Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Coffee was delicious! Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. They also had a gift store which we loved!! I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Confortable & Clean hotel with delicious Cafe in the lobby. Visited all 3 Watchtower locations for the week. Enjoyed the gift shop for JW gifts. Management and owners are professional and wonderful place to stay if visiting up state New York. Within walking distance was a book store, Pizza and other small restaurants. We will be back Thank you!

Such an enjoyable hotel to stay at while visiting the Pine Bush area and Bethel facilities. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is spacious with two sinks, the gift shop is a must see, and the complimentary morning breakfast offers many options. The hotel is small and has more of a home-like and safe feel to it. We especially liked the cafe, which although it has a limited menu, everything we ordered was delicious! We can t wait to return!

WORST EXPERIENCE! Its been a week since my stay at Harvest Inn, but i had to process what i experienced.Well.. my friend and i walked in the lobby and no one was at the front desk except a lady standing at the microwave staring at us like we shouldn't be there. I said my hello and ignored her attitude thinking she's a client staying there, to my surprise she WORKS THERE! I check in and The drama begins. Found out we double booked, one prepaid and the other one was not. I was like fine, that was a mistake and we'll cancel the unpaid reservation because we don't need. Miss "Sonia" was like, you have to pay to cancel that with her bad attitude. I told her, let us check in and we'll sort that out later, she kept going on the "You have to pay for cancellation" mind you, the amount she mentioned was equivalent to how much we paid for the other reservation. I called the company the reservation was made and managed cancel it. My friend asked her for our key, and she mentioned the cancellation fee AGAIN! I broke the news that i canceled the reservation and waited for her reaction, cause at this point i realized why she was giving us the unwelcoming attitude. I tried to give her the benefit of a doubt and start a conversation, I asked how her day has been, what she was having for dinner cause "she was eating." Still gave me the same attitude, so i gave up and asked what her name was for this review. So, to my dear Miss "Sonia", you need to do better with customer service. I know we looked nothing like you and our accents were different but, we did not deserve to be treated like that. For the sake of Harvest Inn and your professional growth, do better.

Such a great place to stay. Nice and clean with a continental breakfast every day with fresh waffles on the weekends. A really nice cafe and Best Life Ever gift shop. I will stay here again as it s very close in proximity to Walkill.

Beautiful little country Inn. Rooms are small, but we'll kempt. Beds are thick memory foam, comfortable enough. Extra pillows were accommodated. No room service, but easily can get needs met with new towels and toilet paper by visiting front desk. Can leave dirty towels and trash outside door and will take and empty. Ice and snack machines available, It says there is a laundry, but we didnt see or use it. Little refrigerator in room accomadated our own meal leftovers and snacks quite nicely. TV and wifi free with stay. Continental breakfast free with stay. You can make waffles in the two waffle irons. Batter already made! Yum! Fridge contains a nice variety of breakfast items like yogurts, and juices. Bagels, cream cheese, jams, syrup, butter, waffles, coffee, fruit cups and other items available. Great little coffee bar in lobby, for purchase. Very friendly! Helped us get into our room a couple hours early (check in time is 4pm) because our flight was an early arrival. Beautiful lobby. Great gift shop with ministry and gift items. We had a couple of plumbing issues, and had to take care of it ourselves, toilet and tub both were stopped up upon arrival. We were handed a plunger, we took care of it! It has the feel of like being a family guest versus a hotel with housekeeping services. We made our bed and cleaned our bathroom daily. They clean it when you leave. Which was also okay for us. Feels like your at home and it's comfy! We really wish the outdoor fire pits were available to use. There are tables and chairs outdoor to use, but without the fire pits, they would only be usable in nicer weather. Also, we wish the fireplace inside the lobby was on during those cold evenings. It was warm in the lobby, but a nice fire would have felt more homey too. Lots of seating in lobby, sofa areas, tables, chairs to eat, relax, play games, mingle! Fun! Overall, a really, really wonderful place to stay. Would recommend, and would stay again!!

Rooms are clean. Only complaint is that the walls are quite thin. Pretty sure people could hear us because we could certainly hear conversation or TV in the next-door rooms.

