I highly recommend this shop they had our car fixed in 2 days and it looks amazing!!! final cost ended up being way less than the estimate... Very nice job!!

Thanks for the work. Very good quality, short lead time, I don t know much about the price, but judging by how much my boss charged when I was a painter, it s very reasonable. If possible, I will recommend it to my friends. Thanks again for your work and positive attitude.

Outstanding work. I cannot begin to express how incredibly professional Bill and the staff at Ultimate have been. Customer service is top notch and the car looks like new again! From the start I was treated respectfully and fairly. Bill and the guys worked to repair some scratches and scrapes to our barely 6 week old 2020 X7. I was relieved that it looks brand new again. THANK YOU Bill and staff for providing service way beyond my expectations! I even got a ride to and from the shop so I didn t need to call a taxi. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

On September 14, 2020, I got into a car accident which resulted in my bumper getting ripped off of my car. It was a very sad moment for me because it was a brand new car that I had just bought a month prior and I developed PTSD due to the accident and my anxiety was off the roof. My insurance wasn t the best at the time with keeping up with me but Ultimate Collisions Center was. I spoke with Bill who called me and told me that my vehicle was moved to his location and that my car would be ready within a week. Sure I was a crazy lady LOL but I called in consistently to check on my car and bill without questions answered every question that I needed as well as showed me exorbitant amounts of kindness. He told me every step as it happened and I was confident that my car was in good hands. When people saw my car first, they said it looked like it was totaled. The day that I went to pick up my car which was a week to the day that Bill said it would be ready, I received a phone call from Bill stating it was ready and that whenever I was ready I can come and pick it up. Surely enough, my car was sitting right in front looking brand new! It looks better than it did when I pulled it out of the dealership. You would never think anything happened to my car. I d like to thank the staff that worked on my car and Bill for everything he had done for me at the time of my tragic experience. I recommend this body shop 100% as they show kindness, understanding, Customer service, knowledge and more. If I ever need any work done on my car I have decided that Ultimate Collisions Center will be the center I take my baby to. My car drives like a dream and I could not be more happier! Thank you Ultimate Collisions Center!

I came to Ultimate Collision after hitting a deer. Bill helped me handle everything with my insurance company and had my car repaired and my insurance claim resolved in a little over a week (which includes ordering a new front end and other parts). The personalized service was unexpected and made the whole process quite painless and the car looks great. Plus-Bill's a really nice guy! THANKS BILL!

As others have said, the folks here are friendly (the ones I met were Bill and Gary) and their work is superb. They also dealt with the insurance company directly. And my car has never been as clean as it was when they returned it to me. Highly recommended.

My 19 Equinox came back from Ultimate Collision looking newer than when I picked it up from the dealer a year ago. The replacement of the rear hatch, bumper and side panel, were all seamless. I called the owner, Bill, and he took care of everything! Job well done!

I went to Ultimate Collision when my BMW was hit in a parking lot. Bill (owner) took care of everything.. the insurance, towing, etc. The repair was like new! highly recommend Ultimate Collision on Park St, Peeksil

Someone scratched the side of my truck so I had cosmetic surgery done on it to repair the damage. The guys did an excellent job. The staff at Ultimate are professional and friendly.

Outstanding work, these guys are real craftsman. Flawless work and the owner walks you through a sometimes difficult situation when you cars been hit. Got mine back and you would never have known it was towed inn!

So disappointed took my car change fender and when I picked it up my wheel felt funny and the check light came on. When. I took it back the owner was biased and rude. I'm not sure it's because I am female or my race worst experience and now I have do more work to my car then when I brought it yi them !!!

I have been calling this service of cranes all morning and they do not answer what a terrible service when they have in their home the service of attention the day Saturday of 9-15 then that company of cranes is that they have a schedule and they do not attend and afterwards they leave you with that you have to pay more for the garage
