This place has been such a blessing for someone like me who doesn t know much about cars, and is constantly having car trouble back to back . They are always so friendly and willing to help me in anyway they can. They provided me with a rental while they worked on my car , and I got the car back in a timely fashion . I would highly recommend this place to anybody especially females. I got locked out my car this morning and they were able to come right away and help me get in with no problem. So appreciative of their staff.

I brought my Jeep to get inspected and they said they can take me right away, the still ended up making me wait 45 minutes before they even got inside my car. Once the gentleman got in my car he drove it about 20 feet before saying he couldn t inspect it cause my tints were illegal. Which I totally understood and politely took my keys back.Once I got in my car it absolutely reeked like cigarettes. As if in the <1 min he drove my vehicle he was actively smoking in my car. I will NEVER be coming back here ever again. Absolutely no respect for their customers.

I wish I could give Ozzy s more than 5 stars. I noticed a nail in my tire and as a pharmaceutical rep and on the road all day, I was concerned. I did a quick google search and noticed Ozzys was near by. I drove in without an appointment and they were able to help within the hour. Every single person working was extremely friendly and I knew instantly I was in the right hands. I just wish I lived closer because I would come here for all of my car needs! Thank you to all of the people working! I have already told several people about how great my experience was with you. I will be back for sure!!

Without question the team at Ozzy s is the best. When my 2001 Jeep Wrangler had transmission trouble, I drove 45 miles, past dozens of other shops, to make sure that Ozzy and his crew could take care of it the right way. They re honest, professional, experienced, and they back everything they do with integrity. Those are rare traits anymore.My Jeep runs like it s new now. I trust them 100%.

I was in a jamb to get my car inspected the day after Thanksgiving. Call 6 other places in the area and they are 2 weeks out for the inspection. I called up Ozzy's from my friend's recommendation, they were very accommodating. I got in and got everything I need done within an hour. While I was waiting for the car, I observed how professional, polite and knowledgeable the entire team is. I will come back to this Ozzy's again and will spread the words how wonderful this place is.

Ozzy and his staff are absolutely amazing. I had gone to them as a referral from 3 different people, and I'm happy I did. I called and got in the same day to have my four tires replaced and an alignment done (this was for my 2021 VW Tiguan). I highly recommend them!!

I recently had my radiator replaced at this auto shop, and it was very disappointing experience. unfortunately they neglected to ensure proper fluid levels, leading to potential damage to my vehicle. After letting them know of their mistake they refuse to fix it stating they had to many people I guess $1800 wasnt enough for the fluid too. Not only do they over charge for labor and parts but their complete lack of confidence is criminal, Or maybe they do it on purpose to get you to comeback to pay more. Save yourself the pain and hassle and and money and go somewhere else because if they cant even get the simple things right at over 300% markup then they won't get the job you need done right.

I don t usually leave a feedback but what transpired to me really pissed me off. Went for NY state inspection. Vehicle due this Jan 2024. I left my vehicle 9AM and told a couple hours. I left and waited the whole day. I got a call 4:30PM and threatened that they ll not pass the inspection unless they change an exterior bulb and charged me a total of $100 for a bulb and NY state inspection. Disappointed at this place! Beware and think twice! I should have trusted my instinct not to take my vehicle here. Wasted my whole day and scammed me.

First time using this place and they were great. I came in for an oil change but also had other concerns with my vehicle. The manager took his time to explain what exactly is happening. I can tell this place is customer service oriented from the start. The owners phone # is listed for everyone to see. That speaks volumes. 5/5

I use Ozzy for any repair that isn t covered under new car warranty. They are honest, efficient and well priced. I get all my tires and alignments here and couldn t be happier. Very dishonest shop. Went in for an inspection , and the clerk came out to me with a laundry list of items why I failed. Everything on that list was fine or just replaced within the last 4 months. Paid the $40 failed inspection fee and went to the DEALER.... , and guess what it PASSED. That's right the car passed at the dealer itself, stating the cars fine. I will never go to ozzys or recommend it to anyone. There are so many better and honest auto shops in the area.

