Place an order SUNDAY because the hours online showed that it was open. Site let me place order and said to allow 30 minutes or so, dont show up to store. Never received an email so I called. No answer, multiple times. 730 am Monday morning my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived the heavyset woman behind the counter told me it was closed and the online hours state that ... until she googled the hours. No apology . Had to miss work...

Came in with check engine light, employee very helpful, ran the codes for me, talked me through common fixes.

Always have had good experiences here. The staff is always friendly and professional. They always have had the part or item I needed. Prices seem fair and competitive too.

Since the change in staff they are useless. Went in for a ground wire connector for a battery ground to the block. They said they don't know looked for a second then just disappeared back behind the counter. 3 people and im the only customer. I know napa usually has this part but clearly they don't care enough they rather throw antifreeze bottles at eachother to stock them then bring the box to their shelve to properly stock it. Its a one person job, not two. Very disappointing as I usually go to them for most my needs but with the prices going up there to now this customer services ill just take my service somewhere else

Went in because I said its Napa love them they always have the stuff I need at their spots... Well this is the first and last time I go to the Pine Bush Napa. I was greeted by a cat laying on the counter by the register, ok let that go. Then there was a woman giving a customer hard time for asking questions on parts he was interested in and because he brought the wrong item it's all his fault while she is perfect. Then a young woman comes in and was nice to me at start. I asked for some parts and even gave her item numbers but it was a bother for her to look them up she needed an application for the items which was given then she said we dont sell them. Then said they may be on the shelf. I walked to the shelf on my own picked up the item said here it is and its 3 times more expensive than any other place so have a good day no thanks. I was told cant help you than as I walked out.I have been a patron of Napa for years in goshen, middletown, Monticello they are always helpful and have or get what I need at the lowest price in the biz. I even went to another Napa and got what I needed 30mins after my bad experience at 1/3rd the cost the other napa really dont understand that...

Love this place! Quality Auto parts, terrific knowledgeable staff that help with all your needs. If they don't have the answer, they will work very hard to get for you.Highly recommend this place.

Super convenient auto parts store in Pine bush. Friendly and helpful staff, with a large inventory. Large parking lot out front. Definitely recommend.

Very friendly and helpful. They are not pushy to sell you a car part, if anything they make sure you are content with what you are buying.
