Couldn t say anything more positive about this place and their rim repair service. Nico helped me out and had everything taken care of within 24 hours. Highest quality service for the best possible price!! Couldn t have been happier with the results. Rest assured that if I end up needing something rim related, this is the place I m going to.

There is not much to say other than this is the place to get your wheel repaired. Hands down the best customer service that I have ever gotten. Nico is the best. I have always avoided writing public reviews but I could not say no to Elite Rim Repair. From the day I called to inquire about the service that they provide to the day I pick up the finish product, it has been an amazing experience. I am getting ready to have them work on another set of wheels for me. THE BMW M PARALLEL STYLE 37 WHEELS with shadow chrome finish are sic. Thanks Nico!

I was parking on a busy street a tractor trailer 53 between 103th and 90th Ave in Jamaica NY and this person was in a hurry, verbally harassing me and threw hot coffee in my face. I'm going to report to the police to this company and especially this gentleman. I have his license plate and the car with a photo of this person. I have the time and the money to do all this.he burn my face 03/30/2024 09:45- 10:15 am.License plate: A7832MN PEOPLE LIKE THIS PERSON DON T DESERVE WORK FOR ANY COMPANY.

Customer service is out the window. Hands down Nico made me feel at home and I was worry free with any issues I had in the pass with other work being done not to mention the installation Pro s i didn t know I was riding with my tires put on back to front Little details like that made me realize that am at Home, and not with some bullhorn talking my ear off on how good they are ELITE IS WHERE IS AT ..CHECK IT OUT ASK FOR NICO He will change the way you did business before

I recently inquired about some work for my car rims and decided to reach out. I received a call back from Nico, who was more than helpful in explaining his services regarding my vehicle. He gave me an upfront quote and estimated time in when my vehicle will be available.I looked up the company and they were beyond great service. Unfortunately, I never got to get my car to his company the fact that he far and beyond to help me was more than enough to know the quality of service they provide. I went to Elite Rim Repair on a recommendation from a Tesla Tech after calling roadside assistance to come check out why I had a slow leak in my tire. They told me it was cracked and that it was a lot cheaper to just have it repaired. While I was at it, I had another rim refinished since it had curb rash. When I had originally gotten the car back, the rim that was repaired had new gashes/scratches on the face of the rim and scrapes all along the edges. When I old Nico, he said that was unacceptable and took the car back and refinished that wheel for me, free of charge. The color match on my rims is nearly perfect (in the photo the rear rim was the one that was refinished). They did wonderful work and were a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be coming back for any future rim issues and would recommend them to anybody who needs to have rim work done. Thank you Elite Rim Repair!

Needed to have my rims repaired before I returned my leased Maserati. Dropped the car off and it was done by the next day. Rims look brand new and price was right. Nico was very professional and the transaction was stress free. I will definitely use Elite Rim Repair again!

Elite did an awesome job repairing the rim on my BMW x3 that was curb rashed. Nico handled everything and had the wheel repaired within a day. Super fast turnaround and great customer service and they accepted my wheel insurance so the full repair cost was covered. Definitely would highly recommend Elite!!

My wheel took a nice hit from a curb and Elite was highly recommended by a friend so I decided to check them out. Nico was extremely nice and helpful. I brought my truck in one evening and got it back the next day.They do great work. The wheel looks brand new and was color matched (matte black) to the other wheels perfectly.10/10 would recommend and will be using them again if needed.

First and foremost, Nico was extremely kind on the phone and in person. Something like that shouldn't be so surprising, but sadly, in this day and age, it is. More importantly, they did fantastic work. My aftermarket wheel was ready in less than 24 hours. I had a hairline crack (and a bend) that was causing an immediate loss of tire pressure. The wheel looks as good as new! The price was more than fair, and the service was quick and friendly. There's nothing else you can ask for from a business.

First of all I very rarely write reviews, but from the way Nico helped me in person and over the phone really pushed me to write this. Elite rim repair were amazing, especially Nico. He was the best. Really helped me decide what color and delivered some fantastic looking rims. If you have any pothole or curb rash damage. Come to Elite, and ask for Nico. No questions, no one comes close to perfectionism but Elite.

Had my BMW style 65 rims refinished due to severe curb rash. The rims were done the next morning and looked awesome. The finish is identical to factory. Nico was professional and informative. I would highly recommend Elite for your rim repair.

Excellent services at Elite Rim Repair! They fixed the crack and large bend on the rim and charged the reasonable price!! Nico at the front desk is super nice and professional he even followed up the next day to make sure everything is ok. Highly recommend Elite rim repair!!

Please click "like" on my reviews:Other places said my very pricey rim could not be repaired despite it being a relatively small bend with no cosmetic damage. Elite was able to fix it perfectly and at a great price. I work for a German vehicle Dealership and we send many of our high line rims to them to be repaired. I highly recommend them for both personal and corporate accounts.

I brought my car with a bent rim to Elite rims in Plainview, New York. Nicco, an incredibly friendly and personable guy who had great knowledge, was amazing from receiving my vehicle, through delivery the next day, with a repaired rim that now holds air. Brought in my stock 22" Tahoe RST rims which I loved, but disliked the chrome. I had previously vinyl wrapped them myself but wanted them professionally powder coated gloss black. Elite did an amazing job and got the rims back to me within 48 hours. I highly recommend Elite Rim Repair.

Wow is an understatement, Nico took amazing care of me with my wheel repair. Brought him two of my Volvo wheels with curb rash and minor damage to the mill finish faces. He turned my repair around extremely quickly and my wheels look like new. Highly recommend!

Nikko at Elite was amazing, professional, great work and service and soooo honest - we needed a tire and he said if he orders it the cost would be about $400. Niko gave us a website to order it direct and have it shipped directly to him - cost $200. So nice dealing with honest, caring and competent people !!!!!

An absolute pleasure doing business with Nico and Elite Rim Repair. Bent and cracked my new Kia's aluminum alloy rim. Kia sold me a new original rim for a grand. Had they mentioned repairs were possible I would have saved a ton of money. Nico quoted $110 for a repair which was done next day. Gave me a box to store the rim. Hopefully there won't be another busted rim but, if there is, I'll be ready. I will use Elite for ANY rim issues. No reason to go anywhere else! You guys are the best! Thanks!

I brought a set of 20 inch 10 spoke concave rims that Nico the front desk representative has taken care of the process from beginning to end. Excellent experience. My rim had multiple cracks. They tried very hard to repair. I went back 2 times and as much as they tried the rum was not repairable. They quickly ordered me a new one and within 24 hours I was on the road again. Service by the staff was attentive, knowledge and great follow up.