I was so happy to get my car repaired.. the engine light came on which was not a good sign it took them a couple of days to figure out the problem. Well everything cost a lot but they explained step by step Mike was very honest explaining the details. My ride feels so smoothe. Also John did an amazing job. Yes I would recommend this business. I have been a customer of Ozzie s for very close to 35 years. During that time he has performed just about every service from inspection to tire purchases engine repairs to transmission work and others on well over 25 of my cars. He has taken care of my daughter when I was out of town on business by dispatching a tow truck to pull her out of a ditch and he has been a valuable consultant to me on all things automotive - both mechanical and business related. I cannot recommend Ozzie any more highly than I have by referencing 35 years of trust, competence, accountability, and overall decency that s not usually found in this industry. I ve trusted my kids with him and trusted more circumstances that I can and can t remember with him. Refuse to honor their contract. They do not have any partnership with Goodyear, Dunlop and Kelly, it's all a scam. !!!!!!!!!!SCAMMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!Took vehicle to get tire plugged. This was a simple tire plugging service, which was needed. After waiting 45 minutes, they pulled me into the shop to show me the tire. They said I needed a new tire and it couldn t be plugged. Looking at the tire once off the vehicle it showed fresh cut rubber around the nail( which made the hole even bigger). I know the tire wasn t like that before they took it off because I had pumped the tire up in the morning to get the vehicle to them and examined the nail and hole prior. The manager got very defensive when I said it was freshly cut(which you could obviously tell). Asked to speak with owner(Ozzy). Ozzy and manager discussed the situation, not allowing me to be apart of it and asked me to go back to waiting area. Not sure if Ozzy is aware of what it going on in his business or is aware and allows this. Ozzy not willing to do anything. Had them put tire back on and went to different shop. Will post picture once tire is plugged from new shop or if I need a new tire due to them damaging my tire. This place needs to be shut down. Will also report to BBB!! CHEATERS, LIARS AND DISHONEST PEOPLE FROM FRONT DESK TO SHOP CREWS AND OWNER!!I never leave reviews but this is just uncalled for. Don t want anyone to be fooled by this disgraceful business.ZERO STARS! Can t post unless 1star, more like negative 10 Stars!!Service: Tires

I recently went there for service and they were very professional and nice! A few days later I realized that something was wrong with my glove compartment. I came back, and without hesitation, they ordered me another one, saying that "mistakes happen and the least we can do it fix it." Thank you for being so accommodating and professional about the situation! I was really happy and will return for future servicing!

This place is a scam. I took my car in for oil change. They informed me that I had a nail in my tire. I told them I would fix it myself. While I was leaving I heard the nail in my tire hitting the road. I did not hear this on my way to drop off my car. I got out and looked a the nail, it was a shiny new nail. I can only imagine what other shady stuff is going on here.

Do not waste your time with this place. Took my car in for an inspection not that long ago. Tried to tell me I needed new wiper blades when I had new ones put on the week prior. Also request in the past week a quote for tires 3x I requested this quote. The website says they ll respond in 24-48 hours, that never happened. Again, find somewhere else because this place is a total waste

Got a nail in my tire for the second time in a year and dropped it off on a Saturday at the local shop that patched it the first time. Hours later, the shop calls saying they're closing and asking why I haven't picked up the car yet. They'd never said how long it would take or called when it was done.Sunday morning I'm driving north to visit family and the low tire pressure alert goes off. Ozzy's was one of the few places open nearby, so that's where I went. I left the car and walked to a nearby diner to get lunch. A few minutes before my food was ready, I received a link to watch live footage of my tire being repaired by Ozzy's. By the time I'd finished lunch and walked back, my car was ready to go. Turns out I'd paid the local shop for nothing and they hadn't even bothered removing the nail. I'd never mentioned that the same tire had been patched once before, and the person running the front desk at Ozzy's was gracious enough to suggest there had been two nails and that my local shop had patched the first hole and missed the second.In short, excellent service, did the work they said they would do, and thoughtful enough to not speak ill of other businesses. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for the last 4 or 5 years and they are awesome! They have always taken great care of me and my car. There are times that I have gone in with no clue about what was wrong. They could have taken advantage of me. Just the opposite has happened. A few times they adjusted some minor things and sent me on my way without a charge. I highly recommend them. I especially like working with Mir who is my service person. Ozzy is great and as a business systems expert, I can tell you be has created a good structure and culture.

Ozzy and his crew did some minor repairs on my 19-year-old car a while back. They were prompt, professional and courteous and did a good job. So when my car broke down on the side of the road at night, (when most auto shops were closed,) I felt comfortable having it towed to Ozzy's. Not only did they assess the situation promptly, but when it came time to decide to get rid of the vehicle, and another customer stopped by and expressed interest in it, they set up a deal that was much better than I thought I could get. I've had a number of experiences with automotive shops in the area over the past decade, most of which have been extremely frustrating. We've had estimates that were wildly off, work done that didn't need to be done, and situations where we dropped our car off and didn't get it back for weeks when we were told a repair would take "no more than a couple days." Ozzy's blows them all out of the water.Not only are they fairly priced, kind, professional, and excellent at explaining recommended service, they also are incredibly fast at completing work, as well as taking it in the first place. One example: today I realized I hadn't gotten around to a car inspection (due in September) and was panicking as I realized I was going to be doing a lot of street parking over the next few days. Ozzy's squeezed me in at the end of the day on no notice and immediately alleviated that stress. I also highly recommend the VIP program, which among many perks, includes a free loaner car (if available), and great discounts. had tires done.. came back saying needs coolant flush. car was just at dealership prior.. dealer worked on coolant system and flushed it.. during tire change came back stating need lug nuts that they were fluffed had them looked at they were fine.. had alignment done cause they said needed it never showed me print out of the before and after for all i know was never done.. asked for rotation was never done but also was never charged for.. would say ok quality of work but tried to up sell items with little to no proof..Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
