Love this place! There are a few associates that kind of suck but overall a great place for parts Wayne the store manager is under paid for how well he keeps that store together.

Quick friendly service, gave us advice on issues. Came back with findings, we needed a battery, they got the correct one and installed very quickly I might add. Tom and Marie were both friendly and helpful and made our experience with them great, and would recommend AutoZone to all. Thanks again Tom and Marie

One way or another, everything you might need for a car is available. Not cheap or cheaply made. Convenient. They get a bad rap for not beating on line prices. If you are willing to risk quality, safety, and accuracy, be my guest and buy online. When you get the wrong part online, good luck getting it returned. I personally don't have time for that nonsense. Sometimes, brick and mortar is the only choice.

New to this area. I stopped in because I was having some issues with my van. Wasn t sure exactly what was causing said issues and was genuinely concerned it was going to end up costing me a lot of money. - Tom took time out of his day to come outside, run some tests, do a reset of my battery. He then delivered wonderful news that: my alternator was good and my battery was (also) good; the reset even made adjustments which resolved the electrical issue I was having on my dashboard display lights.Very nice man. Like, authentically sincere. I felt valued, seen, respected and heard. - I ll definitely use these guys again in the future.

Nick R. helped me out when I stopped in today for a rear signal light. He came out to my car to make sure he was helping me find the correct bulb, and didn't hesitate at offering to help me change it out. I really appreciated his attitude and willingness to make sure everything was correct.I've used this location multiple times and have only ever had good experiences with their team!

Tom helped us out with an overheating engine. He quickly offered us assistance and was very knowledgeable about the issue and the potential issues that could come about. He is very good at what he does, highly recommend speaking with him about any auto issues

My check engine light came on and I brought it in to check out the code. Once I figured out what the code was , I was able to buy the part I needed to fix my car right from them. That is pretty convenient. The associates were really friendly and knew their products very well!! I would highly recommend this shop!!

I stopped in at the Auto Zone in Plattsburgh, NY yesterday. My windshield washer would not work even though it was full of washing fluid. I found out that a plug was missing from the line connected under the hood. I was wondering if Auto Zone might have a plug for it.When I went into the store, Tom, from behind the counter asked if he could help. He immediately came out to the car to look at the problem. He said a T connection would work to fix it. He proceeded to go back into the store and immediately found a pack of T's with different sizes. He opened the pack and picked out the right size and went out to my car again, and put the connection in where the plug was missing, Tom had me test the washer twice. It worked just fine. I followed him back into the store to pay for the item. When I wanted to pay, he said there was no charge. I thanked him very much for even going out of his way to help me. Restoring my windshield washer took the stress completely away. Now I can safely drive during this winter weather without worry. Please thank and acknowledge Tom for his outstanding Customer Service.Thank you,Joyce Samonek, Chazy, NY

Tom helped me today place a new brake and signal light in my vehicle. I did not need to ask for his assistance, he volunteered. He also explained their point system for valued customers which is very helpful. Excellent service that is not often seen today.

The guys are good . Star -Rosie and chris . very well ran and just nice . I would of given five stars . only because. There should be another AutoZone. In town of Plattsburgh. Ny. We need one on south end by rt. 9.

Tom did a great job helping us fix the problem with our brake light. The haunted place in Niagara falls New York said he couldn't help us that day just keep on playing them except at one other place on the way and then we stopped here and Tom was very helpful and we offered to pay him he said no he just fixed it and took care of it and so far it seems like it's working so we're very happy with Tom service and please I've gone in other AutoZone's in that stuff but Tom took care of what we needed done wanted to give him a good review

Tom Frenyea is very knowledgeable of what people need. His presentation with a friendly and courteous manner helps to make customer feel secure in their decision making of choice of items. Went to store asking what cleaner i should use for an IAC Valve, with no hesitation I was hushed and given a certain product. My ignorance allowed me to trust this product so i used it.. now i need a whole new IAC Valve.. when i called back to try and replace it with them, i was quoted 30 dollars over the website price.

The tree stars are for the service i received .I've been there today to buy a freon gaz for my ac,i was served by an assistant manager.the man was like I'm bothering him for asking about what I wanted.He was like it s not the season for that and he had one of those faces to make you feel awful.Sorry auto zone but it was akward

Thomas really helped me out with my brake fluid situation. My Subaru dealership told me the brake light came on because it was probably low and to fill it. I purchased brake fluid from AutoZone but Thomas was concerned about that advice and that it was so low when he looked at it. He referred me to Jiffy Lube to have everything checked. I had a 4 hour trip ahead of me and had no idea how to deal with the car! I was very thankful that Thomas took the time to help me- I was told it may be unsafe to drive such a long distance.

The service was great! A very nice gentleman not only gave us great advice but grabbed us the right fluids we needed (brake and transmission) and even went out of his way to do it for us! In the freezing cold!

Tom was amazing. I was in the middle of exploring the Backwoods of the Adirondack Mountains when I came into town to pick up some groceries. At a Wendy's my car suddenly wouldn't start. I had been in the outback for two weeks and this was the first time it happened. Fortunately I carry a jump starter pack so I was able to get going. Tom diagnose my problem as needing a sleeve on the battery terminal. He didn't try to upsell me or sell me anything I didn't need. His diagnosis was quick and accurate. He even pointed me to new fishing spots. 6 Stars if I could!

I come here when I need something I usually don't have. Otherwise, I hardly come. But always stock and customer service can slightly kick it up a notch. Still they're much better than going to Wal-Mart for a cheaper part.

Dexter from AAA referred us to Auto Zone to have our battery tested. We had a dead battery and needed a jump. Auto Zone tested the battery and the electrical system. The service person was very helpful. We were okay. I ll certainly go back again for help with my car!

I forgot the gentleman's name that helped me other than John, but he was very helpful. He got me the part I needed and also signed me up for the warranty and other info for all future visits to make it easier to remember which parts I've purchased.

If i could give half star i would! This store has poor customer service and disrespectful. And most are ignorant about general automotive stuff.This is a 30 min drive from me and recently called to see about a part they said they had it when in store they spent 10 min trying to find it and couldn't. To which i heard one employee in back start complaining about how customers who call and ask to put something on hold. A few days later i called again about wheel bearing,they said they have them so i drive to town again and employee was rude and when i inspected part one of the bearings was used!! dirty greasy and marked up where it was pressed in and back out. How do they sell something like that? Not doing there job correctly is how! Don't waste your time! Go around the corner to Advance or to a near by O'Reillys better than here.

Came into the Autozone here in Plattsburgh for a battery check, Tom was the tec helping me out. Not only was he friendly knowledgeable and professional he was also very approachable and friendly. I moved to the area three years ago and they definitely have a repeat customer in me! Amazing people
