Horrible customer service they have a worker that do not know how to talk to the customers skinny man short hair small frame feminine shoulders he did not explain what was going on with my car properly and threatened to call the police on me if i didn t leave i never even raised my voice at him ended up having to go to another shop for them to redo the problem they ALLEGEDLY fixed and the area is too cramped do not spend your money with them there s much better mechanic

Had work done on my 2019 Infiniti Q60 which had a dent and scrape on it talked to Ben and Bryan awesome guys got my price estimate and scheduled me in took 4 days got her back nice cleaner then when I brought her highly recommended don t want just any auto body live near the city so you can find any auto body in a straight line but I wanted top notch auto body this place is great and to top it off they helped me with something they just saw was wrong and took care of it. Westchester Collision and Recovery is the only name you need to know. I called Mike about a unique issue on a business vehicle; he made time to take a look at it and the work was completely finished while I waited. Mike is responsive, and he and his staff provide prompt, efficient and courteous service that is unmatched anywhere else. In a time where it's hard to find decent service and a work ethic, Westchester Collision stands out.

My neighbor used this service for her luxury vehicle. Initially, they were very responsive and engaging. However, they quickly progressed to dismiss her & her concerns. Her vehicle was there for 3 months and she was told that parts were ordered incorrectly twice. This caused an undue burden and eventually hardship because of their negligence and lack of follow through. Very dissatisfied!!!

Great autobody shop!! I had an accident with my brand new car and the dealership I brought it from recommended I take it here. The car was a premium make and was brand new so i wanted to make sure it was done properly. I felt the quote was appropriate for the work needed and they did the job in a timely manner. In the end, the cost of repair was under the quote they gave me which was welcome news. The car came out great and looks brand new again. I would definitely bring my car back to them. The team at Westchester Collision is outrageously good at what they do. They re real people that understand real people problems. They know your relationship with your car can run deep and your baby is in the right hands with this crew. My car came out looking like the day she was born after a nasty hit and run accident. Worst place ever!!! Brian is the worst person ever. He discriminated my family. Brian treated my family like if their money is not worth anything. It s very clear that Brian and this shop is working with police department to make money. They went through our personal belongings in the car with out any permission. Brian even threaten my family and made my family feel very uncomfortable. Never do business here again! Worst place ever!!! Brian worst person ever!!!Service: Car towing

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Mike and his team and Westchester Collision. Mike and his team went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed and returned in perfect condition. They even had it detailed for me! By far the best auto body shop I've ever been to! :)

Amazing work! We first went to Westchester Collision and Recovery a year ago, when we needed one of our car doors fixed. Our dealer referred us to a different place that gave us an outrageous estimate. We called a good friend, and he immediately introduced me to Mike. His estimate was so reasonable, and the work was perfect. A few weeks ago, our car was backed into while parked and unattended. There was no question of where to go. The car again looks like new and the work was finished earlier than expected. Mike and Jerry and the team are great. There is no reason to look anywhere else. We completely trust the work and know that we are not being overcharged. I can't say enough good things about these guys!

I wish I would have gone to Westchester Collision & Recovery from the start. I had a small fix on the bumper near the right rear well, and I was quoted from another body shop $1800 to fix it. Feeling that quote seemed a bit extreme, I went to Westchester Collision to compare. There, I was treated with respect, and $9.22 later, my bumper was fixed. I cannot thank the team enough for their help and kindness. I cannot recommend this place enough.Service: Body & Trim

My first experience with Westchester Collision was immediately a great one. As I walked into the shop I notice numerous certificates on the walls certifying them with certain high end vehicles then I was greeted by the manager Mr. Jerry and treated with nothing but professionalism. They made my stressful day go away. They handled the entire procedure for me and even dealt with the car rental company for me. The owner was the most generous person I've ever met, he offered me a free ride to the train station and actually made arrangements to have my vehicle delivered to me looking like it did the first time I bought it. I highly recommend this business and will continue to bring my vehicles back.

Repaired our cars quickly and well at a fair price. Dealt with insurance so all we had to do was drop off the vehicle.Very, very good at getting a vehicle ready for return from lease.Thank god for Mike Hade!

Thank you Westchester Collision & Recovery for your prompt and outstanding body repair on my car. My car looks brand new and as beautiful as the day I brought home for the first time. I can't even tell where the original damage was located. Mike and his staff were extremely professional and trust worthy. They answered my questions and had my car repaired by the date promised. WCR assisted me with great ease in obtaining a vehicle while my car was in for service. I had peace of mind while my car was in the shop. I would highly recommend using WCR to anyone that is seeking autobody repair.

Mr. Hade and his staff are the definition of professional. They make the experience of having work done on a car painless. The staff is competent and efficient. They kept me regularly aware of updates during the repair process. And the most important thing, YOUR CAR COMES OUT OF THE SHOP LOOKING BETTER THAN WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT!!!!!! He is my family's auto body shop for life.

This business is truly the best that I have had the opportunity to visit. The owner was very concerned and it was felt, that he really cared about the care his customers receive. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived, and Michael was very courteous. There was no waiting, he had one of his employee's address my situation, two minutes after I arrived. This is my new home, thanks again Michael.

I have two teenaged daughters who routinely get into fender benders. Mike Hade and his team have done a great job of fixing my cars and making them look brand new. Everyone at Westchester Collision is helpful and attentive. I am a customer for life and highly recommend them!

Mike and his team are pros. They did wonders on our SUV. It went in with a massive dent and scratches from the front wheel well to the rear fender. It came out looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Mike also worked directly with the insurance company, making the car "problem" very easy for us to deal with.
