I honestly can not say enough good things about Freddy at Maserati of Long Island. Not only professional but personable and friendly. The overall experience was truly 10/10. Freddy and the rest of the management is just a pleasure to work with. Thank you Maserati of Long Island!

Jonathan was the best salesman ever. My experience purchasing my first Maserati was so amazing and I would definitely purchase another one from him again.

My service advisor was great, kind, friendly helpful. However, I brought my car in for a software update, to fix the console slide for the 3rd time and to have the wrench removed for an oil change that I did elsewhere. I provided the documentation stating that the oil change was done and the receipt for the oil which I purchased from your parts department which I was asked to provide. I okayed the ridiculous charge of $275 to remove the wrench. After 29 days, I got my car back to find the wrench wasn't removed and the console slide was never fixed nor replaced. I cannot believe it would take 29 days for a software update which by the way I was told was done last time I brought my car in. Now I know why I had to wait close to 3 months to get loaner car, clearly no rush to get things done. Extremely disappointed!

Absolute horrible experience! This is my second Mercedes and was very hesitant on buying are car out of state. And I had every reason to be! This company and sales rep (Kyle) took our money so fast and didn t answer any of our calls or questions afterwards. I ve been an owner of my G 550 for TWO MONTHS, and I ve had to replace the battery, 2 back tires and fuel tank!! We signed an extended warranty because it s a $100,000 car, and it was even registered. It s been a lot of hot air from these guys and a lack of ownership. Not to mention it s been two months and I m still driving around with paper tags because they lost our paperwork. I advise run and don t walk when it comes to this particular dealer and anyone in management. I have yet to receive a call from any of these matters.

Kyle is my guy I have purchased all my cars from him and the team at the dealership. They also answer questions even if its not about a car they are connected too. I have sent many of my business partners here and they are all happy for the relationship being built here.

Had a great experience overall with this dealership. I'd been looking for a BMW M4 in a specific spec for some time. After countless visits to BMW dealerships in 3 states I found one which here which was surprising. I didn't know what to expect from a high end dealership. I was met by Andrew S. who was excellent. Very positive and didn't treat me any different even thought I wasn't looking at a $100K+ car. The process was swift and painless. Maggie, the finance manager worked quickly and was concise and a pleasure to chat with. I would certainly keep them in mind for any future purchases or recommendations.

The service center at Maserati of Long Island in Plainview NY is HORRIBLE! The service technicians and foremen are not well versed in diagnosing the Maserati Levante and their incompetency and lack of education on car repair caused my 2019 Maserati Levante to be at Maserati of Long Island in Plainview NY for over 7 months since 8/14/23, without an explanation accept that a service technician damaged my electrical system, however the vehicle was in perfect running condition and had never had an issue outside of normal maintenance. The vehicle was brought in for service due to me hearing a squeaky noise coming from the suspension area when I make any turns and go over bumps. Now this minor issue has turned into a nightmare and Maserati of Long Island in Plainview NY, had to tow the vehicle to Gold Coast Maserati in Great Neck NY, since the service technicians, foremen, and the corporate Maserati premium care division can not figure out how to repair the issue that is causing my Maserati Levante to sit in a repair shop for 7 months 1 week and 5 days! This is unacceptable and I am experiencing extreme micro aggression, disrespect, and ignorance from all angles and have been forced to report Maserati of Long Island in Plainview NY to the BBB, DMV consumer complaints, all social media platforms, the CEO of Maserati Davide Grasso, Chrysler Fiat, and Stellaris to make the entire world aware of this fake luxury brand that is pure trash!

As a previous owner of Porsche s andMercedes the past 13 years I was very used to excellent customer service. Working with DJ Gonzalez on my recent purchase of a new Mazerati was excellent. The entire Mazerati team was very professional and highly qualified. They all exceeded my expectations!

The advisors here are very receptive and eager to help you with any of your cars issues. This is something you have to be grateful for in a dealership. Yes, we know they always money hungry and after your dollars before your vehicles concerns. But at this dealership i did not feel that. Mohamed and Steven are real stand up guys in the service department. I cant see myself going elsewhere. Especially NOT to bergen county maserati, stay clear from them..i dont have enough characters to explain how piss poor they are. Maserati of Plainview is absolutely worth the drive.

Service can be a lot better. Waited 5 days for my car back after it being flatbedded in for a blowout. Had to call 3 times before someone took care of it. Not what's expected from a high end dealer.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this car dealership, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn potential customers. My encounter with this dealership while purchasing a 2022 Audi SQ5 Prestige was nothing short of a nightmare.First and foremost, I was completely blindsided by the fact that the Audi SQ5 I purchased was missing several key features that I had anticipated. The dealership conveniently failed to disclose this crucial information during the sales process. This left me feeling deceived and cheated, as I had specifically chosen the Prestige trim for its supposed top-tier features, only to find out later that these features were absent.Furthermore, it's astonishing that the dealership neglected to mention that the vehicle was imported from Canada, resulting in the voiding of the US warranty. This revelation came as a shock to me, as I was under the impression that I was purchasing a one year old car with 16k mileage with a valid factory warranty. To add insult to injury, my local Audi dealership has refused to accept the car as a trade-in due to its Canadian origin and lack of US warranty, leaving me stuck with a vehicle that I can't even trade in for something else.I attempted to communicate my concerns with the General Manager, Shawn, over the course of four weeks. I reached out via phone calls and text messages, desperately seeking some resolution to the mess that I had been thrust into. However, my attempts to contact him were met with complete silence. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for a customer's concerns is shockingly unprofessional. It's evident that this dealership's practices are not only unscrupulous but also entirely unethical. Selling a car without disclosing missing features and withholding information about its origin and warranty status is a blatant breach of trust. This experience has left me with a vehicle that's not up to my expectations, no warranty, and no support from the dealership.I urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership to be extremely cautious. Their lack of transparency, coupled with their unprofessional behavior, has created a situation that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss by steering clear of this establishment.

