Stopped in for an inspection 5/2/2022, but availability wasn't an option for that day. Was able to quickly book me an appointment the very next morning. I arrived early for my appointment, and was serviced right away 30 minutes before my scheduled time. I appreciate that I was seen earlier, and valuing my time. Very friendly service, very informative, and all staff were very professional while providing phenomenal communication and service. Had the starter quit on our old truck and needed it to be fixed asap vernie could have gotten it to his shop cheaper than what I paid but I couldn't wait so got it towed and fixed in 24 hours for less than I had expected and she's running good got more issues to fix but I'll schedule them soon so it can be inspected

I first saw vehicle online and went in person to see it. The sales rep was knowledgeable about the cars and was totally honest. Not only was this my first time buying a car from a place buy was nervous of being ripped off yet again ...so far so good but glad a man's hand shake and a smile still go far ...thanks for keeping morals and humanity

Not impressed at all. I took my truck there for a alignment and he said he would have it done the next day. After calling at least four times he finally got it done almost a week later. I don't even think he has a alignment machine because the truck came back ten times worse than it was the steering wheel is all the way to the right and it pulls hard to the right. It was better before I brought it there. I do not suggest this shop at all. All you'll that is a bunch of excuses from them and terrible work.

I've used Mr.Lafave's services as far as oil changing probably twice in the 9 years the Lord had bless us with the 2009 Toyota Corolla. A good mechanic who actually point out that Super Walmart Auto Department in Evans Mills didn't tighten the cap of the engine oil properly and charge decent price. Heard stories from one of the Stewart's associate in Philadelphia that her $3000 vehicle she purchased, he willingly does finance for her too. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to do business with Mr.Lafave.

Mr. Lafave is an outstanding, knowledgeable, passionate man that lives and breaths Auto/truck/race. I trust him explicitly with any of my automotive trouble shooting and repairs. If you do not live close he is worth "going the xtra mile" for. Reasonable, fair quotes and repairs.All you military at Ft. Drum, Vernon Lafave Auto is close and beats the heck out of driving to Watertown. Take it from Cranedoc International, LLC. I take my reviews/posts very seriously. This is true RED, White and Blue!And do not forget the inventory of clean,dependable used cars. You will not be disappointed!

Should not be a u haul location does not know what he is doing and does nothing to help you. I ordered a truck a week in advance and never recieved it. Just wasted my time and made excuses. Terrible service period
