I used Village Auto Body for the first time after damaging the front bumper of my 2011 Toyota Carola. Muhammad is a really nice, low-stress guy to work with. His crew did a beautiful job on the bumper, and also made repairs to the transmission system, which was leaking, and tuned up the engine. He provided a very fast and reasonable quote for the additional work. I wouldn't have said that my car seemed to be running too rough before the repairs, but I was really surprised by the improvement. I am fully satisfied with my experience, and I will definitely go back.

I went to Village Auto Body based on several positive reviews and they didn't disappoint. They did an amazing job replacing my rear bumper, lights and some fender damage. It took them only 6 days and they made my car look new again. They also repaired a few additional rather large spots on my car which was above and beyond what I expected. Muhammad was great, dealing with the insurance company on my behalf and making things super easy for me. He returned my car cleaned and detailed inside and out (again, above and beyond!) and explained everything they did to the car. I was thinking about selling the car before the accident but now it's like new! They also did some mechanical work and I will definitely go to their mechanic shop (New Tech Auto Repair) when the need arisies. I recommend Village and Muhammad local, honest, respectful, professional and above all, personable !

What a pleasant experience I had coming here to get my front bumper repaired. It only took a week for them to work on my car and they did a phenomenal job! They made my car look brand new as if nothing ever happened. They also included other services as well which I greatly appreciated. Muhammad was so kind and made things super clear so I knew what to expect. I am so happy to have trusted them to repair my car and I will definitely recommend this shop to any and everyone! We went to Village Auto Body & Repair after our car's battery died while we were visiting friends in Nyack. We needed to replace our battery quickly because we needed to drive home the following day. Village Auto Body helped us out immediately. We dropped our car off at 1:00 and had a new battery and functional car by 4. They were kind, thoughtful and efficient. When I worried about keeping them from closing on time and needing to stay late, I was assured, "We're not going to leave you without a car." Cannot recommend highly enough!

I broke down in Sparkill NY while traveling from Virginia to Maine. I can't thank God more because of where I broke down. Village Auto body & Repairs were in walking distance from the breakdown spot. The folks at Village, picked up my GMC Yukon to get it to a safe place and then were nice enough to drive me to my hotel, as the repairs were going to take overnight. They Repaired my Transmission which is working perfectly. I decided to have some body work repaired there while the vehicle was there. They worked with my Insurance Company and got all the right parts and did a fantastic job on the body damage. I killed two birds with one stone! Body Work and Transmission repair. They were absolutely fantastic. They really took care of me. I must add, I couldn't have broken down in a better spot, they folks were wonderful! Can't thank them enough. Even the price paid was unbelievably fair. It wasn't just Management either that was great, the entire staff I worked with were extra special helpful.

Shah and his team did a great job fixing up my Audi Q5 after an accident took off the front bumpers. He worked with the insurance inspector, getting a quote, and then completed the work quickly and efficiently. They even detailed the car for free! It looks like new! I recommend this auto shop to anyone in search of a quality and professional vehicle repair Shop. My car was towed at Village and the tow driver J was very helpful and attentive. When I got to the shop the owner was super helpful about what should be done next as far as insurance goes. The owner was very communicative, calling to let me know when my car would be finished. I have a brand new Kia and the team at village fixed my rear end as if I just got it off the dealer, within two weeks of the accident. Thank you village Auto Body for your service, kindness and professionalism. I couldn t be any happier with the result of my car! 5 star service! God Bless you all. Thank you.

I highly recommend this auto body shop. My vehicle got rear ended by a hit and run driver and the owner Muhammad and his team handled it promptly and at a very reasonable cost, even working over the weekend. It looked good as new when they returned the car. It was a pleasure working with them. The head mechanic Carlos is fantastic as well.Service: Auto body & trim repair

The service and quality of workmanship at Village Auto is second to none. The owner, Shah, is professional, personable, and does fantastic work. I recently had the misfortune of needing some extensive body work on both a Volvo and a BMW. Both were returned to me perfectly repaired, in pristine condition, and clean inside and out. This was by far the most unprofessional and inappropriate experience I've ever had. My car was towed to this location after I was in a car accident late at night. The car is a lease and my intention was to have all of the work done at the dealership.Standard protocol is for the body shop owner to contact the owner of the vehicle to verify if they will be doing the work or not. My insurance company assessed the damage and gave me an estimate of the work. Once I received the estimate, I contacted the autobody shop to have my car towed to the dealership. The owner was immediately irate and incredibly rude. He demanded payment before releasing the vehicle which I completely understand. Unfortunately his dishonesty led to him trying to squeeze more money out of the insurance company and he had to admit that he performed services on the car that were not approved by me the owner. In fact he never even tried to contact me.The towing and storage fee is what was due to him and what was paid immediately by the insurance company. I would never trust this person with any vehicle that I own and as a business owner myself I would never treat a customer the way I was treated.

