They always do an excellent job with the car repairs on our VW diesel, and the workers are super nice and friendly. I have 3 young kids I often have to bring along, and they actually love coming to the waiting area as there are little games and things there for them to do, and Yasmin is always so nice to them. I highly recommend coming here!

We have been coming here for the past 6 months or so because they were so great. Fast, efficient & reasonable.After Yasmine left it has not been the same. They kept our car for 3 days for an oil change, inspection & rotation of tires. They claimed the check engine light was on so we could not get the car inspected and just had to drive it around a little and come back , mind you I could not get this reasoning until after going in person. When we finally called because we had heard nothing after 48 hours, the oil change was never completed.On the third day we said we needed the car and waited for the oil change. Lo and behold after receiving the car, the check engine light was not even on & better yet, there was a dent in the side of the car leaving the door dented and pushed out. The story had also changed and they said we needed to drive the car around to make sure the check engine light did not come back on after stating it had been on and never turned off even after changing the gas cap.Really disappointed as we took all 5 of our vehicles here and will not be returning.

I do not recommend for auto inspection, mechanic, diagnostics, etc. My experience was a mechanic who misdiagnosed several times and attempted to perform unneeded repairs on my vehicle.

Easily the best service garage in Peekskill. Ariana and Yasmin have the office on lock they both remember you and treat you like an intelligent human. Clear communications, super quick service (repairs are usually done in a day or so) and multiple times I ve been pleasantly surprised when the bill comes no extra stuff you weren t expecting or didn t need.This shop is Peekskill s best kept secret.

I trust their judgment ever since the told me about my transmission issue before I actually had one and got fixed without paying for it. They do good work here. Peekskill shell Auto repair is an excellent place to have your car worked on. Very professional, excellent customer service and knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommended. Why go anywhere else?! Peekskill Shell Auto Repairs and Tires is a welcoming, experienced, and skilled location with the most clear and communicative owner and employees I ve met in 18 years of car ownership. When you re dealing with your baby , clear communication is worth a LOT.My inspection visit was swift, easy, relaxed, and entertaining - how often do you get to say that??We were passing through after hiking in the area, but will make sure we return for future inspections and if/when we need repairs or diagnostics.Even if you re not from the area, it s worth your time and peace of mind to go HERE!

I recently had Peekskill Shell install a remanufactured engine in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I have had my Jeep back for a week now and it s running great. They did an excellent job installing. Took my car in to get a photo inspection for insurance purposes and also got my NYS inspection done as well. The employees there were great and they finished in a timely matter.

I was driving in town and knew I needed an inspection for a classic vehicle. Not only were they able to fit me in, but I received excellent customer service from everyone !!!! Their mechanics were Awsome, their office team is very knowledgeable, and they work with the customers with scheduling and parts. Happy to say I will be coming here from now on for my mechanical needs.

I've been at this location a couple of times now and have had a great experience keeping my 2012 Juke running. It's been minor work done but by nice mechanics, quickly in and out. What more can you ask for. Once again great service. Great repair shop! Been coming here for all my car repairs major and minor. Staff is really honest and helpful. They ve helped me out of so many jams when my car was stuck, I can t thank them enough! Would definitely recommend this place.

My wife had business to do with switching car insurance and needed photos done they took care of that I asked about a oil change they did it about 20 minutes so killed two birds with one stone. Pretty good service I would say,we were happy and got 5 bucks in free gas for the oil change too ,YAY !!!

I can't ask for any more professional, reliable, and honest people at the Shell!!! The owner is very friendly an accommodating and also takes his time to show you exactly what's wrong with your car and what needs to be done!!! I have been using the station for about 12 years now and not once have I ever been disappointed!!!

Thank you for an easy inspection process and actually doing an inspection. I used to go to Mavis and they never even raised the car off the ground to check anything. Will be coming back for any major repairs
