Was looking for new car and found Mitsubishi was offering dealer incentive of 2500 and 0.0% financing so I went in and salesperson Jonathan should me the car I was looking at asked if wanted to test drive which we did but I had a request that I needed to get a wheelchair in with third row up he looked at it and figured it out. I really liked there was no pressure he was helpful and very accommodating

Chris Adams was extremely helpful. And makes, what could be an overwhelming process, lighthearted and as easy as possible. If you need a car in the Plattsburgh area, Mr. Adams should be the guy you seek out.

Me and my husband went in on Friday and picked out our car with the help of Chis Adams. By Saturday we were bringing our car home even with few bumps in the road with paperwork chris made it happen! Any questions or concerns they were answered. If your looking to go car shopping head there and ask for chris I promise you won't be disappointed!

Generally Im always happy with service. However, when I had returned home, I looked over the report card checklist. Only to see a red check next to transmission fluid needing attention. I called garage back expressing my concern that I apparently needed transmission fluid or a problem. Only to find out, no problem, it was checked as optionally I can get this "flush" done. Needless to say $300! The fluid issue or option was never mentioned. I was told, sorry Im new. Well that issue caused me alot concern considering I live an hour away. I wasnt impressed. Overall service done was fine but should never have a customer get stressed for nothing.Extremely unhappy! I was totally misinformed on brakes that were done which caused major and costly issue today.Awaiting a return call from service dept. As i will be calling them again shortly. If there is someone else in charge i could call i would!!!

I had an appt with Chris for 2pm to test drive a van,called to confirm that it was still available at 10:30 was told it was,when I arrived he said ,it was sold just an hr ago,it happens,but why couldn't he call me and save me an hrs trip to Plattsburgh, very unprofessional, a waste of time

Will never return to this dealership again. They could take a few pointers on how to treat their customers by speaking to Della Honda. Very disappointed and have reported this to Mitsubishi.

I called my Sales Consultant the next day. I'd forgotten that Wednesday was his day off. He willingly spent 5 minutes answering my questions, even tho he wasn't working that day! I appreciated this very much!!

Loving my new car and Chris at Della Mitsubishi made it happen. I found my car at one of their Queensbury dealerships. After doing some research based on reviews i decided to call Della Mitsubishi. One phone call with Chris Adams is all it took. Chris took care of everything from getting the car to his closer dealership to getting me in it. He even brought financing staff over from another dealership so i could pick car up on a day that was good for me. Thank you Chris for making this a good experience!!

First & foremost every human that works at Mitsubishi is a balance of personal, friendly & professional. Will in service is top notch friendly & always willing to help any way he can! I have my 2nd car with Mitsubishi & am very satisfied with all the involvement from all parties throughout, & continuing. Not very many cons to be honest!

Chris Adam s is a great guy and great salesman. The transaction was smooth and quick. This is our 7th vehicle from the Della Company and I hope to continue the relationship. I just wish they had a punch card and would get a free car after I buy the tenth one.

I scheduled a service for my car and the only appointment available was Friday @4pm. Upon arriving 20 minutes earlier than my appointment one of the mechanics came out and threw a fit saying we don t have time for this it s Friday and it s almost time to go home. They brought my car back and only took a look at it for 2 minutes and tried giving me a $667 bill. Brought it to another shop the next day and the part Della said was the problem had nothing to do with the noises my car was making. On top of that I was suppose to get free oil changes and tire rotations for 3 years but what s the point of buying that package when they dont rotate your tires. I will never go here again.

Test drove my van on Monday, picked it up Wednesday, excellent service; Chris Adams is friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire trade in process so easy! This is the second vehicle we've purchased from Della Mitsubishi and we will definitely come back for more!

Walked in about 11am looking at new vehicle . Walked out at 3:30pm driving my new vehicle. Would absolutely recommend anyone there. Wonderful service all around. Will definitely go back for my next new vehicle.

Jennifer and Adam were absolutely wonderful to work with. They both were very genuine and it was obvious that they are committed to the work that they do. Jennifer seemed as excited for me as I was. Adam was very clear and informative about the paperwork as we reviewed each page. They both answered every question I had and were very happy to be doing it. It was apparent that they both like their work. It was a great experience. This was my first purchase from Della Mitsubishi, I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

Amazing Team ! We were stuck in Plattsburgh with our Audi since 5 am and they were the ONLY one to agree to help us !! They fixed our car, did a full check up and even handed us a 2022 highlander while we were waiting to go eat, all that for half the price everyone was asking - TO A GARAGE-. Sending much love and hugs from Montreal ! =) 10/10 service DEFINITELY recommend ! You won t regret it !

I have been treated courteously and my concerns addressed. The atmosphere is one that is both professional and friendly. I needed to have help re-connecting my Bluetooth, and the service was performed without hesitation. This has been the Worst dealership experience I have ever had. First, they ran my credit 14 times when I authorized it once and they did not tell me. The sales person, Shawn, was unresponsive, then setting up a time to get the vehicle that I wanted was next to impossible- they rescheduled the pick up time 4 times then called as we were on our way to get the vehicle that the title was not in their possession and it would take a month to get!!! They should not be pushing for customers to put deposits on vehicles that they do not have the titles for.

I am so impressed with Della for being a company of their word. I am truly impressed with the prompt and hard work of staff member Wayne and platform director Ernie. Their loyalty has ensured my loyalty to Della for future vehicle purchases. I would highly recommend this company.Update to my review from 2 years ago: Della Mitsubishi and their customer service is absolutely wonderful. My car was scheduled for an inspection and I called ahead to see if they were on schedule and how long it would take. I was informed that they were on schedule and that I could even bring my car in a few minutes earlier if I would like. My car was brought in by my father about 15 minutes before my 11:00 appointment. My father notified me that my inspection was all done and he was just leaving at 11:17. I am very impressed with the speed of the service and punctuality with the given appointment time. My father said the workers were all very pleasant and it was a stress free experience!

I had a good experience with Della Mitsubishi purchasing my Outlander. The process of buying was very smooth and Chris did a great job working with me to get a payment I could afford. I love the vehicle and it s perfect for my family of 6. It is great in the snow which is a must in the North Country. My only complaint is that the car was not cleaned very well when I drove it off the lot. I thought that usually the dealership would make sure a vehicle is cleaned really well for the buyer. Overall a great experience!
