The staff was very accommodating in getting me a new lease on my Jeep. Macala went through all the details of my Jeep inside and out. She took her time and answered all my questions of all the new stuff, which was a lot. I really appreciated the time she took with me. Her and the rest of the staff was very courteous and they actually made it fun to to get a new lease!!

The staff is absolutely fantastic! Michaela was the sweetest sales person ever, I really enjoyed getting everything set up in my jeep with her. Robin was very kind and helpful as always

I ve been doing business with McClurg s for about 15 years and have always been treated like family. No matter what I need, they take of it!! From buying to leasing to service after the sale, I always choose McClurg's because of the people that work there.

Bought my new Grand Cherokee L here last summer. Great experience on the initial purchase.The service department has also gone above and beyond the two times I've been back since.I highly recommend this dealership.

I can not say enough about the customer service I received from McClurg s. I was in a tough situation with cars and they were so helpful and willing to accommodate my needs for a vehicle.Andrew, and Robin were attentive, patient, and easy to communicate with. They made me feel like I was their only customer.I will be returning in the future and I would recommend them to anyone who asks me where to buy a vehicle. Thank you!

I wish I could give negative stars. Horrible customer service, rude and clueless employees. I worked (through their website and email) for over a week to get a part and appointment only to waste my time driving there early in the morning, leaving the vehicle there, then to go at the end of the workday to pickup my vehicle and find out they could not provide the service/part promised. And, they did not bother to call and tell me this. Only said "we couldn't do it, your keys are in the car". No apologies for the inconvenience. I should have listed to all the people that had warned about doing business with McClurgs. Lesson learned.

Called service with a severe transmission leak on my truck with 25k miles making not drivable. The service person was rude and unhelpful. He told me it would be weeks before it could lbe looked at. Then said my options were drop it off and wait a week or go somewhere else. I went somewhere else, this dealer should be out of business treating customers that way. Called another dealer that was booked out two weeks and they had me in an hour later and being repaired the next day!

I've read some not so good reviews in regard to the servixe department. Well personally, I had an excellent experience with service. Bought my ram last year, and it was leaking water through the door seal when I got it home. I called, scheduled a time and they got me right in. After waiting a few months for the parts, which is clearly not the dealers fault, they installed the new seals. Probably solved and I didn't spend a dime. Buying the truck was cake, and so was service.

Drove over an hour out of my way to do business with McClurg instead of the big, corporate owned dealerships. Ordered a new Gladiator with the options I wanted in May 2021. Robin & Jill made sure to keep me updated on the status & delivery. Very pleased with the whole process!

Made a online appt with Mcclurg Chevy. Got there at 8am and was told by service advisor there was no appt. I showed my appt verification and the response was huh . Shen then made an appt at mcclurg chrysler. For the oil change and tire rotation. Well the bill was $104. About $50 more than the Chevy dealer. I asked the Chrysler service advisor to honor the lower price seeing I didn t make an appt with him. He said no they should raise their prices. Then I asked him to honor their oil service coupon. He said no I would lose money if gave you that coupon price. WOW!! . Will never go to either place again. To top it off my daughter bought a car from mcclurg Chevy that am. Informed them if this. The response was nice . Beware of no customer service and no accountability when they make a mistake. All they had to do is make it right!!

Sold a van right from underneath me. Had a deal worked out that required me to get rid of my current vehicle elsewhere because they weren't aggressive on a trade. Now I'm without a trade in or a new car. Look elsewhere! Sales rep left for the day and they sold the van. They aren't even sure what's going on at a small dealership with limited people.

No complaints with any service work they have done for us. We did have the wipers changed by them when the vehicle was in for an oil change and were charged $20.00 for the install. Next time they will be changed else where. Don't like being taken advantage of.

Service department put cardboard on hood sensor and never advised until questioned about it. John is not honest and got caught in several lies! Horrible customer service. Also sold a car with a leaking head gasket and was told coolant evaporated in 300 miles! Keep up the good work Mcclurg

Bought a 2016 Dodge Charger 1 month ago with 39000 miles on it. With less than 1000 miles put on it and less than 1 month since I bought it, the rear brakes started squealing, indicating the pads were shot.... I contacted them to get the pads replaced since they obviously should have been replaced before selling the vehicle if they were that worn down. They would NOT replace them stating brakes are not under warranty. I understand brake pads are not a warranty item, but the car should not have been sold with pads that were shot!!! They certainly wouldn't sell a car with bald tires....same difference!!! DON'T BUY A USED CAR HERE.... they obviously don't check them very well and don't care about customer satisfaction!!!!!!!

Bought a 2016 Ford focus from them. When I went to see ot the windshield was cracked. They had it replaced. The guy did not glue down a peice of the lining of the windshield. After calling and leaving messages three times, the guy called me back finally and said I could find a place to fix it and he'd reimburse me. Excuse me? How about you find someone to fix it since it was your mistake. Also, I'm having trouble with the tires holding air already and I've drove the car for two months. Oh and they changed the oil but didn't reset the oil life on the car. Do not recommend this place. Iwon't ever buy fom thm again.

Checked in with Service Department for a potential paint problem. Steve inspected the vehicle, took pictures and said he would research the best resolution to the problem.Prompt friendly service is always recieved and is the reason we return.

McClurg Chrysler Dodge Jeep & their GM store are 2 great places to purchase your next New, CPO, or used Car, SUV, CUV, or Pick-up. They always have a great selection of inventory & if you can't find your perfect match on the lot, ask your sales rep. to see what is available on other dealers lots as they can do a dealer trade to get you the vehicle you want in the colors you desire with the options you want. Plus if for some reason your desired vehicle isn't available via another dealers lot & you don't mind waiting a few weeks, do what I use to do when not in a hurry, order the specific model and trim pkg, interior & exterior colors and have GM, Jeep, RAM, Chrysler or Dodge build your specific vehicle. I've ordered a Dodge sedan from McClurg's, purchased accessories for a Jeep that only McClurg was able to obtain for me, I purchased a van for the rental property's I needed for picking up supplies at the lumber yard & lawn care equipment & supplies. I also purchased a GM product from McClurg's GM store. So matter what your preferred color or trim pkg, if McClurg sells the brand you desire, they will get it in your model and color either via dealer trade or by ordering it from the manufacturer. Be prepared to be treated like family as the McClurg's have been doing for decades.

Their service department for dodge is top notch. Jeff in service is always polite and they do what they can to help you. Can sometimes be busy being one of only a few dealers in a small town. Quality of work is good.

We had a terrible experience with the repair shop for our GMC Yukon. We took it there to have our 4x4 diagnosed...after several hours & 200.00 later, they still didn't know how to repair the 4x4, then said they could order a part that was dealer order only, for 500.00, 200.00 to put it in, and because it was electrical if it didn't work, we would be out 700.00. They were rude and abrupt & when I called to express my concern and our treatment, I was dismissed as over reacting.....had I been a Male, I guarantee it would have never happened. So if you are a woman, do not go here.
