I ll start by saying that I have spent 15 years lending in a bank as a loan officer and I received some of the best service from this dealership. Heather Waterman is the sweetest women I truly have ever meet. She wasn t pushy, she listened and only went with my wants and needs. I would recommend this place to anyone and even my own daughter (who s now buying a car) . Best service I ve received in years. Thank you .

You wanna speak to Heather when you go in she is a ROCKSTAR!! they stayed late almost 2 hrs just to help me get things right to drive away tonight...no issues very friendly and very professional I would definitely recommend even if you have bad credit.... I did but I showed up with a decent down payment and they made it work 100% Recommend!!!

I wish I could give them more stars!!Heather went above and beyond helping me through some difficulties that was preventing me from getting a vehicle, took the time to try and figure out a way to make the deal happen. I would definitely go back there for my next car and recommend them.

I visited two of the Ryan Phelps locations the one in phoenix and the one in auburn and to tell you truthfully I will never be back to the Ryan Phelps in auburn I met with a sales person by the name of Chris and it wasn t a pleasant Time just threw keys at me an told me to look for the vehicles in the lot where the Ryan Phelps in phoenix the sales rep with an awesome attitude Adam helped me find the vehicle of my dreams and heather helped me get my payments perfectly were I wanted them

My son purchased a car from Ryan Phelps. The salesman is very knowledgeable. The finance young lady is truly second to none. She explained to my son how his down payment helped him to secure financing. She also discussed refinancing with him. It was impressive. My son loves his car and I love that my son learned so much during this experience.

My husband and I had been searching for a vehicle for over a month. When I found the car I wanted at Ryan Phelps in Phoenix, I knew it was the one! I talked to Tom on a Tuesday about coming for a test drive and we were pulling away with our new car on Thursday! Tom and Heather were awesome and stayed well beyond their "open" hours to make it happen for us! Highly recommend - great service!!!

As a first time car buyer I had the pleasure of working with Heather. I no absolutely nothing about cars. I had certain things I wanted in a car and she got me everything I wanted and then some. She helped me get into a car loan program to even get the car. She went above and beyond what I could expect or imagine as a first time car buyer. I love my car and it s all because of her. A few months after having the car I received a call from the shop. Randy reached out to make sure I was keeping up with my main fence on the car. He explained my car warranty and the things I need to do so that I don t loose my warranty due to negligence. Special shout out to Lou always speaks to me anytime I come into the shop by name. I m definitely gonna get my next car from Ryan Phelps Auto.

I recently bought a truck from Ryan Phelps auto..Adam and heather are amazing made me feel like family...heather is a whizz with financing got me a way better rate than I thought possible. A little extra is hard to come by in today's world.there was an issue with somthing adam noticed an hour before delivery not a huge deal they definitely didnt have to, but insisted he make it right with no cost to me they went extra for me and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for very clean used vehicles

I enjoyed the experience and I'm happy with the car. Heather was great. I only wish I had a lower Apr but I can't complain to much since nobody else even tried to get me financed.

I was very reluctant buying a used vehicle. Between inflated costs, horror stories from others about poorly Inspected cars and trucks, and hidden issues that many used car dealers do not like to disclose I was adamant the used car route was one I was not going to take.Unfortunately over time reality hit, and a new vehicle was just not financially feasible, so given the good word of mouth about Ryan's, I decided to make my purchase there, and to date I am not at all dissapointed with that decision.Despite some major vehicle repairs necessary to my car, Ryan's honored their warranty and took care of these repairs without issue. Where most other used dealerships would find a way to dance around fixing the issues, or find cheaper options to momentarily fix the issue, Louie and the staff at the Phoenix location took my vehicle right in and PROPERLY fixed everything it needed without hesitation. And these were not minor repairs, these were major repairs, repairs they ate every cost of.There is NO OTHER DEALERSHIP out there that would have done that. And I did not bring it in just once. Every time they saw me they were pleasant to me, and listened to my concerns. And, most importantly they fixed it. Truly fixed it. They didn't find a cheap way to repair the problem, they actually fixed it.Although I have always been against buying used vehicles, as long as I continue to recieve the treatment I have thus far at Ryan's, I will never have an issue coming back to them.Thank you gentlemen for your honesty, integrity, and your treatment towards me and those you service. I can not thank you enough.

I purchased a really nice Silverado from Heather at this location she made everything really easy and painless. It was the smoothest car buying experience that I've had and I'm glad that I stayed away from the bigger franchised dealers where I started my vehicle search. I had a small issue with a window switch about a month after my purchase and I let Heather know she put me in touch with Lou and Randy in the service department. Even though it technically wasn't covered by the dealer warranty they took care of it for me at no charge. I'm very happy with my truck and when I'm ready for an upgrade I'll be back for another one.

I'm on my third vehicle from Roger and Ryan Phelps. Heather is always willing to go above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me. My son in law also worked with Heather and she found a great truck for him that's he is still driving today with no issues. I also want to give a shout out to Randy and Will in service. I get all of my and my immediate families vehicle's serviced here and they are always fair and reasonable. I will be doing business with them for a long time to come!

I bought a used car with 87k miles. Salesperson was helpful and no pressure, which I appreciated. I didn t buy any extended warranty, but the 30 day warranty applied. 32 days after my purchase my alternator went. I called triple A to tow it to my garage I usually use, but on second thought called Phelps to see if they would help. They said they would take care of me, even though it was after the 30 days. They didn t have to, but they did right by me. I appreciate the great customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car! Thank you so much Phelps!!

Heather in the Phoenix location was exceptional at getting me into my new truck . Her and Tom worked patiently with me in getting me approved for the vehicle I wanted and not settling for one that didn't suit my needs.
