Rip-off, rude and opportunistic people. The "boss" had me pay 250$ for towing the car about 5 miles to a parking lot in Peru NY; given the circumstances, they had me cornered and I couldn t negociate. Dishonest, unfair business.

I recently needed roadside towing after my vehicle had mechanical problems on a Saturday. I called them and they were there within 30 minutes ! I definitely recommend if you're in need of having your vehicle being towed ! Very reasonably priced in my opinion also !

Jimmy is his crew are awesome! I will be doing business with for all of my auto needs! Extremely quick response, my car was in and out! Would recommend them to anyone!

These guys are crooks, don t go to them. Dubreys charged me less than half of what Rocks did, and Dubreys did a lot more work. I was charged 350 dollars to pull my car 10 feet back onto the road. It took about 5 minutes. $350 AND they don t even accept credit. Only cash. Who carries 350 cash on them on a Monday morning? The invoice I got has very vague details no details on what the 350 was for, and the guys that towed my car wouldn t even give me their names. I was called names, just for asking them to tell me their names. These guys are crooks, save your money, go to Dubreys or honestly just buy a new car because it would probably be cheaper than going to these con artists. Also their garage reeks so bad they all are pretty much walking cigarette cartons, so remember to wear a mask! Maybe gloves too!

The maintenance guy Tim is fantastic. He got me in and out the same day for some worn down break pads!Reasonable price and I will be back. Plus they are true north country vibes for that experience if you're looking for it!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Towing and recovery was very professional. They gave me a discount for being a Vietnam Veteran. I recommend Rock s Garage wholeheartedly.

A Great Hard working Garage that will help anyone at a moments notice and gladly give anyone a Fair Price. I would definitely recommend this place because of the service, deals, and welcoming atmosphere. Since there is no avoiding getting your car fixed this is the best place to go.

Traveling away from home and my brakes needed replacing- they got me in right away, started working on it while waiting for parts- instead of holding up process and delaying the job- they were very accommodating, explained everything and price was significantly lower than initial estimate! Thank you!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely baffled at how great my experience was. Not only were they quick with the repairs, but their communication with me throughout everything was astounding. Most importantly though was the cost and how satisfied I am with the work they did. I would highly recommend going here, I know I will again!

Worst customer service around! Shady and miserable! Make an appointment and wait 30 minutes before someone talks to you while waiting for the appointment, just to be get told I will be 45 minutes before they can do the inspection. So I have a total wait time of hour and 15 minutes for a 10 minute inspection! Absolutely not! Then say I ll come back in half hour, since I had to wait 45 minutes and they tell me to call to see if they can even get me in! Ya kidding right? What was the point of making a appointment! Rude, miserable owner.

They towed my car off the highway, maybe 2 miles max. My vehicle sat there for 4 days while I waited for an estimate. They never came up with an estimate and had the ordacity to charge me for storage when I moved the car to another shop. TOTAL RIP OFF AND WASTE OF TIME AND $$$$

My vehicle broke down on the way home from Plattsburgh last Saturday. State police called for a tow truck. That's when l met the nicest most helpful person ever. Tim from Rocks Garage. His shop was actually closed Sat and Sunday but tried to obtain a serpentine belt for hours on his day off. He actually came in on Sunday his day off and replaced the belt. No one else that l know would put so much effort into helping someone. This person is a freaking saint. Also l want to mention kevin who went looking for a belt replacement on Saturday. Had a little set back with time was unable to bring my truck to the shop I'd normally take it to. Called Rocks once and was able to bring it by and it was fixed before the day finished. Work completed was to and beyond expectations.
