Absolutely amazing experience, restored our faith in buying locally. From being greeted with a smile at the door to driving off the lot, top notch experience. Dealership was busy & bustling, but everyone we met or just even passed by us smiled, said hello, all were very pleasant & friendly. Staff didn't waste our time evaluating our trade, came back with a competitive number THE FIRST TIME. Huge shout out to Shane L & Joe F, the two who worked with us the most and did an outstanding job but very obvious the entire team has the same dedication service. Fantastic job, well done!!

We felt very under appreciated and not well taken care of with this sales person. Instead of devoting time to us and giving his attention he was handling 3-4 other people. He was late for a scheduled appointment and had us waiting for long periods for other visits and even had to be reminded we were there at all. Overall he was not very friendly or personable. We love the vehicle but wish we requested another sales person.

Spent Saturday with Joe Firenze and Dallas. These guys were very good to work with. No pressure, no stress deal. Understood what i was looking for and what I wanted to spend. End of the day I drove home in the perfect truck, on a Saturday. No surprises working with the finance team. Helluva good bunch people.Thank you!

The people were very nice and polite, however, I have a 2021 Encore GX that I bought from you. It is not yet 3 years old (from when I bought it), it is still under warranty and I was charged $60 to check a problem that we had mentioned. That is absolutely ridiculous and certainly no way to keep customers coming back. I will not be returning to this dealership for any reason, which is sad, because I love my car and had considered upgrading, but not now.

BUYER BEWARE!Before my rant, I also have texts and emails to back up my claim!After finding a truck online at Brennan Buick GMC, I decided to inquire about it. My wife was also in the market for a vehicle, which means they would have had two sales in one day. I was skeptical at first, as I am located almost 4 hours away. At first, the sales team was very attentive to all of my questions on the particular truck. I also had a truck I was trading in. I spoke to them about my trade in, and also sent numerous photos and information on the vehicle. Since distance was extremely far, they gave me a number on the trade in for my vehicle and said as long as they weren't able to "put their hands through the vehicle" which is understandable living in NY with the salt and rust, the number for my trade was good. This made me feel better knowing that I wasn't driving 4 hours with an unknown number on my trade. After back and forth a few times and being assured the truck was ready to go and in excellent shape, I decided to purchase the vehicle. I noticed in the photos a couple of small dings and dents which the dealer assured me there was no damage and they would clean it up for me. My wife and I took off of work and headed up to the dealership. I also contacted my insurance agent on the way up to cancel the truck I was trading in and add on the new vehicle. Upon arrival, I noticed the vehicle had low tire pressures, half a tank of fuel, and some of the dings and dents were not cleaned up. The salesman assured me he would take care of those issues and had a serviceman from the back grab the truck and "take care of it" while we went inside to do paperwork. As we were doing paperwork, the manager came over and brought us to his office. I was then told a MUCH LOWER number to the point I was actually insulted. I had just made a 4-hour trip for them to lie to me about my trade in after picking apart my 2008 (16-year-old) vehicle. I was super upset by this as I ran my credit, cancelled my old vehicle's insurance and added the new one, and now I am sitting car-less in the showroom. I was even shown the paperwork of what they were going to sell my trade in for which was almost $9000.00 more than they offered me! Obviously at this point I was extremely upset. The manager proceeded to tell me over and over there was nothing he could do for me. I went back and forth with him for about an hour before he finally came up with a few thousand more on my trade, which shows there was wiggle room after all. With no choice as I had already cancelled my insurance, ran my credit, and was left car-less, I decided to go with the vehicle. When finished with the paperwork, I saw the truck still had a half tank of fuel, and some scratches that were supposed to be fixed. I decided to let it go as I had wasted enough time here and lost a day's work. About a day or so later, while driving down the road in the rain, the vehicle started to take in water through the door, so bad that my dashboard got wet. I immediately contacted the dealer to which I was told to get a quote to repair. After taking even more time off of work to get a quote, I sent the quote to the dealer. Weeks went by with no answer to whether they were going to fix it. I asked the salesman about the issue to which he replied that he spoke to the original owner, and he said it was dented from snow and ice. This confirms he knew about hitting the side of the truck which threw off the door and fender allowing water to come into my cab. I am now being told by the dealer they can't do anything for me which I find completely unacceptable. Once you buy a vehicle from them you are on your own, they want nothing to do with you once you drive off the lot. I am extremely upset by this and wasn't asking for much, I wanted them to make the truck right and have the door repaired. I even offered to split the difference with them even though this was a problem they should have fixed and neglected to tell me. My wife has since purchased another vehicle elsewhere.