True professionalism is what you will experience when you deal with Muhammad and Shah!When Muhammad and Shah arrived on scene to tow us, to the very end when we picked up our car (that was pure perfection) they were wonderful to deal with. They handled every aspect of the repair, sat with me while I called in the claim and even scheduled (very quickly I might add) our rental. Our car was seamlessly repaired and painted and detailed without even asking, THANK YOU! They made one of the scariest times of my life, much easier to manage and my newly repaired Rogue is pure perfection. Highly recommend them!!! You won't regret it!

Great work done by Village Auto Body in Piermont, NY! Top notch customer service!Muhammad and Shah were extremely professional and helpful. My car was hit while I was stopped at a stop sign which cause major damage to the front of my car inside and out. They handled every aspect of the repair, sat with me while I called in the claim and assured me my car would be done properly and in a timely manner, which it was. Great local business if you are ever in need of any mechanical and/or body work done, They made this frustrating situation much easier to manage and my car looks and drives fantastic. I highly recommend them! And yes, they even detail the inside! Thank you again!

Big thank you to the guys at Village Auto Body. My 2016 Volvo needed significant body work and Village Auto took the car in immediately and got to work on it quickly. Awesome experience. I actually called to get an idea of cost on my car's body work and to know if it can be fixed on the same day. The owner named 'Shah' listened carefully and agreed complete work on the same day.Next day, I drove in and literally got my car repaired for body work the same day. Was so happy.They not only billed me much cheaper but changed the Oil for free.Later found out that it's under new Management.Honestly, very respectful people and the best thing was that I have been explained about the detail of the work before they started it. Awesome paint job.I will highly recommend this auto body shop, at least do call before you seek someone else.

The Village Auto Shop is great! My car needed work done after a fender bender and I was very satisfied by the work. They also went the extra mile to help me when dealing with my insurance as well. If you are in the area and need a shop, I highly recommend coming here. The service is great and the owner are very helpful as well!

Wouldnt recommend very unprofessional and left a nut off the oil pan. Was also charged a ridiculous price. They do not do good work and the owners are extremely unprofessional and were not even there when I came to pay making me have to deal with a random mechanic for 20 minutes that kept changing the price while talking. Finally one of the owners came and it seemed like there was disdain between him and the mechanic ! Do not do business!Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

I am so happy I did not walk in to another place, I was recommended by good friend and this auto body shop def did not disappoint. I was given an estimate time of 4 days but my car was ready the next day! Service is absolutely above and beyond, and their work is excellent!

These guys are incredible. I made the mistake of allowing Mavis Closter to replace my breaks and rotors but ended up with: an unbolted caliper that collapsed, break pads installed without hardware, ruined wheel bearings and destroyed ABS sensors. Complete break failure on my way home! Absolute garbage service which is laughable at this point. Over $700 worth of damage.. Shah and his crew are amazing and fixed Mavis' disastrous mess. Village and New Tech (their Blauvelt shop) are incredibly skillful, detailed and honest. They WILL listen to you and get to the source of the issue. I've been living in the area for over 7 years and always thought they were just a body shop. Well, I found my new mechanic! Flawless service. 10 stars! A+++++Service: Brakes

The passenger side mirror of our car needed to be replaced. Mr. Shah made phone calls to price out a new and used replacement and presented my options. He had the part next day and I was able to drop by without an appointment and have it installed within an hour. Very nice people and good service!

Village Auto Body took such good care when fixing my 2018 Hyundai Tucson. They were professional and considerate to keep us informed and included in the car repair. We couldn t be more impressed and will be using them for anything car related in the future. I highly recommend them.

I can t say enough good things about this place!! The front of my car was destroyed by a deer and it had to be towed. I had them bring it to Village Auto Body in Piermont. Shah, the owner, could not have been more courteous and helpful and even assisted me in getting a rental until my car was finished. It was done quite quickly and when he said it would. The car looks brand new and he even had it detailed inside and out. Look no further than Village Auto Body if you need repairs. Shah and the staff are wonderful. - Bari O, Sparkill, NY

I have had some auto body work done in the past and my expectations were always met. Yet it s rare to encounter a team like Village Auto Body and Repair who actually far exceeded anything I ve ever experienced before.Timely concise and extremely professional, they set expectations from the beginning and exceeded every benchmark possible.It s always a challenge and a very difficult time when you have to visit an auto body shop. But these guys make it look seamless.Visit Village Auto Body: the only call when you need work done on your vehicle.

These guys. Shah and Mohammad, are great. My daughter's 2017 Jetta was hit while she was parked and the other party's insurance tried to lowball us on the repair estimate. Village negotiated with the insurance company to get the full cost of proper repair covered, arranged a no charge rental car through the insurer and even replaced the two hubcaps my daughter's car was missing! The work was done on a timely basis and looks good as new. And did I mention, they totally cleaned and detailed the car before returning it to us? Awesome.

We have had our Honda Odyssey and Ram pickup worked on at Village Auto. This involved everything from state inspection to complicated body repair. Their work was always excellent and their attitude was the same. I needed to repair damage I had done to my front spoiler/bumper. I dropped off the car and I got a call the next day saying it was finished. The workmanship is top notch. They did a great job at a great price. I will definitely go back the next time I need work done.
