I have to admit superb customer service I received. They let me know off bat that there would be a chance that they may or may not be able to help me with a policy. The lady Brittany that I worked with did everything she could to assist me. I definitely recommend them.

I needed to change my general liability insurance as I was moving my electrical company from California to New York. I was referred to George Thompson and my rep that s been helping me, Brittany, has been absolutely amazing. They got me the best deal on the insurance I needed and also added the COI s for the company s I do work for. They also got me a quote on commercial auto insurance that I will be going with as soon as my van is registered in New York. I highly recommend this company!

I was searching for car insurance and after getting so many outrageously high quotes I figured I d give George Thompson a shot to see what they d come up with. To my surprise within a hour they got back to me with a quote that was literally half of what I was finding myself. No brainer. The customer service is top notch. Britney smith is my contact. She s friendly, helpful, & responsive.

I have been a loyal client of Sean and his agency for more than two decades now, and their service has consistently exceeded my expectations. Recently, I encountered a situation that truly highlighted this.Yesterday, I received a notification that one of my policies appeared to be canceled. This news came to light after regular working hours, leaving me concerned about the potential repercussions over the weekend. I decided to send an email to the agency, hoping that someone might catch it before the start of the following week.Less than thirty minutes after sending the email, Sean was on the phone with me, explaining the situation (which the carrier was not able to do adequately).Further, I was glad to learn that the policy cancellation was merely a false alarm, and the issue stemmed from the carrier's end rather than any fault of the agency or me.In conclusion, I cannot recommend this agency highly enough. Their exemplary service and commitment to their clients are second to none.

Top Notch Service! I used to go online and get insurance myself doing all the work, but once I found the George Thompson Agency my only regret was not finding them sooner. They lowered my rates and did all the work for me. A win win! Would definitely recommend to all!

Everyone at the George Thompson Agency has been like family for years. They have helped me with my car insurance and walked me through life insurance as I knew very little but needed to think ahead. While acting and servicing in the most professional manner they always manage to make you feel like one of their own. Thompson handles all my insurances. And now I'm turning 65 soon and Corrie set me up with a great Medicare plan and was there to answer all my questions. Great company
