Lost a Step and fender while on freeway on 8 year old Nitro boat trailer. Emailed Day Boats/RV and got a quick response. Gave them my Vin number, and within one day I got an email from Tracy at Day Boats with a quote from factory. Ordered parts needed from her and received parts in 2 well packed boxes within a week! Great service.

I bought a 2018 tracker boat and on the third day I used this boat, the motor did not work well at all. Well, it turns out that I had changed the boat battery with one that was not designed for this boat and I caused the problem. Of course I changed the battery one day because the boat would not start. I found out the boat would not start because I had accidentally turned off the dead man switch but left a different weaker marine battery in the boat. Bill, the service manager and Travis were great through all this mess that I created. They figured it out pretty quickly, and in the end, they even tweaked my boat a little more to make it perfect, and safe from me messing it up again. Thank you Bill and Travis.

I purchased my new Triton here in April 2023. The trolling motor broke on my second trip out. I brought it back to the shop and they said we will get right on it since you purchased it here. It's been over three weeks and I have called 6 times with zero results. They always say let me check with the shop and call you back. I have never received a call back. I even stated such and was told "I'll make sure we get back to you." Still nothing. Extremely disappointing service considering they were happy to take my money for the brand new boat.

This place is amazing. Honest and helpful. I tried contacting local places to get what I was looking for and I either got the run around or they never even called me back. The ordering department is top notch and went so far out of their way to help me I could not be more appreciative. If you want great service and honest prices, this is the place. Thank you for the great service all the way from Nevada.

I made my third purchase at Day Brothers in Plattsburgh this spring of a 2023 custom Ranger 188 and couldn t be any happier with the service provided. Travis and Mo made the impossible happen at short notice. Thanks again guys!

Entire staff, particularly Travis & Cathy, were professional, attentive to our needs and a pleasure to do business with the purchase of our boat.They provided timely updates and support throughout the process, which didn t stop after delivery. Needed some long distance DMV help,which was provided immediately.Have already recommended them to friends & family and others @ the boat launch,Thanks for making a good experience even better!

Day Brothers Boats were the only ones who had the boat that i was looking for. I got in touch with Travis who is the sales Mgr. He was very knowledgeable about the boat i was interested in. He went over everything that i needed to know from soup to nuts. I explained that the only issue that i had was that i was 4hrs away. Travis said that he would deliver the boat N/C. Travis and Day Brothers made purchasing my boat very easy. I would highly recommend them

Bad exp�rience!1- Not interested in working on older boats (1980 s!) and that was evident in the way I was recieved by service personnel2- Didn t respect date of delivrery3- Boat was finally delivered , black marks (evidently dirty workshop boots!) on the rug, sawdust everywhere on dash.4- Job was not double checked before delivery: 2 cases:1- Shifting cable not properly installed resulted in a stall in the middle of the lake and all the consequences2- A steering cable was installed and delivered without verification so the boat was turning in the opposite direction when it was put in the water!!In conclusion: If you HAVE to deal with them, always inspect what was done before leaving the yard!Note: Before these bad experiences, I was the one who would refer to Day Brothers anyone who would ask me for a good boat shop!

I was traveling from Florida to Lake Champlain for a professional bass tournament when I noticed my engine was loose on the boat about halfway through the trip. I Googled boat dealers in the area and they came up first. I called and was greeted with someone who was somewhat short on the phone. I explained my situation regarding travel and the tournament and stated it would be a quick fix and I really needed help. Despite my plea, the person stated it would be a month before they could get me in. Again, I stated it would be a quick 10 min job and I was desperate. They said they could not "cut me in front of others." I didn't intend to cut in front of other serious boat issues, this was something small. I then asked if they had a particular part, perhaps I could get that and do the work myself. The person was short and said parts takes a few weeks to get in, without even looking up to see if they had the part. Disappointed, I thanked the person and hung up. I became somewhat worried, Lake Champlain is not the place to have a boat with a loose engine on back, and safety was a serious issue. I contacted another local boat dealer on Google who was friendly and said "no problem, come in when you get to town." The fix was quick and easy as expected and I was able to get on the lake safely for the tournament. I can't speak to the Day Brothers quality, but I was very disappointed in their customer service, or care for a fisherman in need of help 1500 miles from home.

I left my boat here July 2019 with what I thought was a possible lower unit issue. I left the boat here for a month. Through the course of the month I was told they were working on it. I later found out that during that time, they had only changed the lower unit oil. Luckily, there turned out to be no motor issues. Later in the fall when I winterized the boat, I discovered that they hadn't even replaced the lower unit drain screws correctly. Also, the trailer chains were worn down on the trailer due to their negligence while trailering it to be water tested. Hopefully they have made improvements since my visit.

It feels so good to be able to drop off your equipment and leave it there with full knowledge you can trust Day Brothers to deliver. Staff is as cool as they get.