Shay Prentiss busted her tail to get me into my truck. Had a slight issue with the starter, and again she came through to get my truck fixed the same day. She s definitely the best dealer that I ve bought from. Highly recommend.

Had a good experience from start to finish. Did not purchase a vehicle on the first visit but work with Joseph Firenze over the phone and on line since I lived out of town. Bought my GMC Sierra on my second visit there. Love My Truck

When I started working with Brennan I was very impressed and until I purchased the vehicle I was getting fantastic service. The salesperson I was working with was very attentively and got back to me quickly with answers to any questions I had. After purchasing and pick up the attentiveness and concern for me radically changed. I wasn't able to leave the lot with my vehicle technology all set up, I was told that the app was down and we would set it up very soon and someone would be calling me. I never got the call and all of my calls to my salesperson went un-returned. I wasn't able to connect to my car and it repeatedly kicked my information out of the system. This was quite a problem, I live an hour away from the dealership and I ended up having to go there to get any help. If I had worked with a different person perhaps things would have been better because after the sales manager learned of my problems my issues were addressed. I love my Terrain AT4 and the vehicle itself is great... be careful who you work with at this place!!!

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala with around 109k miles from them back in August 2022. This was the first car I have ever financed; therefore, I had gone into the purchase not knowing much. I contacted them via email and heard back very quickly from Shane. He was very friendly and professional. After purchasing the car, I had a few mechanical issues appear but after bringing it back they fixed all of the issues free of charge. I have now put over 12k miles on it and a move to Tennessee with absolutely no issues! The only thing I did not like about my purchase was that the car was sold to me with winter/snow tires in the middle of August and when I asked to have All-Seasons put on they offered to sell me tires for $700! It was not a deal breaker for me as the car was a very good price for what I was getting. It may be going on 9 years old, but it is in immaculate shape and has all the options I wanted. Thank you, Shane for helping me through my purchase as well as checking in after my purchase!

I walked into Brennan Buick in Plattsburgh with no intentions of buying, just looking. Lucky for me I met Shay, she spent a lot of time with me, narrowed down what I both wanted and needed and offered to show me a few. Needless to say I own a beautiful SUV now that I never dreamed I could afford!. There was never any pressure and everyone I talked to was very informative. They helped make my dream car come true. I would highly recommend Brennan Buick to everyone.

Welcoming crew, wanting to make you feel comfortable when you come in. I did not feel pressured and was offered a good deal, that we took. Jordon is a no pressure salesman that is easy to talk to and good to deal with .I never felt I was being pushed beyond what I was needing. I will go back.

Came in for an oil change and inspection. Took an hour and a half and then got charged $323.44. Its a 3/4 ton diesel truck but that price is still outrageous. Called to question it and the service guy didnt seem very knowledgeable and couldnt really explain the price other than thats what the receipt has . All i wanted to know was if it was a mistake or if thats really the price to expect for an oil change at this establishment. I still feel as it was a mistake. A quote of $203 was still a little high but for a dealership i could understand. Then tack on another $120 for the final bill ? Come on!!!

It was a oil change and tire rotation that took just over 2 hours to complete, I get short staffing issues but that's a 30 min job at the high end of things. I had questions about a feature I can't use on my truck and didn't get an answer, other than a printout. To clarify from the book there's supposed to be a button that turns on power to the outlets the dc/ac switch, but there's no switch in the truck anywhere. I was kinda bummed too you guys don't give a vehicles a wash on exit too, I purchased other vehicles even used ones and other dealers spray them down before returning them. When purchasing a 70k truck and looking for returning business, giving customers answers and doing little things adding attention to details go along way to making sure people come back. Knights had a good reputation for customer service, weather it'd be a wash or showing you the faulty parts when getting consulted for repair work, it was the customer service that got my business and my good word around as afew of my coworkers have gone to them for trucks aswell. Overall I'm really letdown from the team.
