Having to go through this process for the first time, I felt at ease knowing I could ask multiple questions and have them answered respectfully, which Nicole did.My car looked brand new when they completed the repair. Absolutely perfect!! However, unlike some other reviews where they also had their car vacuumed out, mine was not. Even though it would have felt great to have my interior feel as new as the exterior, it is absolutely not a deal breaker.I would (and have) 100% recommend Autobarn to anyone who needs their car repaired!

We used this business a couple years ago and they were great! No issues at all! Work was perfect and they were easy to do business with. This time....not even close. If I was able to post a photo of my call log I would but I have been trying to call this business since February 22. 16 attempts at calling and I was able to reach the receptionist twice! First the receptionist was on vacation and apparently no one else can answer the phone. The first time I actually got through she told me she needed the estimate from insurance to make an appointment. The second time she told me she hadn't received the estimate yet. Today she calls me and says she received the estimate but they are so booked they aren't making appointments.Why didn't you say that a week ago?? Or a month ago?? I understand being busy but at the very least if your not Gunna bother answering the phone maybe put it on your voicemail message that you are not taking appointments at the moment so people don't waste a month trying to get in!

The whole front end of my truck was demolished from a head on collision. Autobarn did a superb job putting it back together. The office is organized and helpful and Bill my adjuster was also easy to work with. Thank you autobarn !

Went above and beyond for me. Had my car ready super quickly. They even vacuumed and cleaned my car out! I am so impressed and will be doing business there from now on. Nothing went wrong and everyone was super nice and accommodating

Very professional repair facility. Our vehicle was completed earlier than expected. I appreciated how clean the customer service area was! I hope to never need repair services again but if I do, I will definitely be back to Auto Barn Collision

So beyond happy with Autobarn and their wonderful customer service! Due to everything being backed up, my accident happened in March, I called to schedule repairs in April, and finally got it fixed in June. They do incredible work! When they realized the estimate didn t include more work, they reached out and ordered the part and only finished a day later than planned and kept me updated the whole time. When I picked up my car I noticed there was a portion still not fixed. When I called, Nicole and Boone were so incredibly helpful. They informed me insurance didn t approve that part and reached out to have insurance cover it. When insurance denied it, Boone helped and had me call the insurance company to request it be included in the original claim. Everything was approved and they already ordered the part! So happy that every part of my car is fixed or going to be fixed! Super kind, caring, and just wonderful people to deal with during the whole process!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've used Auto Barn several times for accidents over the years. This last time, my local agent at my insurance kept telling me I needed an estimate from a garage before my insurance would give me one. Nicole at Auto Barn informed me to call the 800 number at my insurance, which I did, and they told me the same thing Nicole did. The insurance company gives the estimate first. Nicole was great to work with! Got my insurance money and got my vehicle scheduled for the work it needs. All because of Nicole's help. She is a wonderful asset to Auto Barn and was a terrific help to me!!Service: Body & Trim

Needed a minor repair on the back gate of my vehicle. From the estimate, to the scheduling, ordering of parts, payment and even some unexpected delayed parts, communication and service was wonderful. (There as a time when the voicemail was full and it was impossible to leave a message, but that was quickly remedied once the office was made aware.) I would recommend the Autobarn to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not the best place to get service if you are black they won't work with you they just say they waiting on something they don't need from insurance I been waiting for my sentra to get fix for two years now they pick who they want to work for I suggest you try somewhere else for service. I wouldn't give them one star or time of day.

I have used Auto Barn twice in the past three years: once because a tie down flew off of a truck on the highway and scraped the entire driver's side of my Jeep. The second was for damage caused to the front bumper area by a sink hole. Both times they were very easy to work with, communicated well and the work was outstanding. They even fixed a ding in my hatchback caused by a shopping cart at no charge. Outstanding repairs and service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were extremely helpful and courteous. Not only that, but they did a fantastic job on repairing my car. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to receive my car, because they had to order parts and probably because they had other clients to work with. As soon as they received my car, it took about 2 days for them to finish. What really earned them 5 stars was that they are honest people. They ordered a part that they thought they needed, but didn t end up needing it and deducted it from the bill. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Upon first arrival to pick up my car post repairs, multiple dirt/debris spots were found in the clear coat of the repaired area. I addressed my concern with the company and they agreed to fix the car. Four days later we returned to pick up the car for a second attempt and found yet again another problem. Too much clear coat was applied in one area and dried leaving visible drip marks. When I tried to address my concerns again to the company I was told by the receptionist that it was probably the best it was going to get . After talking to an adjuster again, the company did fix the second issue with no apology for the mistake or inconvenience of having no vehicle for days. In addition, when I arrived to pick up my car for the third time, the receptionist was no where to be found and my key was just left on the counter. After waiting for someone, the receptionist peaked her head out of the shop just long enough to say your key is on the counter and returned to the shop. I was appalled by the extremely poor customer service and will never utilize this company for repairs again.Service: Painting

I had a bump on my car's trunk after hitting the bumper of another car parked on my driveway. I was very well welcomed at Autobarn and given an estimate for the repair. I left the car immediately and the next day it was fixed. The bump was removed and my one year old car looked like new again. Excellent quality of work and customer service! I definitely recommend this place for any body work.

The best quality & professional service provided. They treat your car as if it was their own car. If you need repair go with the best. I had a great experience with Auto Barn. I had a minor repair to the body of my truck that I wanted fixed. I felt the cost was reasonable and the staff was very friendly. What I thought was a great touch though was how they cleaned the carpet of my truck, washed the weathertech mats, as well as had the outside of my truck washed. It even had that 'new car' smell when I got inside. All for a minor body repair. I think they went above and beyond.

Auto Barn repaired my 2016 Toyota Prius beautifully; it looks like a brand new car! They were professional and courteous in the way they treated me and repaired my car. They even washed my car, and cleaned the interior, before I picked it up. I highly recommend the Auto Barn Collision Center to anyone who needs to have their vehicle repaired.
