Room was updated and clean. But you can hear noise from over head and next to us. Breakfast was continental. Did not get much information when we checked in ..she was on the phone. Location worked for us as we were there to ride the bike trail.Rooms: Clean and good sizeWalkability: Can walk to a pizza / restaurant

Wonderful rooms . Great location, for exploring all the lovely towns and countryside around and right in the center of town when you just want to walk out for dinner in the evening. Lovely staff. Cleanest Inn I have ever stayed in. Everywhere was spotless. We will be back ! Continental breakfast was just right as a start to the day. I can't recommend highly enough.

In looking for a place to stay to break up an end of day 6 hour road trip, I stumbled on to The Inn at Pine Plains. Wow. The room I was in was beyond adorable, as is the Inn itself. You may have no need to travel to Pine Plains but make this a stop on your journey somewhere. The town is small and quaint and Patti, the inn owner was incredibly accommodating. I've stayed at dozens of Inns/B&Bs - they are my preference - this one is for sure at the top of the list!

My husband and I at the last minute had to stay in New York for the night. We googled local places to stay near Copake. When the owner spoke to us she was like our long lost Aunt that we haven t seen or spoke to in years. She was so so so nice, down to earth, warm, inviting, informative, caring and all the things you could hope for in a human being. My husband and I felt confident in our decision to stay overnight especially after speaking to her. We drove the 5 1/2 hours and arrived at midnight. When arrived, the inn was so lovely. From the cozy interior to the well kept and clean room with the most incredibly soft bed and sheets to the amazing shower head and pressure we were so in love with this place! We wished we could have arrived sooner just to enjoy it longer. In the morning there was fresh bread, hot coffee, and right at home kitchen to help yourself . If we ever find ourselves needing to stay at another place in this part of New York there is no question it will be this place. We are happy to have stumbled upon it and to have had such a great conversation with the owner. You will not regret your stay! It is literally a home away from home.

TOP NOTCH!!!Beautiful well kept quaint old inn on Main St. in town. Walk to everything in town.Amazing lakes and parks nearby.Hostess and staff are super accomodating and pleasant and helpfull.Plenty of off street parking. Nice big rooms. Inside is renovated and has a plethora of local Catskill antigues. Very well decorated.Lots of choices for breakfast but no hot breakfast.Great place to stay for a visit to the Catskills!

Lovely place, wonderful staff, comfortable rooms. The owner is very concerned about sanitizing, which put us at ease right away. All breakfast items are grab n go and individually wrapped. Please note: the town of Pine Plains and surroundings have very spotty cell service (T-Mobile). I *believe* AT&T is better, but it's not ubiquitous.

My husband and I spent a lovely evening at the Inn at Pine Plains. Patti is a terrific innkeeper; very attentive to every need, so personable, and a perfect hostess. The room was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed a terrific night's rest. We will be back!

Comfortable, cozy, accommodating. I stay here while visiting my family in Pine Plains. The Inn captures all the charm of the Hudson Valley at affordable rates!. The suites, building and decor are historic and quaint. There is a big backyard and onsite parking. The suites are clean with modern amenities and very spacious with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining area and large sitting room!. The staff is wonderful -friendly, accommodating and know everything about the town. I stayed with my children and was provided a crib and high chair. The inn is walking distance to the town center- grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, book store, library. Plan to stay here every visit!

Patti, the inn keeper, is very accommodating. The inn is very special to me as I have been coming to the Hudson River Valley my whole life. The breakfast could be improved with the addition of some smoked salmon or a breakfast bowl with squash or buckwheat with chicken and arugula (written by a baby boomer, a hunter-gatherer who does not thrive on too many carbohydrates). Egg equals 6 grams of protein. Not enough. I'm just saying...
