Bill and his team did an outstanding job on my vehicle, I definitely recommend! My car was repaired within less than 72 hours, he put me in contact with Enterprise for a rental car and kept me updated with the status of my car. Bill was very accommodating and the entire process was seamless and enjoyable! If I ever need auto body work done again I will definitely be returning to The Body Shop.

I was in and out in at most 5 min. Had streaks of blue paint scratched on the front bumper of my truck from scraping against a small pole. I tried multiple types of waxes and removers myself without any success.Walked in to the body shop and Bill finished the job on the spot in no more than 5 minutes. The bumper now looks brand new. Bill is kind, attentive, and good at what he does. He wouldn t even accept my money because it was an easy job for him; I had to insist to pay. Couldn t have asked for a better experience.Would highly recommend!!

My experience with The Body Shop was excellent. A golf club in my garage fell onto the hood of my brand new car, leaving a huge dent. To make matters worse, the dent was not on the flat part of the surface but where it curves to a point. Bill and his talented team fixed it so that you could never tell it happened. They worked fast and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Just picked up my Audi A4 Cabriolet from Bill at The Body Shop after a repair from being sideswiped by a tractor trailer on the Expressway.What a fantastic job!! The car looks brand new. The whole process was seamless, as well. Bill "held my hand" through contacting the insurance company and the rental arrangements and had the car ready in a faster time than expected.I highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Bill R. at The Body Shop gives the best customer service and does exceptional work. I had a wheel/tire come out of nowhere and hit my car. It did a lot of damage. I had Bill take a look at it and he said, I'm going to make this as easy as possible for you. Let's call your insurance company together. I'll help you. He did just that. Made talking to the insurance company a breeze. Then he called the rental car company for me. They came within 15 minutes with a driver to bring me to the rent a car company. He told me the car would be repaired in 7-10 days after approval from insurance. The car was ready in 7 days. It looks even better than before. He really made a difficult and upsetting situation something better. It would have been so much harder without him. I recommend The Body Shop to anyone needing body work on their car!Service: Body & Trim

Used Bill at the body shop for a Chrysler town and country van that had its driver's door crushed. He was professional and courteous and listened to the parameters we had in order for the van to be repaired. He came up with different options that allowed us to make an informed decision that was right for us. His price was extremely competitive and hulls turn around time was even less than he had budgeted. We were pleased with the work and care that was done on our vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I really wish I had the option of giving this business NO STARS. The first and last time doing business with Bill and the The Body Shop . In the beginning, Bill will tell you whatever you want to hear, then after your Vehicle is ready for pick-up and you notice issues and imperfections with the work and services performed, that s when the problems start. I went into The Body Shop for a Claim where the insurance company of the other Vehicle assumed 100% of the responsibility and were paying for the damages done to my Vehicle as well as the replacement parts. I was responsible for no out-of-pocket costs what so ever. In an estimate, written by the Insurance company Claim Adjuster, Bill was supposed to order an replacement passenger side headlamp light (because mine was scuffed with scratches and deemed unrepairable by the Insurance Claim Adjuster, due to the accident, attached are before and after photos) Bill flat out lied to me about replacing the light while he had my Vehicle in his possession, then once I noticed the SAME scuffs and scratches were still there after I picked up my Vehicle, Bill then told me he ordered the replacement light but it wasn t in good condition so they decided to fix and repair my headlamp with the scratches at which he never disclosed that information with me until after I questioned him. So basically, Bill kept the money, paid by the Insurance company for the replacement headlamp light and decided to fix and repair my original light with the scratches and scuffs and thought I was going to be satisfied with that. When I questioned Bill about it, Bill said that he did not get paid enough money (from the Insurance Claim) to fix and repair my vehicle and he had to do what he felt was necessary to make his money. Wow!!! I wish Bill was forthcoming with that information before I decided to leave my vehicle with him and The Body Shop and the reason why I am using quotations when writing this body shop, is because my Vehicle was never actually serviced and repaired here in Plainview, Long Island. I later learned my vehicle was sent to Omega Body Shop in Hicksville, Long Island where they performed all the work including the fixing and repairing of my headlamp with scratches and scuffs. I know this because when I asked Bill to polish and clean the driver side headlamp light (this service I paid out-of-pocket for) I noticed the headlamp light was not installed correctly and Bill could not figure out how to install it properly so I was instructed by Bill to drive from Plainview to Hicksville for the people at Omega Body Shop to properly seat my headlamp light. And by the way, the work performed by Omega Body Shop is left to be desired, to say the least. All around bad experience. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Getting the job done with Mr. Rich was a very good experience. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his estimate, accurate for timing. He did a super job communicating with customer, getting the estimate, arranging the rental car and made my live much easier. I thank him for going above and beyond! I am so happy to have found bBill over at The Body Shop! When my car was rear ended, I was desperate to get help that was close by. Bill not only took care of the rental scheduling, and helped me with my claim, he made the process completely seamless that if this happened again, I wouldn't worry one bit if I were dealing with him and his business. I dealt with Bill who from start to finish was a wonderful guy.My Door had been hit pretty bad. we got it in the shop ASAPand & he took care of every detail pertaining to my insurance co.etc. He told me 3- weeks but actually done 2.5 weeks. I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill from the Auto Body Shop in Plainview. The extensive work that was required was performed flawlessly, everything that Bill explained was done exactly the way he described. He handled every aspect of this situation in an extremely professional manner and I was very pleased that there was literally not a single problem I had to address with the insurance adjuster. When I picked up the car it looked like it did when I left the new car showroom where I purchased my car. Someone banged into my Jeep and the front bumper and fog light needed to be replaced. Bill was super helpful throughout the whole process dealing with Allstate for me. He set up my rental car which someone came and picked me up the day I dropped off my car also. When I was done, I just left the rental car at his shop and took home my car :-)Super easy, great, fast work.Hopefully I will never be back again, but if I need bodywork I know where I m going.Service: Body & Trim

