated like my car and I do not matter, I'd go to any local mechanic. I didn't expect to start getting treated so poorly by a dealership that used to take such good care of my car and I. I've called numerous times the past few weeks trying to get in for a minor repair, just for them to tell me "they'll have to call me back with a service advisor", hang up on me, and then I don't hear from them for the rest of the week. I'd also like to point out I was commuting over an hour and taking a ferry just to go to this dealership for service because of how well they were treating me, but now I just take it to places closer to my house. Since I'm going to get treated like crap anyways, I should at least try to save the miles and gas and go somewhere local.

After several bad experiences with dealerships in the past, I was not looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle. Elijah immediately made me feel at ease with his kind and calm demeanor. He was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable yet also patient and transparent. Not only was he professional, but I actually had fun throughout this process and walked away feeling truly happy with my experience! Jen handled the finance end of it all. She was incredibly helpful, efficient, and easy to talk to. I m writing this review the day after my purchase and I still have no buyer s remorse or concerns that I was duped. I recommend going to this fine establishment even if you don t live in the area. The staff at this location are just wonderful!

Started out ok, went a bit rocky, got ok again, got really rocky, but by the end we walked away with a very nice new vehicle. Wrote this in the heat of the moment now that it's been a day I'll expand. Alesha is a salesperson who is knowledgeable and helpful! She really seemed to care about our experience there and I'm glad we worked with her to get our new car! But some people in management really need to work on their people skills, it would really improve the whole ordeal!

I was extremely happy with my experience at Della Subaru with Andy and Jennifer. This was more than just a business transaction. They were helpful in so many other ways. I've already returned to the dealership with questions. I have 2 other friends that went to Plattsburgh Subaru, and spoke very highly of their experiences with Andy and Jennifer. That solidified my thoughts on where I should go. Jennifer even gave me tips and things that i wouldnt know otherwise. I certainly am not disappointed. I consider myself a friend of the dealership and not just a customer.

Yesterday I brought my old car in for a trade-in and Dustin, Lindsey, and Jen, all helped me out to take home a beautiful Silverado. The customer service was great and they did the most to let me be able to take the car home that day. Very appreciative of everyone I talked to.

I had the pleasure of working with Brandi after having a difficult time with a competitor across the way. She was kind and understanding when I told her of my experience. She also handled the challenge gracefully, of finding me the perfect car with a strict budget. I highly recommend Della Subaru and strongly suggest asking for Brandi.

10/10, 5 stars, Great service! Just bought my first car from them today! It was such an amazing thing to find people who were honest and understanding of my needs as a young college student. The car Kara Kipp found was the most perfect fit. Kara is the most pleasant and personal person ever and I don t think I could buy a car from anyone other than her. She really is that good! After one interaction I considered her the most caring, funny, and wonderful people I have ever met. You can tell she is well liked by all as she had many clients and managed to bring 110% to each of us, always.Car was well detailed and financing and DMV registration was all set up right there. With the help of Jen Cordick I was so pleased with how organized everything was. Jen even was able to help setting up GAP insurance and other aspects of the deal that she clearly worked extremely hard on to set up! Jen was very kind, and super helpful! Seriously this deal just kept getting better thanks to Jen and Kara! These women rule and I m so happy I went to DELLA Subaru.