The rooms looked amazing ! But i am a germaphobe ESPECIALLY with bathrooms. Brand new bathrooms receive 5/5. Ones that are cleaned and scrubbed daily/weekly for years may also receive 5/5 stars. This bathtub didn t look recently scrubbed it was a little shiny but covered in some grime so it made me really uncomfortable. But it s hard for me to be comfortable when I travel and use things that other people used. So it is still above average and I m sure that normal people would give it 4/5 or 5/5 It would be nice if the shower head came out or if they provided bathroom cups so i could rinse the bathtub after showering. the carpet also looks old and carpets are something else that can make me feel so uncomfortable. But I brought slippers so I survived. Otherwise, the floor is lava (don t touch it ). The sheets look white like snow! I m so impressed. The lobby was so pretty I just wanna go and hang out on the huge couch all day. And they had the best Bible translation in the dressers Another issue we had was once we walked came back into the room the next day, it smelled musty. It is very humid now but I wish there was a dehumidifier for the rooms or some sort of air quality control. It smells musty every time we re-enter the room

The best place to stay at if you plan to visit Bethel. Very friendly staff. The brothers that run this place are amazing. Sometimes, they have gatherings and live music. Definitely would recommend staying here. No bethel is more than 1 hour away. Some are minutes away. Also, the area is calm and quiet. Also, if the owner would like to reach out, feel free so I can add more pictures. I didn't take many pictures since I was having a good time. I normally take pictures of everything, but the experience here was 10/10!

Perfect location! The Harvest Inn has a great spot just less than 30 minutes from Minnewaska State Park. The gravel patio with strung lights bordering the lot was the perfect touch to add to our summer nights while staying here. The hotel has a kind staff and great location right across the street from classic The Cup and Saucer Diner. We'll be staying here on our next visit to Pine Bush!

Better than normal, usually the guy at the front desk is very, very rude and makes you feel like you are bothering him. Fortunately he wasn't there this time. They are the only hotel is several miles otherwise they would be out of business. Not sure why I stayed here again, that's my fault, but I won't do it again. They need to either get professional or try to be a home-town type hotel either is fine with me. This place should not be included in the "hospitality" industry, maybe the wanna be hospitality business. I suppose it all boils down not finding qualified people who care.No TV for awhile, they said they would have to send some one to reset it or fix it or something.Noteworthy details: They must have had a highschool kid to program their "hotel computer system", and don't think you're going to hold the room with one cc then pay with another. Oh and the people hate working there so don't ask them anything while they are sweeping!

Great base for exploring the area (hiking Sam's Point).Nice pool, hotel & rooms spotlessly clean, excellent service, comfortable & quiet.I really enjoyed my stay here.Breakfast is continental style, carb forward (there's an awesome diner across the street too).Decor & gift shop has religious connotations due to it being Jehovah's witness territory but don't let that put you off, the place is wholesome & respectable, as is Pine Bush itself.Highly recommended!

I went here for a rented dinner party. The hotel front desk staff was very friendly, and the overall cleanliness of everything was great. I didn t see any of the hotel rooms. But if the restrooms and cleanliness of the venue are any indication of the rooms, I would be more than willing to stay there myself. There are no pets allowed inside the hotel though.

We were there two weeks ago and booked three rooms altogether. First of all I'd like to start off with good things. The receptionist who welcomed us, she was wonderful. Very young woman with warm smile. We checked the rooms and they were very neat and clean. Breakfast was pretty straightforward; bagels, cereal, mill, packaged danish, yogurt, juice, tea/coffee.Now the negative things. One of the room's standing light wasn't turning on. But it wasn't that big of a deal since we were just using the room to crash in. The second day, we went for hiking and we're thinking when we head back to the room it'd be clean again but when we entered it wasn't. I went down to talk to the receptionist and she told me we have to stay with them 3 days in order to have housekeeping service. I was just staring at her I've never heard of this rule. Speaking of receptionist, there were few who weren't smiling and answers you rudely. I wish they get trained well from the receptionist who welcomed us. Other than these incidents our stay was nice.

This was a wonderful place to stay for us. We stayed last weekend and had a really late check-in. But Victoria called me that day to make sure everything would be smooth for us. She was so sweet and polite, thank you!The room was clean, bathrooms clean (2 stinks which is great), toiletries available, clean towels, and a hot shower. The beds are foam, which isn't my favorite but that's ok for a night. Pillows good. Fridge, AC and heat worked fine.We saw there was a fire pit out back but we didn't go as we got in late and there were a bunch of people already sitting around it. Looked nice though! The parking is very limited. When we arrived we parked at the end which wasn't technically a spot but it worked. The continental breakfast in the am was very limited but I guess it was something. There is also a diner and cafe across the street.Overall it was a good night for a good price. We were even called two days later about an item left in the room. It wasn't ours but thank you for the call and honesty!

We did not have running water in our hotel room the day we checked out and no compensation was offered. It is completely unacceptable to be charged full price for a hotel room where you cannot flush the toilet or take a shower. When I called to ask if there would be an adjustment in the price, only $9 was taken off. I asked for a manager to call me back but never heard from anyone. I was shocked and disappointed by how badly the situation was handled.