Bill and his crew at The Body Shop were wonderful and my Subaru looked like new after the repairs. I couldn t tell there was any work done! Bill helped walk me through the insurance work and even arranged for the car rental to drop and pick up at the shop! The repair was completed ahead of schedule and I would never use another body shop. I recommend The Body Shop highly to anyone requiring auto body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bill is a man you can trust to get the job done right because he takes pride in his work. There is a reason that he is highly rated and sought after. About 10 days ago, I brought my 2020 Mazda CX3 to him with damage on the bumper and panel over the drivers side wheel well and he was able to point out things about my car that other repair shops totally missed. There is no cutting corners at his shop because this is a conscientious man who knows his craft and believes in delivering quality work. My car looks completely new! He also has a great personality, in addition to being accessible and responsive i.e. Bill is easy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend his shop, so if you are still searching about then you can stop the search now. Just go to Bill s shop and sleep easy at night.Service: Body & Trim

Bill and his team at the Auto Body shop in Plainview just completed a terrific job on my Chrysler Pacifica van. The damage to the front end and front bumper was extensive and The Auto Body shop repaired the damage amazingly well. Bill was also able to fix some wiring and sensor problems that occurred when the body damage to the vehicle took place.I feel that Bill treated me with respect and courtesy. The job was done quickly and very professionally. Bill delivered everything he promised and more. He was always available whenever I wanted to speak with him by phone or text, and I found that this is part of a general excellent customer service oriented focus to Bill's business. The body shop was amazing! Bill helped from the moment I called until the moment I Picked up my car. He dealt with geico so I didn t have to and that was amazing. Everything was smooth and had no issues on either end. Car was done earlier than expected and looks amazing! Like nothing ever happened. Hopefully I don t need him again but if I do I will absolutely be using bill in the e future!

Bill did an amazing job with my RAV 4. It was suppose to be a 10 day job, but he got it done in half the time and the car looked brand new. He was reassuring when I first spoke with him about the car. He called the insurance company with me to help put in a claim. He even called the car rental company so I could be set up with a rental while the car was being fixed. Bill was very easy to work with and communicated with me throughout the entire process for the repair. Just had my car repaired at The Auto Body Shop. dealing with Bill was easy and seamless, he under promised and over delivered! service was great, quality was perfect and car was returned ahead of schedule. I had a part that was on national back order and Bill was able to get it within a week!. I have had several bad experiences with other shops, but i can highly reccomend Bill and the The Auto Body Shop! you will leave happy and satisfied.
