I highly recommend this place! Very professional and polite. Not pushy or sneaky with any upgrades. I am very pleased with this locally owned business. Armond was extremely helpful explaining the products and prices of a remote car starter for my Jeep. I drove from Lake Placid to Plattsburgh and it was worth the drive!! You guys are the best and I will do business with you again! I m soooo happy to start my car this morning because it was 23 degrees out!! Brrrrr. Thanks for being so awesome! ~Teresa Peck

They are the best place to go in the area to have a radio replaced in your classic car. I have a 1985 Jaguar XJS HE addition. All I wanted was to listen to my son's CDS (he has passed away) they accommodated me and even though the task was a tough on....I left there with a happy heart and huge grin knowing I can know keep my son's memory even closer.Thank you Armond and Lance!

I traveled over 100 miles to get to this place. Totally worth it! I would recommend this business to everyone. They know what they're doing, great prices and very friendly. I absolutely love my new stereo! I definitely will be going back and you definitely should too! You will not be disappointed!!

I wanted to upgrade the factory JBL system in my Tacoma. Having tried to do this in Burlington I ventured across the lake to meet Armond and Russ. Great guys, great price, great service. They took a slightly above average system and turned my truck into a set of 4WD headphones. Thanks

If you want the best audio car install in Plattsburgh. This is the place to go. The only authorized dealer of JL products in town. Very professional install, owner always makes sure you are happy with the way it sounds. Highly recommended.

Went in recently to get a dvd/blu ray for my daughter to replace my 14 year old Denon DVD-1920 that I got from Armond originally. Great experience always pleasant thanks for the great service and it was great to catch up!

Told them my budget and the owner gave me several options of what audio system I could put in my car. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly plus NY car audio sounds awesome know!

He helped me get my turntable going and showed me the process of balancing the soundarm. Hes a great guy, very passionate about his work and I will use him anytime i need to from here on out. I'd recommend you do the same. He has good pricing but you also get a piece of his knowledge along with your purchase which is priceless IMO
