Couldn t have asked for better service!! Our furnace stopped working and Jake & JP came to the house within 45 minutes to help. As a family with 4 small children I panicked because it was pretty chilly in the house. Thank you for your prompt excellent service! Will be using you for future services and will highly recommend you guys to anyone.

If I could give 6 stars I would...wow-truly hardworking and honest people. Rita and Jeff-the best. Thank you for looking at my boat trailer and doing the tough paperwork for registration after buying a boat and trailer out of my home state. Thank you for being accommodating and getting me hooked up and ready to go for the road. These people fit me into their schedule and went above and beyond to serve me. They work so hard and take their time with their work and their work is worth the money. The care and consideration is so appreciated into the vehicles they work on. I wish I lived closer and year round and if I did I'd take my vehicles here all the time. Thank you for your sacrifice, hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction. I wish you guys all the very best for years to come. THANK YOU!

I was worried about the brakes on my car when driving from Canada. Called JR and I was invited to take it right over. They looked it over next morning, highly recommended that brake repair work be done and it was ready the same afternoon. I very much appreciated the excellent ,emergency service otherwise I would have been stuck or maybe had a serious accident.Thanks SO much.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jeff and crew deserve all the good things I can say about them. We are from Florida and were trailering our 27 ft travel trailer through Penn Yan when the suspension broke and pieces went everywhere. Right from our first phone call, everyone was kind, helpful and professional.Jeff showed up with his crew, got the trailer on a lowboy flat bed, took it to his shop and had it back to us in three days.He kept us informed all the way. I would give him and his crew 100+ stars if I could. Thank you everyone.

About 8 months ago, I had a new radiant heat system and HVAC system installed in my home. I can not express how extremely happy I am in their products, craftsmanship, courtesy, timeliness, and service. They are A++ all the way around. I would highly recommend them for all they do. We were visiting Seneca Lake from out of town. Had car trouble on a Friday evening. We put a call into JR's and he couldn't have been nicer to us. Offered to take a look the next morning. When the car was at his shop, he drove 20 minutes away to pick up the part we needed. The cost for his services was more than fair, and we could not have appreciated this more. We highly recommend him for his great service and reasonable pricing!Service: Electrical

We had our 18 year old water heater leak. Called JRs and Cheryl did a great job taking our info. Within 2 hours Jake M arrived and evaluated our hot water tank. Explained our options thoroughly. The next day they had their team installing a new on-demand hot water system. We would recommend JRs to anyone needing emergency HVAC assistance...Thank you.

I called for a tech and was told I would recieve a call back in less than an hour over two hours later i finally recieved the call back. I was told there would be a tech at my location im an hour. Three hours later i received another call saying that no one is coming today and that it would be over a week until they can send someone out to me. I just love how they lied and gave me the run around just to never show up. Office staff is extremely unprofessional and I would highly recommend you go anywhere else for your HVAC needs!

We are new to the area and when we had an issue with our heat got a recommendation for JR's.
