I went to the Penfield location today for an oil change, my first time going to Valvoline. It was great! Andy, Will and Aaron were the guys working on my car. They were all so friendly and polite. I will definitely be back for my next one. They all seemed to love their job and were having fun chatting while working which was so nice to see! It was a great experience all around!! Thanks guys!!

I went to them to do an oil change and they broke my oil pan and refused to take the responsibility for it and after I said I can t pay to fix it and I was telling them they have to pay for it the boss asked me for my raise. I don t recommend going there!!

Once they got me in great quick service. The entire staff is always friendly and professional. Sam took care of me again and is a very good employee. The guy deserves a promotion.

I came in for an oil change and the mechanic broke my oil pan, it was fine when I came in, but they over tightened the bolt to the drain and snapped it off. They refused to pay to fix it, and then had the audacity to ask me what my race is when I refused to pay. Would not recommend coming here.

Awesome quick service. Employees were all kind, calm, and attentive to the vehicle. The manager Jomar was very informative and taught me something new about my vehicle. He also recommended things I wouldn t have thought to ask about on my own. 10/10 will be back!

This location is great! The staff is great! They clearly enjoy doing what they do. And it shows. I make the trip to this location which is about 20 miles one way just because of the service I get here.

Worse company ever,If they break something in your car they will not cover it they will blame it at you they broke my brother oil drain plug and a piece of the oil pan and blame it at him and their corporate manger is racist. Do not go to it or you ll regret it.

Stopped by for an oil change based on the good reviews. This is was my first time not going to the dealer after several oil changes. They can't even get me in their system before another guy states he SNAPPED the bolt on the skid plate. I could hear the air wrench and he clearly over torqued. They would not fix it or give me the broken bolt. This vehicle has never seen salt so his excuse of rust was wrong. Upon leaving they put on my invoice I brought the car in that way. COMPLETELY DISHONEST!!Service: Oil change

These employees seem happy and they work well together which translates to a great customer experience. They are honest about what your car needs, they will tell you about issues they see but they will not pressure you to buy. For someone like me, that makes me far more likely to get more of the frill services or have them replace my air filters, wipers, etc., and I'm happy to give them the business because they earned it rather than pushed it. They will answer questions thoroughly, even my stupid ones. I am just today getting my transmission fluid replaced, my oil changed, and a tire rotation. They had a little trouble with the cap which made it take a little longer than expected but they kept me updated.

I have been to many car shops over the years and I can honestly say that the service I have gotten at Valvoline is the best I ve ever gotten. Colby, Andrew, Landon and Emily were very professional, explained what they were doing, how much it would cost and made my two young boys feel like they were involved. I highly recommend this location

These guys are AWESOME!!! i wont go anywhere else. they are always so pleasant and friendly and also actually know what they are doing!! Plus the manager Colby is the true definition of what a great leader should be. When a manager leads by good example...the team synchronizes and follows and the end results are always marvelous!!!!

I ve been going to this Valvoline for several years for the convenience & location. I went there today for the first oil change with my new car I had a GREAT experience per usual! Colby & the team were very informative & great to work with. I appreciate the time taken to check my AC filter (& replacing it) too! I already notice an improvement!

The wait is sometimes a little longer than I like but this location connects a few different towns, so I get it. But I can't say enough about the techs! They are absolutely wonderful at explaining what is being done and what needs to be done. I never pay full price because of the frequent deals and coupons. And the great attitude of the techs is icing on the cake!

I know there s going to be an email coming to me with a survey that I will absolutely be filling out, but these people today did such an amazing job that I couldn t wait. I had to leave a review on the actual page as well.Colby s team of highly trained individuals that helped me out today, made my entire day. Not only did they help me out with things that I couldn t figure out myself, they were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They taught me about what they were doing walked me through the process of resetting my oil light among other things, sometimes when I go to other locations, they try to sell me on stuff even though I say, I don t want anything. I did not experience that here at all They were very classy about how they went about things. This is forever my location I will never go anywhere else.Service: Oil change

I have been going here for a few months now and didn't have a bad experience until the one time we went recently. It took them literally not even 5 minutes to do an oil change and their cameras were off and we couldn't see what they were actually doing. The oil was black right the next day and that never happend before when we have gotten an oil change especially when my father barely drives anywhere. I filed a complaint and got a call from the manager defending their store and how they didn't do anything wrong. Also was told that their cameras have been off for months now and nobody has complained about that. Well maybe they didn't want to complain. It would be good to get your cameras fixed since they haven't been working for a few months now. I was told that they can do an oil change and we would have to pay the full price. After they took our money and didn't change the oil like they were supposed to. We will not be going back here ever again and would recommend people to not waste their time or money going here.Service: Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE! Everyone who works here is an idiot. I went for a headlight replacement and one of the idiots that work there lost the retainer clip and I had to drive around the whole city to find one specifically made for my car. The manager kept screaming at me because of their mistake, as I waited for 2 hours for a 3 minute job. Do not go here, nobody is over the age of 30 and you can tell they hired just ANYBODY!

Excellent attentive service! I was acknowledged quickly (even though it was a full house) and was given an accurate timen when they'd be available. Enabling me to do an errand then come back. UPFRONT pricing, no surprises when I paid my bill. Very happy with the crew over there

I went to this Valvoline location a few days ago. I had to wait about 20 minutes to get in, but I was in and out in about 15 once I got in the bay. The guys were nice and efficient and straightforward. I would definitely come here again.

In a time where it seems difficult to get good service, this Valvoline is a continual standout. I have been here many times and every time I go the techs are not only professional and efficient but they are friendly and informative. I am absolutely impressed with the service at this location.

I hesitantly went there about a week ago to just get an oil change. Normally I would either use my dad who is a senior master technician, or the dealership where i bought my car from, however neither were available that day. I say this because I know my car usually gets top notch care when it's serviced.When I came to valvoline, the service providers were efficient and friendly, but the next day someone pulled up next to me and told me that it looked like the bottom protective panel was falling off my car. I called valvoline and whoever answered told me I can bring it back and they would correct it. Great! I went back and by the time I made it down the street the panel was dragging on the ground. They did fix it but had to put larger screws into the now stripped holes, then instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, blamed it on the make of my car and said it's bc of the way its made. While I understand things do wear and tear over time, I know that this was 100% their fault and it was not put back on properly. I never had any issues with the panel before this visit and i know that if there was an issue with the screws previously either my dad or the dealership techs would've made it known to me. I will never go back to valvoline again.

I want to thank the young team that working today on 6/28/21 at 6pm that did my oil change and tire rotation. That was one of the best service Ive had with my vehicle. Everyone was happy to be there, they were friendly and customer oriented. A team worth taking my car to. I was in and out efficiently within 30min. I did not have an efficient and customer oriented service today with a local dealership, taking my vehicle unserviced, which lead me to bring it to Valvoline.I believe the crew at Valvoline was Jose, Samuel and Candace. Excellent Job , it made the difference for today.

As always fast complete and professional service. Always a competitive price and complete auto fluid level checks on all indicators. Other than oil going up dramatically, Valvoline is always competitive with others in the area. Like the idea that I can stay in my car do my emails and they can get my auto done.

Staff are excellent here, would recommend this place if you're in a pinch for an oil change and want to ensure quality. The prices are a little unfortunate though even with coupons so I would call ahead so you know what you re in for.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This was my first time going to a Valvoline Instant Oil Change and I very much enjoyed it. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Nobody tried to pressure me into buying any extras. They were very knowledgeable and the prices were fair.
