I am so thankful my friend Tom referred me to this shop . Nick is amazing, my son s car broke down we had it towed there to see what was wrong with it . Let s just say there were several issues with it . Not only did he give us a fair price, he called me every step of the way to let me know what he was doing . I would highly recommend Ace !!! My son s truck is running the best it s been in a long time. Thank you Marty and staff !

Ace Motor Sports has been my go to for all my cars & auto repair needs as well as answer any & all auto questions for close to 20 years. I've been going to ACE service station for a while. Nick especially helped me put my battery in my key. They also found my phone in between my car seat when I panicked. Nick is very cordial and professional and willing to help with anything.I really love ACE.

Frank is a gem! He and his team deliver first-class service and attention to every detail! In an industry plagued with shady business practices Ace Motor Sports delivers high quality car options and outstanding customer service. Buying a car has never been so easy and with zero pressure. I highly recommend Ace Motorsports to everyone and anyone for anything car related. All my vehicles have been purchased from Ace and of course serviced by them as well... Some of these reviews on here are ridiculous... Frank (the owner) & Nick (the owners son) are classy guys who focus on educating you on services that should be done to your vehicle Yes they are direct but they only preform A+ QUALITY WORK with competitive pricing! I prefer doing business with them over a fluffy dealership who will smile in your face while they rob you. Over 10 years of nothing but great experiences- Go Ace!!!

Owner is short tempered. I came in the morning for a inspection. I was told to come back in the afternoon. When I came back no one acknowledged me. All employees with no masks. When I asked if I could get the inspection I was met with an angry NO, when I tried to explain that I was told to come back I got completely berated by the owner who clearly has serious anger issues. He tried getting in my face when I pointed out that he was completely out of line. Not sure I deserved to get screamed at when I was trying to give the guy business. If you want to be treated with respect don t go there. Terrible place.

I purchased a late model luxury car from Ace and was very satisfied with the owner, Frank, who personally handled the sale. The price was fair, quality of the car is outstanding and the car was detailed like new when I came to pick up the car. I would highly recommend this dealer and the owner as he was informative and honest throughout the sale.

I had gone to Ace Motorsports to have my car serviced. The Head Service Tech, Marty, was very knowledgeable on the cars problem and was able to make the repairs needed. While I was waiting for my car to get the finishing touches, I had noticed a beautiful used car on the lot. Frank, the owner of Ace Motorsports, was very courteous to me, and he took the time to answer all the questions I had on the car that caught my eye. It seems there is a good work atmosphere there for both sales and service. It was very nice in this day and age to find a car salesman who is very honest. I know when its time, I will be buying my next car from Ace Motorsports.

My name is Ed Frangione, I purchased a 2005 xj8 from Ace Motorsports. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE SATISFIED WITH MY CAR AND DEALING WITH THE DEALERSHIP. I was taken care of by Frank Bruno, which happens to be the owner. He took his time explaining the car to me, when I asked him for a car fax, he went right to his computer and produced one. He told me about the 90 day warranty that his company would stand by. He said any problems let him know. Two weeks later I had an information light on my dash and brought it in. Frank had it checked out, not only did he fix the dash light but decided to give me two new struts in the front of my car at no charge. He is honest and stands by his cars. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. It is well worth it, stopping by to see him.

After Frank and I had a further discussion it turns out he is a man of good character. originally i was not happy with the service and what they charged me for a quick diagnostics. after i explained my concerns to Frank we both agreed there was some miscommunication between myself and his employees. Frank was kind enough to reimburse me for my troubles. I have more work to do with my car and I will return as a customer, and hopefully give ACE another star. Thanks Frank and Marty

I bought my dream car, an 89 Camaro IROC-Z from Frank in July. He met me at a fair price, and sold me an unbelievably immaculate and reliable 28 year old car with only 25,000 original miles on it.Furthermore, he drove the car from Nassau to Suffolk to have my brother in law's father check it out. When the owner of Islip's best mechanic shop tells you to buy, you listen.He went the extra mile for me and then some. 5 months and about 5000 miles later, I can't begin to express how satisfied I am. The car turns heads and starts conversations everywhere. It really is like a new car. Its a dream come true for me, and Frank helped me make it happen. I really don't think another dealer would've driven a car they were selling 30 miles to have my family member inspect it.Do yourself a favor and have Frank find your dream car for you. You will not be disappointed.Thanks again Frank, Marty and the Ace team! Hope you all have a Merry Christmas!

