Great experience at this dealership. We had been through a bad experience with our car breaking down in Canada- came in from a trip with all our luggage and were able to drive off with our dream car in a matter of hours. They made it quick and painless. Ashely was an incredible, if you are interested in getting a new car I highly recommend working with Ashley. The dealership is extremely fair with pricing and transparent with their customers.

Reception was most helpful and Sales person, Jordon, listened and provided the vehicle I was looking for. The new facility is beautiful and provides the privacy needed. Jordon knew every detail within the cab of the vehicle and had answers to each question. I will highly recommend Bailey Ford of Plattsburgh to any person looking for a top quality vehicle.

I typically don't leave reviews, but I believe it is warranted for this recent car purchase. After having a poor experience with a recent dealership, I went to Ford to look at the options. The sales person was not pushy and when it came time to talk numbers, there was complete transparency. The number the sales person gave me initially for a monthly payment, was the same number when it was time to sign on the line. This has not been my experience with other dealerships. They explained all the options clearly at signing time, without being pushy. Overall the experience was great and expedient. Thanks to the Bailey Team!

I went in for diagnostics and an oil change/tire rotation, everything was explained very clearly to me and I had a comfortable space to do some paperwork while I waited. Very pleasant experience.

Plattsburgh is fortunate to have Bailey's in your town! We are travelers with a Ford 550 (some places wont work on it) and have had the need for several Ford Dealer Services.... Bailey Ford topped them all! Professional, knowledgeable, timely, friendly, expert service. From the parts manager and Service Dept to technicians, they all went out of their way to provide us top notch, expedient service. Worth the drive if possible to come here!

Bailey Ford sold us a truck without a Carfax, knowing it would change the outcome of the sale of the truck. After having one issue after another with the truck, we asked why they didn't supply a Carfax at time of purchase. They just said, "We don't have too".So much for our local dealership being honest with their customers. Which we were told when we walked into the dealership the first time."We believe in being honest with our customers, it keeps them coming back." We will not return to Bailey Ford, not even to service a vehicle. I would drive 100 miles away before I go back to a dealership that lies to get a sale.

For over 70 years Bailey...blah blah. For those 70 years my father in law worked for and/or used Bailey for new cars and maintenance. It took 4 weeks and 3 calls to 2 uncaring professionals to get a recall and an inspection. Both scheduled but only the recall remembered. Try the dealer in Dannamora.

I've been a regular customer here for years now, and I leave the health of both my family vehicle and my service van in their capable hands.The alternator recently went on my van, and the crew here went out of their way to get me back on the road ASAP so I could provide for my family. They understood how urgent my need was, and had me back on the road within 36 hours. The only part of this experience that hurt was my wallet (as it was supposed to), but even that was much more mild than I expected. In every other way, they made me feel very important and valued as a customer.I'm not mechanic, so all I can say about their work is I've never had anything fail due to poor workmanship. But on a personal level, I can say there are some really good folks at Bailey Ford who actually do care, and I claim several as friends.I try to treat others with respect and appreciation, and it feels good when the same energy is returned. I owe several more people my thanks for this most recent experience, but I especially appreciate Tom (as always) and Darlene.

I have owned three GM trucks . I was very impressed with the ford explorer, needed to trade because of grand kids , vacation travel . Sticker price was thousands cheaper than GM SUV s. The options were excellent, the process was very smooth .

I purchased a 2022 Bronco that someone declined to take. The whole buying process was fantastic and super easy! Plus, Bailey Ford is an honest dealership that did not mark up the price of the Bronco like some dealerships are doing in today's market! Just a great experience so far!!!!

Tom at the Bailey Ford service department is awesome! He was able to get me in quickly for my oil change and tire rotation after I had let it go too long. He didn t pressure me into getting any of the recommended services but he let me know what needed to be done. I love the new location, very spacious and easy to pull in and out of!

Great sales team, they listened to what I wanted and didn t try to upsell me on something different just to make a bigger sale. What they quoted me for trade in on my old vehicle is what they gave me, unlike the previous ford dealership I went to. In all, the whole experience was very easy, fast and pleasant from start to finish. Will definitely be buying from these guys in the future. Best experience I have had buying a car to date.

From the first time I inquired about purchasing an F150 the process was quick the sales people were very accommodating I drove my truck off the lot the same day I started talking about the deal and the service department has been awesome as well as all of the staff I ve been associated with. I would highly recommend Bailey Ford as a place to purchase your new vehicle.

So far every time we have dealt with Bailey Ford in Plattsburgh it has been a really good experience. The service department in communicative and tries to resolve any issues as soon as it can. On the few times that follow up has been needed they have let us know and tried to get everything done as soon as they could while still working around our schedules. Which is a big issue with everyone working and dealing with stuff now.Great people. I would recommend both sales and service here.

Just had to jump on here to give a quick shout out to the service department. The sales team is great but the service out back really sets the Bailey team apart. My wife and I now have two vehicles from Bailey Plattsburgh and we drive an hour each way for service because it s worth it. Tom is amazing, professional yet down to earth, informative, and made sure every step went smoothly and efficiently. A+.

10/10 Absolutely reccomend Bailey Ford!I pulled into Bailey Ford and was almost immediately greeted by a sales staff member. She was very pleasant and professional when I stated what I was looking for in a potential new vehicle, and she absolutely hit the nail on the head with a vehicle reccomendation. I really appreciated how it was a conversation of "how can I best help you" and NOT the usual pushy car salesman you get from other dealerships.The gentlemen who assisted me with financing and signing papers were very professional and pleasant, and the brand new building and lot are very clean.Thank you Bailey Ford for helping me and my family get into a vehicle that better suits our needs!

This is honestly one of the best dealerships that I've ever worked with! Tracie worked with me to find the Bronco Sport of my dreams and had a great amount of patience while we navigated me buying a vehicle in NY while I was in Vermont! When we ran into issues with the bank I had chosen to finance my new vehicle through, Carey (Finance Manager) stepped in and was able to find me almost identical rates with a local bank! When it was time for me to head to the dealership to pick up my Bronco, their team was phenomenal!! Despite the frigid temperatures, Tracie took the time to show me all of the new bells and whistles that came with my Bronco and answered all the questions I had! When it was time for me to sign the paperwork, Carey did a great job meeting me at my level while going over the warranty information - his patience and friendly demeanor was very much appreciated during a stressful part of purchasing a new car!I've had my Bronco Sport for about a week and a half now and am LOVING IT! Tracie has also reached out to me on 2 separate occasions since I left the dealership to ask how I'm liking my new SUV and if I had any questions.This is a great dealership with a spectacular team! While I'm not planning on buying another vehicle for a while, or trading any time soon, I will gladly do business with this dealership again!

We would liked to thank the friendly and honest folks at Bailey Ford service department. We showed up at 8am Monday because we had a nail in our back tire. We were visiting Plattsburgh NY on vacation and were a very long way from home. They were honest and said they could patch and plug the nail hole at a minimal cost. The day before we went to Sams Club in Plattsburgh and they said they could not fix the nail hole nor did they have the tire in stock. Either they could order the tire (not an option) or buy a set of four comparable tires. We showed up at Bailey Ford fearing the worse and they came through as honest people. I recommend Bailey Ford to all who are looking for an honest dealership. Thank you.
