I would not recommend this body shop to anyone as they lied about services. My car was wrecked back in 5/2022 and they could not schedule my car to come til 9/27/22 so I waited patiently. As the appointment grew closer and they called me the day before and stated they never ordered the parts to the car and they could not get me in. The owner also stated that they did not have the money to buy parts ahead of time.(which they lied about) Frustrating as most time car parts take awhile to come in as they know because of Covid. Well they received the check from the insurance in 6/22 and cashed it 8/22. AND NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS DUE TO MONEY !! Now 10/22 my daughter hit another deer. Now the car is totaled because the damage was not fixed the first time around. So with that being said, they now want to charge me restocking fees on the parts they just ordered not even two weeks ago. And also stated that they were waiting for the list prices because those are more than their cost for parts so they upcharge. So now they never did the work and want more money for parts for something they never did. As stated by the body shop "this is how we make our money in this business."Service: Body & Trim

Does excellent work. Got my truck back and couldn't even tell it had been damaged. My truck came back cleaner then when I dropped it off. Staff is a pleasure to deal with and extremely friendly. Repair staff is very knowledgeable and do quality work and definitely take pride in the work they do.

Bills was recommended to me by the Honda dealership and I now know why. From the moment I stepped in the door they were friendly and went out of their way to help me wade my. Way through the insurance process. I wish I had taken before and after pictures because the work they did was superb and I clam pretty sure my car looked better after they were doe with it than before the accident. They went the extra mile and cleaned both the inside and outside of the car. This is a great local business and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Will never use these people again. They pushed the date of completion back 3 times, by more than 3 days each time. They were dismissive and vague when asked for updates, exaggerating the damage to our car which had been in a low speed collision with a deer. And-Oh, they don t accept credit or debit cards, a fact they didn t think to mention until they knew we had already returned our rental car.They held our car hostage with no way for us to go get a means to pay them just so they could argue with us for half an hour. Finally they drove my husband to the bank, browbeating him the entire way. They were completely rude and unprofessional on the phone, hanging up on us several times. Overall a terrible experience.

This is the only place I will take my vehicles to be repaired when it comes to body work the staff here is very pleasant and always ready to address your issue and make sure that you are happy with the results. Always a pleasant experience.

I went in a wreck and came out so extremely happy, the service was so amazing I felt like I was with one of my girls, so polite so considerate and so professional, I can't tell you how happy I was using Bill's for our auto body needs.
