I was able to get my car in quickly for repair. They were very responsive and helpful. They did a great job on my car. Plus they were able to fit my husband in without an appointment for a tire repair. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our automobile repairs.

I came in for a check engine light. The guys ran the diagnostics for me right away and took the time to explain the error codes and what my options were. Professional and friendly customer service goes a long way. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I took my vehicle in for air pressure problem in one tire. They were honest about the issue and didn t try to sell me on anything else regarding my tires. I was informed that I did need new brakes, but didn t need them done immediately and suggested I get them done in the near future. They gave me a fair quote in my opinion and I scheduled for new brakes next month. I highly recommend Polmanteers!

Professional, honest and dependable. Always impressed with their level of knowledge in the automotive field. I ve had them do anything from replace a computer in my car to repairing extensive body work on my work truck and they even work on motorcycles! They fixed mine after it was hit in the parking lot at a nearby hardware store and they ve always done great work at a reasonable cost. 5 stars easily!

Gavin, helped me pick out the perfect tires for my car. He listened and asked great questions. Nice that they do alignments on site. They gave me a ride to and from physical therapy as they worked on my car. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you

Great service at a fair price. The Polmanteer team is experienced and professional, facility is clean and organized. Work is completed in a timely manner and they do not take advantage of the customer. Before fixing unforeseen issues they call the customer first, then proceed with their wishes. Highly recommend Polmanteer Auto Service Center!

Ben at the front counter was very open and honest and answered all my questions. The mechanic was very thorough looking over a car I was looking to buy. He noted all the issues that needed to be addressed which were all minor items.

Took my truck here and had my starter replaced. After I picked the truck up, it began making an awful metal sound when starting. I took the truck back and was told it was not the starter, but that they couldn t figure out what it was. I was charged a diag fee for them to look into an issue that started after the work was completed by them. I put my old starter back into the truck myself and no more noise. Very frustrated with my experience.

My 1st time here. Timely service. Scheduled tire service. Had it back in 1 hr as promised. I watched the Guys, they were thorough, pros, and asked me questions so I could ask them for more info also. Big help if you need to learn. I'll be back.Highly recommend.

Update for Jan 2024. I had my annual work and discovered that I needed four new tires. They were very expensive but the guys were patient and helped me make a good choice for my budget and my car. The ride to work this morning with my new tires ride was really smooth and quiet. These guys know what they're doing! Polmanteers, was putting window seals and fixing rust spots on my 1994 G20 Chevy Gladiator van. When they dropped it off after almost a year, Glue is splattered on the driver's side exterior, the spare tire frame had been bent, and the driver's side mirror was broken. And they charged me over 5000 dollars. Think before you trust them. They were recommended to me. And now I don't know why. Don't TRUST POLMANTEERS. Their work is definitely Amateur.

I had flat tire and needed 4 new tires. I called Polmanteer and they came and got my car, did all 4 tires, mounted a spare and did my oilchang. They brought it back to me in less that 24hrs.! After hitting a deer I needed front end work, when they were finished it looked like it had just rolled off the show room floor. It's very refreshing to find a place that's not only kind, courteous and works in a timely manner but also HONEST about what you actually need, willing to explain things and work with you around your circumstances. 8/30 new problem. had a big issue with my diesel truck. It needed a new fuel injector which they quoted to me. I had sticker shock but Gavin said his guy can probably get it done faster and save labor costs. Well, they sure did! Price came in WAY less! And the truck is again running great. Thanks so much guys!These guys are great! So helpful and know what they are doing! Got me right in. My issue wasn t a big deal and they fixed it in a half hour.Service: Exhaust

With winter coming, I decided to have snow tires put on my car. They truly make a difference. The people at Polmanteer s Auto were very helpful in wanting to make my car safe for the road. They also recommended a complete wheel alignment to protect the new tires I put on so they would wear properly.and last longer. Gavin the owner and his team were awesome!