Yesterday I stopped into Ace Motorsports (and Service Station) as I was having some AC issues in my car (during a trip to Long Island from Hoboken, NJ). They quoted me $189 to recharge the freon in my older (2003) car. Given it was brutally hot, I agreed, went to lunch, and they took my car. I got a call about 30 minutes later saying "our analysis says it's likely more... we could do the $189 service, but recommend more given the dye procedure (et al)". Bottom line is they charged me NOTHING, were totally honest and upfront about the issue (when they easily could have just taken my money and recharged the freon system), but they did the right thing. I was very appreciative and tipped them appropriately, too!! If I'm ever in the area I'd have no hesitation taking my car to Ace knowing they'll honestly take care of me and my vehicles.Thank you, Ace Motorsports.

Brought my car for a 2nd estimate since Acura wanted an egregious amount to change the brake pads and rotors on my 2016 MDX. I was given a price of almost half of what Paragon Acura was asking with using the same Genuine Honda parts. I dropped off my car the next day and it was ready when promised the shops manager Marty was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely go back for any services need in the future.

Brought my car because it stalled the night before, had an idea what the problem was but I wanted to get a second opinion. I specifically asked to call me before any work is done if its gonna cost me a substantial amount but they went ahead and did a computer scan anyway which cost $149 not including tax. A steep price especially when Autozone does it for free. So why didn't anyone call me? Apparently they've been know to do this, often, sometimes also doing work that wasn't called for (that happened to someone else I know). Moving forward I was told my battery and alternator was bad and the cost for parts and labor would be a little over $750.00. I don't think so. Got the Alternator at Autozone for $105.00 called a friend to help me with the install, paid him $100 cash got it done for $205 and change, and my battery is still good BTW. You lost my business Ace/Frank!

Made a appointment during the phone for two cars photo inspections and their staff told me to come at 4 and 5 pm. My bro came at 4 and when I came at 5. They re closed and call them they told me there is no appointment at 5. not sure what happen to their staffs. Lack of management.

This place is run by a bunch of crooks. Bruno the manager is the worst, unbelievably rude. All they are interested is ripping off the unsuspecting that walk in and they don't hesitate to lie. I recommend everyone to stay away from these guys. God bless.

Are YOU looking for a used car?Do YOU want the best deal in Nassau County (possibly Long Island)??Do YOU want to buy from an HONEST CAR DEALER??? (yes, one still exists)Then you need to go to ACE MOTOR SPORTS and see FRANK BRUNO Owner.This guy Frank, is really unbelievable not only will he give you the best deal ANYWHERE!If he doesn t have what you want and you re serious, he ll find it and STILL give you the BEST price imagine that!He s got sound, high quality cars on his lot (Mercedes, BMW, Corvettes, Porche, Jaguar I ve even seen Rolls Royce, Massarati and Astin Martin there ( I wonder what those guys bought from Frank???)Now, he sometimes shops at Barrett-Jackson (for you really high-end people) but he also can cater, sell to, help and work with the little guy like me! I ve not met a person at his location, that did not talk about:1. How long they ve known and done business with him,2. How long he s been at that same location,3. What a great guy he is personally,4. What an awesome businessman he is that takes care of and puts the customer first, and,5. We all now consider him a FRIEND.Once you go there, you will not want to go anywhere else.Once you shop there you will never buy from anyone else.I m on my second purchase from Frank and I wouldn t go ANYPLACE ELSE.ALSO, Do you want trustworthy mechanics working on your car?????Marty and The Guys are fantastic also as they have all been with Frank for years (yes, I ve had them work on my cars not purchased from them) and they treat it like it was their own!! Although, I think Marty must live there (ha,ha) he s always there - he never seems to leave, because keeping the customer happy and satisfied is important and priority to ACE MOTOR SPORTS. Marty keeps you informed on what they find not give you a bill at the end for stuff you had no clue about, and then hold your car hostage lolI appreciate their HONESTY ABOVE ALL AND YOU WILL TOO!VISIT THE WEBSITE OR GO SEE FRANK TODAY!!

My girlfriend went there initially because she needed a photo for her Geico insurance policy a 2007 hyundai elantra and he seemed nice and asked her to consider him if she had car issues in the future. A week later she did have car trouble, he admitted he couldnt look at the car right away so she left the car. next day she called for an update and he was dismissive and said he would call her when he had a chance to look. she called back a few hours later and he was angry that she had called and he still had no information to share. at the end of the day she decided to take the car back. he became rude and defensive and said there was a lot of work that needed doing. still no estimate. she insisted on taking the car since he had it all day and had done nothing! He then forced her to pay 89.95 for his so called work, we now have no estimate, still dont know whats wrong with the car and a quarter of a tank of gas was used in the process. this is not a good guy . he is rude and abusive and took advantage of someone who didnt understand about cars.
