Great customer service. 2000 Electra Glide Classic.Harley discontinued my Fuel Sending unit but Tri-Starr had what I needed. Samantha answered all my questions and got me the Fuel Sending Unit I needed with Fast delivery and great packaging. I did have to tweak the arm a little cause it was hitting the side of the tank. But other then that the unit works as it should. Would recommend them.

I have an older Fuso work truck that had a problem with the fuel sending unit in the diesel tank whereas the sending unit didn't work anymore. The dealer discontinued the unit, and I was at a crossroads for what to do next.Called Tri-Starr to see if they could help. Spoke to Mrs. Sending unit guy Samantha, and scheduled the unit to be shipped up to them asap. Samantha was wonderful to work with, as she couldn't be any more helpful regarding process, and how to go about ensuring that the parts would arrive and be seen as soon as possible. Last thing you want to do is run out of fuel in a diesel, as it's a real PITA to air bleed out the system once you do.Shipped them the unit, and within a few days, received notice that they were sending the sending unit back. Instructions how to ensure it worked (before installation) were included, and they offered any help I needed (other than driving the 4 hours here and installing it for me), that whey were available for any questions I had.The sending unit came back completely cleaned, rebuilt and tested from Daniel and Samantha's shop. I had to drill out a broken bolt in the tank before installing the new unit, so it took me a while before I was able to actually install it. I did the pre-testing with the unit out of the tank, and it worked perfectly from the start. Finally after several weeks, I was able to install the unit in the tank. Was such a pleasure to go to fill up the truck and see that the gauge on the dash actually worked again.I couldn't be happier. Daniel and his lovely wife Samantha were a breeze to work with, and were more than accommodating for me. I would recommend them to anyone with an issue like mine to not even hesitate. The before photo of my old sending unit is all I took a pic of. Imagine it all shiny and newly painted, and that's what the unit looked like when I got it back. Basically looked brand new, and best yet, is it actually works, even 3 months later !Daniel and Samantha are good people....
