I have purchased two Maserati Ghibli's from Kevin King and had a tremendously smooth process. He was able to assist though out the entire process as well as keep in touch with me afterwards to make sure all was well. It was a no brainer to purchase from him when the time came again. I highly recommend him.

I finally met Justin Ghaw today and purchased the Ferrari California!! I came all the way from Virginia and Working with him was a pleasure and I will surely be back. The whole experience was amazing and smooth. The dealership is first class and the whole process went smoothly. 100% satisfied!!

The owner posted his Corvette on lineThen he said he changed his mind when I responded and wanted to buy it. Emotional attachment he said to that 67 Corvette. I was extremely disappointed that he changed his mind. However I really do understandAnd can't blame him. I would probablyHave done the same. Hold no grudges. I had an excellent experience working with Graig Choute from start to finish when I got my 2020 Levante. He was very informative in all aspects of the vehicle. He kept me up to date on the build of the vehicle and once it arrived picking it up was a very pleasant and painless experience. I would highly recommend Graig and Ferrari-Maserati of Long Island for anyone looking for a Maserati or Ferrari. I look forward to being a long term client of theirs.

If you do not want to have a bad experience, do not go to this repair service, much less let yourself be attended by Salvatore "Cris" omg he just wants to take advantage of your insurance guarantee policy and first he will give you a diagnosis he will keep your car 8 days and then he will make you return because he does not fix what you actually came for and he will continue giving you a diagnosis of your new car just to get money from your insurance and in the end your simple air conditioning will run out of gas which was the only thing I went for At the service shop I ended up losing 15 days in total without my car, the first 8 days they changed the actuator reprogramming the hvac system module and according to them when they did that they did not realize that my air hoses had a leak and that to repair it after that they had my car for 7 it would cost me $ 1500 more just coming back each time for something that supposedly came back to find that mechanical terms it is said to be a lost diagnosis or rather scam But apparently the manager of this location is not very responsible for the place because when trying to face the situation they denied it to me, maybe Masserati is in a tailspin and needs these small thefts to keep his service workshop open. I speak with proofs, invoices and recordings, nothing of just words. They never fix my problem.Services: Exhaust, Air conditioning

I had a great Experience when looking to get a new Levante. Graig Choute from the dealership was very helpful in making sure I got everything thing that I needed and wanted in my levante. He kept me up to date while it was being built in Italy and let me know what the timeline would be since it came a little later from Italy than originally expected due to the type for interior I was obtaining.Working with him was a great experience and because of him I would definitely go back and get another maserati or ferrari from him and the dealership due to the great experience I had. Even since having the vehicle, he checks in on me from time to time to ensure that I m pleased and have no issues. I definitely recommend anyone looking for one to go to Ferrari maserati of Long Island and to ask for him. You won t be disappointed in the end result.

Worst service department I ever encountered and I came from bmw, It s a shame it feel like I down graded.As much as the cars are amazing customer service is horrendous.They don t return calls, never have loaners available and when you actually do something you get your car back and they alway seem to forget one key thing.I ve only been with them two years but I would never return as a costumer ever and I would never recommend anyone to service at this particular branch.

Accommodating staff. My salesman Graig was exceptional, never tried to close the deal until I felt comfortable. I look forward to dealing with him for future leases .

The inspection process was excellent, however the employee working on my car ripped out part of my registration sticker which has nothing to do with the inspection of the car. I reported it the technician and he did apologized.

The staff their let me look around their showroom, my recommendation is go next door and see the Shelby Cobra, there is 2 of them and if it's still there the Ferrari enzo
