PLEASE make sure you take a look at the 1 star reviews that are hidden behind the 5 star reviews. I TOO had a similar experience as Kelly, Influential Travels and Tanisha. I bought a 2007 Honda Pilot from here. Before I bought the car it was A GOOD CAR. After purchasing the car, it was an OLD CAR and issues started arising such as the SQUEALING AND SQUEAKING that I had to drive around town with for WEEKS!!The Honda was purchased with a 3 month warranty. I took the Pilot back 3x and the issue was never resolved. His excuses were "it's an old car" "I can't keep spending $100s on this every time". I paid for the WARRANTY that you were selling to me. I am so grateful I didn't extend it for another 3 months. The last time I took it, I left with the Pilot sounding even worse than the past few times AND on top of that I left it on a Tuesday and got it back on FRIDAY!!! He called on Friday saying the Pilot was ready and when I asked if it was fixed he said yes. I wish I could post a video of how terrible the car sounded. It was embarrassing. This whole experience was a nightmare.And this is not a false review, we have spoken several times and I have showed up at the "repair facility". No need for a response because it seems like every negative review submitted is false or you've never done business with.

We bought a used car from Rich and his wife today and it was an excellent experience! Rich was a pleasure to deal with and we felt his genuine love for his business and it's reputation! He made the transaction quick, easy and seamless and we really appreciate that! He went above and beyond to help us get our daughter in a car quicker than we expected! He personally looked it over before we took the car home and said he would look it over as if it were for his own daughter! We couldn't be happier! Rich also offers a warranty for his used cars and stands beside his merchandise! We highly recommend Reliable Autos!

Sold me a car that needed the compressor and condenser coil replaced. Also, the rear control arm was completely rusted and not connected. Thanks for the safe car ;)

I was buying a used car and called Rich to do a pre-purchase inspection, not knowing him or the area. He was fantastic and told us everything he found wrong with the car, with the owner sitting right there, who he also happened to know. It really enabled me to make a better deal with the owner to cover the cost of part of the issues. He serviced the car on the things we thought it needed to start driving and am hoping to take it back to finish the additional work in a few months. He's trustworthy and honest, imo. I had a friend drive me to pick up my car and I think she may be buying one from him. His inventory is great! Thank you Rich!

Quality of cars that he has is way above average and the prices and service are as well. We looked in big and small dealerships and found only junk lies and hidden fees. We needed a car for our daughter so needless to say we had to have a safe reliable car. We found it here. Give this guy Rich a call, you will not regret it.

I recently bought a car from Rich and it was by far the easiest and most honest transaction. Rich is a straight shooter and no BS, and I appreciated that. He even offered to install cross bars that I ordered, at no extra cost. I have driven to Vermont and New Hampshire with zero problems. Of course I did my homework and had my local mechanic perform a post purchase inspection and he said the car is in immaculate condition. I will definitely continue to do business with Rich whether it be maintenance for my car or buying a new one.

A pleasant and easy experience. This was my first time buying a car and Richard and Dennis were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Very prompt and clear with scheduling appointments, handling paperwork, and answering questions. Genuinely kind-hearted people. I was so delighted to see that the car was cleaned very well when I went to pick it up; it felt like a brand new car. I'm very happy with my Subaru! Thank you!! Highly recommend.

Really had a great experience with Rich and the team at Reliable. My wife and I were in a time crunch to purchase a used and inexpensive (but reliable) car to get me to the city and back. Rich recommended a 2007 Honda Fit (with extremely low miles) he had in stock and it's really the perfect car for our needs and for city driving. They cleaned it so well it looks brand new and, the 3-month warranty that's included really gives us peace of mind. Wasn't able to negotiate price at all but the number was fair and in-line with NADA and KBB. I wouldn't hesitate for a second recommending Reliable to friends and family. Thanks Rich!

I bought 2 cars from Rich and has been servicing my other car for a couple years now on and off.It s a pleasure to work with Reliable; they provide great customer service, sales and repair for fair and reasonable prices. Really hard to find these days.(put your stickers on straight yourself tho ha) He recently successfully diagnosed various knocking and banging noises ( other mechanics were overkill ) in the front end and the car is driving and sounding great thus far.There s a lot of shysters out there , I don t believe Rich is one of them. He has my support and business.

Best place ever.I have bad credit, so it was too hard to get a car with financing.I visited a lot of place before this dealership, they always said that I just needed to come or I got approved to get a car. But when I got the dealership, they always said I needed a cosigner or pay down a lot. I was exhausted and tired, but I needed a car to work. This place, Reliable auto repairs and sales, Inc. was the best place. The guy, Richard, understood my situation and helped me out as much as he could. Finally, I got good car. I really appreciate to Richard for everything. I highly recommend this place.