I had a great experience purchasing a 2016 GTS convertible. At the time of purchase they were missing a second key. My salesperson told me he would order one. The very next day a suspension light came on the dashboard. I called and again they were great, picked up the car, evaluated and got the light turned off. Dropped the car back to me. All good. The light turned on again a month or so later, I emailed my sales guy and he said no problem - your key is in so set up a service appointment and we will coordinate the key being programmed at the same time. When I finally got a chance to coordinate, the service guy said he knew nothing about the key, asked my sales guy who also said he knew nothing. I was told they would re-order the key and get back to me. That was weeks ago. I emailed again and no response. I even copied/emailed the finance manager on my deal. No response. Not sure how a company can go from great to ghosting me in a few months but that s what they did. I moved on today and ordered a new key for $800 with programming time with Gold Coast Maserati. They were very responsive and I look forward to having my car serviced there instead.

I fully understand that Maserati is a fine automobile and that you need to pay a price for this kind of luxury but almost $5000 for yearly service plus brakes. Yes expensive, more than I have ever paid for such service, even for cars similar in cost. But that is bad enough...today I received a notification that I was charged an additional $65 for gas for the loaner. To the best of my knowledge I returned the car with a similar amount of gas to the amount that was there when I picked up the loaner. The $65 is not really the point...it's just a bit chintzy.

I was traveling out of State. I had a minor but extremely needed issue with my Quattroporte that needed tending to. I pulled in with no appointment and instead of turning me away or scheduling me for a later date (like the Maserati dealer closest to me in Atlanta) these guys smiled, shook my hand, took care of the problem, and........did it quickly! Now that's what I call customer service! I wish I lived closer because Long Island Maserati would definitely be my go to! This dealership made me feel like my business was both important and more so welcomed!!!The dealer where I live in Atlanta makes me feel like 'whatever, we're busy, we'll get to you at some point in a week or so' and that's been on more than one occasion.I highly recommend this Maserati location. Just a great customer experience!

Mike Ronnin over at service along with his team did an excellent job with my cars service from top to bottom. From the moment I walked in, I felt I was in good hands. I was even shown the current condition of my breaks. The transparency was evident and truly appreciated. Mike and his team delivered a Top Shelf experience and definitely the only place I will be coming to service my car. Highly recommended! 5 stars !!! Thank you Mike!

I am a proud member of the Maserati family for a few years now. I bring my vehicle for service annually and was very happy with my prior service representatives. This year I was assigned to Gregory Beaumont as my service rep. and am extremely happy with his professionalism, knowledge and desire to assist me for all my concerns. Gregory is an asset to the service department! My only disappointment is that he wasn't my service rep the years prior! Going forward I will be specifically requesting Gregory and I am willing to wait for a time slot as I am sure he is in high demand!Great job! Thank You!!

Dawn was such an amazing and sweet receptionist that was quick to get me a rental. Chris was very nice and helpful in getting my car fixed as fast as possible and in the best way. Really know what they are doing here. Jimmy was able to get my car fixed faster than the F1 team for Carlos Sainz. Best Maserati dealer I have dealt with hands down

Greg spoke to me on the phone and made me feel comfortable with how they'd handle us. When we arrived he remembered me and took my wife, dog, and I in as family. We had difficulties with our car but Greg helped and gave us a plan. He really cares and the work on the car was solid. Very Happy! Ken

Greg Beaumont is a fantastic service advisor at Ferrari of Long Island. It was a pleasure to work with you and to meet other employees at your shop. Each person I met was sincere and greeted me with a smile. I was given a quick tour of the shop as well as treated with exceptionally fast service. I look forward to our continued working relationship.

I called during phase 1 for information in the end of my lease. Erick was very attentive and professional. He answer all my questions and concerns and wanted to note was not irritated with my 1 in a million questions specially due to Covid-19. Highly recommend their service department but they have always been very polite and courteous.

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had !!!! No pressure sales, bait & switch or extended warranty BS !!! I walked into a Ferarri / Masaratti dealership dressed in stained / ripped blue collar work clothes. I was greeted promptly by Justin one of there sales associates. He treated me just as if I'd been in an expensive suit. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and quickly found a perfect car for my needs. He held the car for me on nothing but a hand shake!!! I went home, did about 5 minutes of paperwork online and returned the following day to pick up my new masaratti. If you have the means, I HIGHLY recommend stopping in Ferrari / Masaratti of Long Island and talking to Justin or anyone of there friendly, knowledgeable sales team.

My salesman Graig Choute is great to work with. He works hard to get me the deal that I need. He and the entire staff are very efficient and a pleasure to work with. That is why I just took delivery of my 6th car from Graig , and my 7th car will be coming in 3 months .

These guys took two days to tell me that the gas cap was loose. They are aloof and unhelpful. Chris told me to have my car towed because the engine light was on. He Could have simply told me to check the gas cap which apparently happens all of the time. After they towed the car from my home in the Hamptons they told me to come and pick it up. I would avoid this outfit if at all possible.

While shopping for my new car, I worked with Alex. Alex was extremely helpful and transparent in the car purchasing process, he addressed all my concerns and gave me time to think about my decision without pressuring me. If you are thinking about purchasing a Maserati, this is the place to go and I highly recommend choosing Alex as your sales specialist.

Cost was ridiculous, had the car I bought from you for 3,000 miles and was charged over $1,700 for what amounts to an oil change. Free pickup and delivery took a week, insane. One, I won't be back and two I was interested in a Ferrari in Lauderdale for my Florida home, but I'll shop elsewhere.
