I brought my van to Chevrolet in Millbrook for the reason that I did not know any local mechanics. They tuned up the van and did a number of other things, and of course charged me a fortune. Eight months later a spark plug blew out of the cylinder and ruined my engine. I had my van transported to Manor auto and they gave me an outlined and detailed description of what had to be done and the cost. Eddie and Cris replaced the engine and had my van back and running in a couple of weeks just as Chris had promised. This was a major mechanical job, and it was done very professionally. I would highly recommend Manor auto to everybody.

I had the pleasure of visiting Manor Auto recently, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. Chris, the owner, is not only a Pelham Chamber member but also a fellow Pelham resident running a family-owned and operated business.I had an unexpected issue with a hole in my tire, and I decided to stop by Manor Auto for help. Chris's exceptional service truly impressed me. This guy named Cesar, told me what I already knew. I needed a starter replaced. For this genius diagnosis, his price to replace it was over a thousand dollars. I politely decided to go elsewhere, and he charged me 200 dollars for his diagnosis When I questioned his price, he refused to have this conversation Don t waste your time here Or your money . I went to a mechanic nearby in New Rochelle and he replaced my starter with a Denso starter of the best quality for $560. I was never advised that should I decide not to have Manor Auto repair my car, there fee to assess the problem was $195. The car was starting intermittently, so they did not do anything to get it started I paid them their ransom, and brought it to a AAA referred business called J/O Auto in New Rochelle.They put in a Denso starter of excellent quality and the price was $560. Half of Manor Auto. Dont let them rip you off. I m being completely honest about my experience there

I wanted to install a mirror on Trax LT. These guys did not express any interest, and gave me an estimate that was double what I received right across the street from adjacent body shop.

My name is Jacque Robertello... my car broke down on a Friday I took it to Manor service station in Pelham crying hysterical because my grandmother had passed away in the funeral was on Saturday Upstate New York two hours away. They told me to calm down they were going to fix it that they would call me later in the day. And that's exactly what they did they fixed it with no notice they went out of their way to make it so I could go upstate the next day to my grandmother's funeral. I am forever grateful for Manor service station in Pelham the guys are amazing the work is top-notch quality I can't thank them enough for what they did for me.

Very good Service. When I took my car in for a basic check up and oil change, they found that I needed new front brakes. No surprise to me. But I expected to have to bring it back another day to do this repair. However they said They could do the work that same day.They are always very efficient. And if they say the car will be ready at a certain time, it is always ready.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Brakes

A friend of mine recommended me Manor Auto S. C. because they have been honest and competent with him as a customer. So far I'm well pleased with the job they've performed to my car which was plenty of things. Good service and nice guys as well. I recommend this place.

I've been taking my vehicle as well as my families vehicles here for years. Not only is the service quick, but they are always polite and even offered me a ride back to my home while they worked on my car. You can really tell the guys that work here are a family, and it's rare to see that kind of atmosphere at a repair shop in my experience. I feel safer in my car with these guys backing it and will always use them as my primary repair shop.

I have always been very pleased with the service of Manor Auto. They are truly professionals who not only care for your care - but care for the customers as well. Great team and I highly recommend. 5 Stars for me! I will not go any where else. Came to Manor Auto on a friend's recommendation, My Honda pilot was misfiring and Eddie the mechanic took my car apart and showed me specifically what was wrong with my car and replaced the injectors and repaired it in the same day. The guys there are great! They are always willing to go the extra mile and help any way they can. They pump my gas with a smile and we have nice conversations. Manor auto service center is my exclusive place to get gas and any help I need with my car because of their service and the good people. I would recommend going there the next time you need to fill up your gas or have a car problem! Thank you guys for always helped me!

I went for a vehicle inspection and was failed because Chris claimed my brake rotors were shot, but that he would give me the "customer" discount and replace them for over $650. I went to another mechanic the same day and was told I only had some wear on my brake pads and it passed inspection no problem.I can live with a mechanic giving an honest assessment that I disagree with or is wrong, but I will not tolerate a surly attitude that makes me feel like I am getting fleeced. Not sure if he was having a bad day but being aggressive and rude towards a customer is never okay.I started coming here about a year ago and the younger guys who work the gas pumps and run the coffee stand are very friendly and professional. They also usually have really good gas prices but unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I came from Dutchess County down to Manor Auto after reading their amazing reviews. I was fed up with being ripped off by other mechanics. But at Manor Auto I had such a pleasant feeling. They have great customer service and the workers treat you with amazing respect. I recommend everyone to use Manor Auto you won t be disappointed.

Chris, I love your honesty. It may not always be what I want to hear, but I know your intentions comes from a good place. As a Mom, that often travels with a family, I feel safe knowing Manor Auto Service Center took excellent care of my vehicle.I always trust that I will be provided the best care for my vehicle.