Purchased a car from Reliable Auto six years ago. Very honest, friendly and affordable. I keep bringing my car back for regular service and for any repairs it may need (as I drive 75k miles per year), and every time I get the car back quickly and for an honest price. I have started bringing my other cars there for repairs and maintenance as well. Highly recommended.

THESE GIYS ARE THE BEST WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE. Make sure you check out there inventory, which I'm sure you're fine something. The cars are clean, the office also clean. Richard & Richard, father and son will treat you like one of the family. I was very happy with the time they spent cleaning my car and filling out all the DMV paper work, which saved me so much time. They gave me a 90 day 3,500 mile warranty for a 2005 Buick LeSabre I purchased. I am so happy I checked this place out. I give them FOUR AND A HALF STARS ONLY BECAUSE ONLY GOD IS PERFECT BUT THEY CAME PRETTY CLOSE.. THANKS RELIABLE......

Very nice father and son family owned business. From the moment I stepped in, I knew what car I was interested in and I was out for a test drive within 5 minutes and picked up the car the next day. Smooth, easy transaction and very professional. I'm really happy with them and their service. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Cadillac ats 2014 from these guys and they did a wonderful job with the price, the service, and even opened up on Sunday for me to come pick up my car. They were honest and I couldn't find anything wrong with the car when they sold it to me. No rip off dealer fees like everywhere else. I definitely recommend to check their inventory for good cars. They also did the finance for me and got me a decent rate on the loan.

Had to go to Reliable for some front end work. And they did it again! Left me with even more confidence in the repairs they do. I got a ride back to my place and they came and got me when the car was ready! Needless to say, it's real nice having dependable mechanics and feeling good about your ride. Add to all that they're nice guys!

I too was taken advantage of here. My family and I needed a car and they took advantage knowing that the car I was buying needed many things. We were reassured that everything was good with it , but we had asked about a few things we noticed and when something did go wrong with it we brought it back and was told it was something but intact it was something else completely when we went to a different and reputable mechanic!!!! The tires on the car were way out of balance and even took the owner on a ride and he had them balanced but it was the tires themselves they should have replaced they took my old car and didn t give me any money for a trade in , but they knew my family and I desperately needed this car and took full advantage of it. I would NEVER go to them ever again and NEVER TRUST them and their mechanics! If I had just replaced what they said was wrong which wasn t , I would have blown the engine in the car I just bought and cost me thousands that I didn t have! lesson learned , BUYER BEWARE!!!! Don t go to them!!!!!To reply to you- YES I HAVE THE RIGHT PLACE!!! It wasn t under my name! But thank you for ripping us off!!!!!Not a ridiculous review that is an asinine statement. You told us that it was a serpentine belt that went on the car but when in fact it was the water pump and if we continue to drive it , the engine would have seized . Thank God that my husband knows what he s doing unlike you re mechanics and not to mention that the tires should ve been replaced there was a bad shimmy and we told you about it and still did nothing but the bare minimum and got a wheel balance when the tires were actually worn out. No favors done there! Such a rip off!!!!!

Picked several cars to look at through Carguru; Reliable Auto was the first dealership with the make and model I wanted on my list. After a full day of seeing vehicles, this dealership had the best product for the best deal and made closing the deal simple and smooth. The owner "Rich" is an amazing guy!! He does quality work, and he works with you thru any problem you may have concerning your car.. I was having financial difficulties and he absolutely gave me time I needed without any pressure or added fees.. That had taken a load off of my shoulders!!! Thank you Rich.. very satisfied customer

Purchased a car from here and they told me that everything was okay with the car and it is was not. The NEXT DAY when I called them about the issue they told me they would not cover it because they do not have it on record that anything is wrong with the transmission. I also had an issue with my cooling system and they said that I must have done it. I spent $13,000 and it cost me an additional $3,000 on major fixes. This company is a nightmare.

I do not recommend anyone purchase a car from this place due to the fact that they do not do their due diligence on their used cars. If they tell you something is wrong with the car and they will fix it, they will make sure that they find a solution after the warranty is up on the car just to make the money.

Used car lot from HELL.This guy drove the van I bought from him down 9 A doing 100 MPH a day later the car brokeStarted over heating.He fixed it and the same problem happened one month later.The cars aren t lemons but the owner and employees are.

Staff was friendly and helpful......but the vehicle I purchased had many hidden issues / problems that I have spent alot of money fixing/ replacing..... I did not know of these issues upon purchasing the vehicle. MAKE SURE YOU REALLY REALLY CHECK THE VECHILE BEFORE YOU BUY IT!!!!! IF YOU DON'T THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND SELL YOU A CAR WITH ISSUES / PROBLEMS.
