Brian was the best salesman! My husband called to set up a test drive and less than 2 hours later with Brian's help I was signing the paperwork to purchase my brand new Spark! He even came in on his day off so I could pick up the car. All of the people at McClurg were welcoming and caring and really listened to me and helped me through my first car purchase. I have been recommending them to EVERYONE!

Recently was in a bad accident and out of everything that happened going to Chevy McClurg was definitely worth is.The car salesman Alec was very helpful, patient, and was even willing to help me with all the run around that my insurance company was giving me and if he didn t have an answer to a question I had he wouldn t give up until he figured it out and is always responsive to calls. Thank you for my new purchase of my 2020 GMC terrain was definitely worth the hour drive to go there.

We have bought numerous vehicles here and Brian Gross is excellent to deal with and our preferred contact. He is thorough and also fair as well as efficient and reliable. The vehicles have all been good and service is excellent when needed. Overall, everyone at the dealership is positive, easy to work with and friendly.

Excellent service, Brian is great. Got exactly the Silverado I was looking for, with all accessories requested. Brian is very personable, efficient and reliable, does not push as many salesman do. He listened to myself and my wife and only added what we wanted in the vehicle. We have bought numerous vehicles thru Brian, and McClurg, and will continue to.

Brian was a great salesman. He had the Chevrolet Silverado ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Showed me the truck and left me to the test drive. Unfortunately, they weren't able to offer me anywhere near what Toyota offered me for my trade. Brian was upfront and clear that there was no negotiation happening. Which I appreciated as it wasted less of my time. Additionally, the Chevrolet was just not thrilling. I'm going to keep my Ram and hope the parts come in in the next few months. The folks at the Jeep/Ram shop are always a pleasure to work with. Steve in service is top notch. The sales staff are super friendly!

Best experience buying a car! Called ahead and talked about inventory, and then was greeted at the door the next day with all of the details from each car we discussed printed and ready for me to look over! Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Made the whole car buying experience smooth, stress free, and exciting! Would always recommend McClurg Chevrolet and Buick!!

Tim Wearkley is the most professional , honest , easy to work with sales manager! In the auto business those traits are far and few! Just took delivery of my 2nd Silverado from Tim! No complaints at all ! Tim , I will see you in 3-4 years. -Kyle

So I recently posted a review of how my online appt wasn t scheduled even though I had a email confirmation. I was then sent to the Chrysler dealer across the road and was charged $104 for an oil change and rotation. I wanted the coupon for the Chevy dealership to apply and was told no that they should raise their prices. Btw it s the same dealership !! I now would like to compliment Sam at the Chevy dealership. She took the time to call me and make it right by refunding me the coupon difference. Thank you for making this right. It s appreciated and yes I ll now go there again for service!!

Recently bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra from them. I had an issue with my front brakes squealing and wanted them to look at it. They were friendly enough and did a diagnostic test run for me. Said nothing was wrong with the brakes, and i don't need to worry But a couple weeks later, my front brakes needed to be replaced. Needless to say, not happy that they lied to me about the well-being of the brakes, when I told them I was concerned.

The people at McClurg Chevy made purchasing a vehicle an enjoyable process. It was not the standard "high pressure" tactics that I have seen at other dealerships.These folks wanted to accommodate my wife and I whether we bought used or new. The staff were courteous and professional throughout the whole process, and made sure to answer every question without feeling rushed. We drove over two hours to get to this dealership, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. A genuine thank-you to Craig, Brian, and Garth for not making us feel like we were just another sale, instead they treated us like friends.-The Nelson's

My husband had an issue with his new Colorado and the dealer he bought it from couldn't get it in for 3 days. McClurgs took it in right away and fixed it quickly so he could get back to work. Great service dept with very friendly . I have also bought 2 vehicles there and never had an issue. Would recommend them highly

These guys are great. They helped me through the whole process and were absolutely amazing. They were willing to talk to me and help me achieve something i had given up on after trying to deal with other dealership that didn't think i was worth their time. I see no reason for me to go anyplace else ever again.

Purchased a new vehicle 2017 Chevy smart...sales people just interested in selling vehicle without completely knowing what they are selling..I am a Ford man but was convinced to change to Chevy...boy what a mistake...I was told the vehicle had voice recognition and then found out after signing that it did not..Word of advise make sure vehicle has everything promised before signing.. Also for a brand new vehicle there was nothing but a plastic bag to keep your book in and there paperwork. When spending thousands you would think that it would have included a good case to keep the paperwork and book in..I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT with a new vehicle...I will never go Chevy again..

This deanship is five star Bought my first car a few yrs ago and continue doing with them anything that my car needs .The service dept is five star well I strongly recommend this deanship to all who is looking or buying a new car .You won't be disappointed but glad you did. Like me