Manor Auto does it right!! The guys in the mechanic shop are experienced and professional. Not only will they get the necessary job done, but will go the extra mile and make you aware of any issues you may come across in the future. As for the gas, it's a full service station. The gas pumpers are friendly, quick to help, and will do their best to get you back on the road ASAP

I thought they were good at first, after spending thousands trying to get rid of check engine light.... It finally passed inspection... A year later , same problem nothing was fixed.. Chris is nice guy but I regret ever going there and would not recommend them to anyone

My car would not start in my driveway (in New Rochelle) and I did not know what to do or how I was going to get it fixed. I called Manor Auto and, without asking, they said they would send one of their mechanics over right away with a jumper pack and to help diagnose the issue. The mechanic was in my driveway in 5 minutes with cables clamped to my battery! Such great customer service and very very knowledgeable staff. Thanks for going above and beyond without being asked to.

As a worker at Manor Auto I can say from firsthand experience that the labor is honest. From the attendants who stand outside for 6+ hours a day in all weathers, to our one-man show in our repair shop, to our owner who has to deal with the paperwork and all the logistics of owning and operating a business in Pelham Manor. A lot goes overlooked from an outside perspective. Not all customers can be pleased because of certain obstacles we face when working on vehicles but everyone does their best to keep customers satisfied while also providing optimal service on their vehicles. We keep steady customers for years on end not only in our repair shop but on our gas pumps where loyal customers commute from the Bronx, New Rochelle, Mt. Vernon, and City Island. Manor Auto is a respectable and dependable family-owned establishment.

After driving around for almost an hour trying to get my vehicle inspection done, I tried one last place, where I should ve gone in the first place .... Chris at Manor did my inspection in less time it took me to finish a great cup of hazelnut coffee, which was on the house as a bonus.Highly recommend this gas/service station. Make sure you say hello to Chris too! Cool guy!

I'm actually very surprised about the comment written below me. I brought my car in today for an inspection and oil change. One of the employees kindly greeted me with a smile and told me it would take 25 minutes. Ironically, I was done in 18 minutes. I would recommend this place to almost anyone except if you need body work done. Body work is not their specialty. Good place...good people.....pretty good price:)

I love Chris and Manor Auto. They have always gone above and beyond with every type of service they have performed for us, from basic maintenance to repair to snow tires to plowing services. Pleasant, professional, reliable - they have our loyalty and always will.

Went to Manor Auto Service Center in New Rochelle to get a tire plug for a nail in my tire. As the tire was being put back on my car the mechanic tried to force one of the lug nuts back on its stud and broke it. The quote for the tire plug was $25. While I was not charged for plugging the tire I was told it would be $85 for a new lug but, stud and labor. After explaining my frustration they price for the repair was dropped to $50. They refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused and blamed it on the car being an old Japanese car . I offered to pay the $25 I originally intended for the tire plug but they would not agree. Be careful going here as they will cause a bigger problem and try and charge you while being completely unaccountable.

My mother came home very upset from this place today. She was their loyal, repeat customer which they now lost. When her car overheated over the weekend She brought it to them on Monday morning, waited 5 hours for them to only tell her to leave it overnight. She was told by Chris that She probably blew a gasket. My mom says i called them in the morning, was told that they hadn t looked at it yet but when they do they would call. I need my car to get to work tomorrow so I went to their place at 4 o clock in the afternoon to get an answer. Chris, who said he is the owner, told me that they were waiting for the car to cool down. He said in an arrogant tone that if he was a doctor he couldn t get a diagnosis this quick. He said because my BMW has over 130K miles that the problem could be anything, like a leak in the engine, but he didn t know. He said when we get to it he would give me a diagnosis. I brought the car to this place because I was here in May for a similar problem, the same red light. I showed him my repair order dated May 18th which shows I spent over $650 on a tune-up and replacing a bad thermostat and gasket. He said he didn t need to see the paper, he knows what he did in May, but yet he says he doesn t know what the problem is. Which is a contradiction. I then asked well how many gaskets are there, which is a legitimate question because I don t know much about cars. He says lots! He then says it could be a leak in the motor. He said the car was backfiring and smoking when I brought it in Monday morning, which is not true. He got frustrated with me asking him questions and told me to take my car and leave. I asked him if this is how he treats all his customers. He then got really mad and said for me to get my car out or he would charge me for two days for the car sitting there. I said I would file a complaint with the BBB for his arrogance and rudeness. He told me to get out. All I wanted was to get my car looked at like any other customer, and I felt like I wasn t important enough for his time. I had total confidence in their service only yesterday morning because they work with BMV s and I was treated fairly in the past. This is a woman s worst fear when dealing with a mechanic.

Over a week ago I called this gas station to book the state inspection for my vehicle for the earliest appointment available on a Saturday and I was told to bring the vehicle in on July 25th between 8 and 10am. Today I brought the car at 8am sharp. When the first worker showed up, a little past 8:15am, much to my surprise I was told that they don t do any type of work on Saturdays and when I asked for an explanation as to why I was able to book the appointment, I was rudely dismissed. Unprofessional to say the least.
