I needed an updated inspection before taking a trip to Ohio on Friday. I called Wednesday and they were able to get me in right away Thursday morning. The employees, especially Tara, were very kind and made the process very quick and easy. My car was done in less than an hour! Efficient and a reasonable price!

I m so thankful that they got me in right away!!! Gave me the pricing in advance, they were friendly and professional. Every employee smiled. Great atmosphere!! I would definitely do business with them again and refer friends family and acquaintances. Unbelievably Please!!!

The girls, Chris and Tara, are extremely friendly! They got my vehicle in quickly and I was even able to drop it off early on the day of the appt, since I already had a prior commitment for the same time/day. They called me later that afternoon to inform me that it was ready to be picked up and were able to answer all of my questions. I arrived there and the mechanic, Allen, (who the girls jokingly say is also one of the girls ), was present with them; which I think is a great idea so then the customers have the opportunity to communicate directly with him in the event that they have any further questions about their vehicle.They were all very nice and I will definitely do business with them again!

Shannon/Trombly has always given great service over the years. Allen is very helpful and gives great advice on repairs. I trust them to provide honest and transparent pricing and quality work on my cars.

4 hours from home and still with 4 hours from our destination, my caliber seized up. They took us in on a dime and got us in and out within the hour and were extremely nice. Got us out of our bad situation and made a bad turning day better. Couldn't recommend more

Got me in for an oil change within a couple of days. Friendly service from everyone I talked to. Even reset the counter for my oil life for me so I stopped getting the warning notification

Always professional and personal service! Evaluated my tires and brakes with phone call and options/costs waiting 45 minutes after scheduled appointment. Picked up all done with reasonable in stock tire costs including rotation and flat repair. Love our hometown business!!

We had a horseshoe nail in our new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. Thanks to Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center(Trombleys) were able to get us in. In a quick and timely fashion they fixed our tire. With reasonable price also. We appreciate it. Definitely a great place and staff. Thank you again.

On our way from Speculator NY to a airsoft event in Pennsylvania (8 hour drive one way for us) the caliber on our car seized up and we where stuck about halfway (4 hours home 4 hours to the field). We had a decision to make ..turn around or try and find a reasonable shop that won't take advantage of our situation ( alot harder then you'd think) after deciding to contact Steve Shannon tire &Auto center about replacing the caliber and after explaining our situation they where more then happy to help us out . Fantastic service and amazing staff . Even though we aren't from the area they treated us like we've been coming there for years. I am super happy with the service we received from them and if we have to break down again I hope it's close to these guys and gals .

My son and another mechanic had recommended this shop. I am very thankful to the staff for assisting me with my brakes today. They were professional, fast and welcoming. They didn t just fix the brakes but taught me by explaining and showing in detail what was wrong with them. I will be returning and referring others as well. Thank you and I am grateful for what you guys did for me.

Carrying on the traditions of good service with good pricing that Trombleys provided for many years!We get tires there for multiple vehicles. Sadly occasional nails or debris damage a tire and these folks include free flat repair which has been very handy. Have used them for cars, SUVs, lawn mower, even an old wheelbarrow. I highly recommend them.

On a long 8hr road trip, a front caliper seized up and almost blew out a tire, these folks took us in and got us out within the hour, very nice and very helpful especially being in our situation (we were half way into our trip so 4 hours to either back home or our destination). Do recommend.

My fianc� and I brought our car in after receiving a quote from another shop. Al and Tara helped us out so much. They gave us a more accurate quote and our car was fixed within a week. The day we got our car back, the transmission decided to go out and they took the time to tow the car back to their shop and take another look at it for us. After realizing that they wouldn t be able to fix it, they gave us the name of other shops that could. They also connected us to a couple of people who were selling cars just in case we decided to go that route. They even went so far as to store our car in their lot for almost a week while we figured out what we were going to do. I couldn t have asked for a better experience at a mechanic. They genuinely cared about us as people and that made a huge difference. I will 100% be bringing any future cars to their shop for work that needs to be done. 10/10 highly recommend this shop.
