Do not come here if you're a woman. They will take advantage of you. I fixed my brakes and rotors this year with Roe Park and they're already completely shot, not to mention I don't even drive my car that much! I got it fixed for way cheaper by someone else and they said that there is no possible way my brakes & rotors were even fixed. Over $1000 down the drain for a problem they didn't solve. If you're smart you will not take your car here, its a scam. I will never return back here.

Our car battery suddenly went on a vacation. We called Mike and Anthony. They were very helpful and understanding of our "as soon as possible" need. They came to our home, jump started the car so we could bring it into their shop where they promptly changed the battery and we were on our way. Each of them was very nice. We have been with them for years and have no plans to change that. Excellent service...as always.Service: Battery

I was an hour and a half away from home when my car died in a parking lot. Roe Park Service Center made sure to send someone to jump start my car for me. They were also flexible and let me pick a time that was best for me to have someone come out and help me. Raj was on time and I am very appreciative for the service that they provided. I would recommend Roe Service Center to anyone based off of their incredible customer service.

I was pleased with the informative service I got when my air conditioner stopped working. The nice man at the counter took the time to really explain to me what was actually involved with checking on and repairing the problem. I appreciated the respect and time. We have always had good experiences at Roe Park.

Recently both of my cars broke down and a friend recommended I go to Roe Park Auto Center on Main Street in Peekskill and I am so glad I did. The service was excellent. The owner, Mike Hines, was at his desk in the front waiting room and took all my information. He called me at home to let me know the diagnosis and prices. Both cars were ready to go in less than two days and the price was fair. I am so relieved to have found an auto service center where the owner is available, the staff is competent and the prices are fair.

Terrible service. I brought in my car for rear brakes. Not only they did a defective job. When I contacted them to get the issue solved they wanted to charge me again for the repairs. Very disappointed. Not coming back. I wouldn't recommend this shop at all.

Mike and his crew are helpful and explain everything to you before the work. They have a clean and comfortable waiting room or they will drop you off at home if it will take a while.

I was fortunate to discover Roe Park after the mechanic I had for 30 yrs retired. I'm happy to say I've been completely satisfied with their work.

Terrible service. I was ignored when I came in. After I got their attention and discussed what I needed. They never ever got back with me! Unbelievable. Great way to do business. Very dissapointed.
