Met with owner Joe and he was great, he showed us his shop and was very proud of it. After showing his shop to us we had a meeting in his office to find the right material for the repair, which he called the Albany Jaguar to see if they could help.Last we heard from him. That was 2 weeks ago and after 7 phone calls that have not been returned I just can't believe this company is still in business if he treats all of his customers like this.

The other reviews on here are pretty much spot on... we were given a quote for $12-17K for some paint work. The final bill was well over $20K, with no real justification and issues remained. Joe was really not that responsive to the issues and the excuses he gave were just that, excuses. For my next project I will go elsewhere.
