Very happy with their work. They are upfront about timing. I was happy to get my car back only a day after the initial promised date. With other shops, it's been weeks later. Matt and team are great! After getting hit, my car basically needed a whole new passenger side door. They worked with my insurance to get the claim right, helped coordinate drop off and pickup around my schedule, and were just overall helpful.When the car was ready, it was better than new! NWC fixed crushed front bumper and other minor "injuries" on my car. It came out perfect and they made the car look brand new. They also detailed the inside which was such a nice surprise. A national company replaced my windshield and was unable to calabrate my trucks safety features. Northern Westchester Collision was awesome. They were easily able to recalibrate the safety sensors. Brian is extremely knowledgeable. Gerg was very helpful knowledgeable and friendly. They are great people and very professional. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the treatment there, staff was very professional, courteous and kind. Mia, the secretary who booked my appointment, took extra steps in explaining every detail about the repairs and claim with Allstate. Definitely recommend ,and I m taking my business there in the unfortunate case I need in the future, since Adrian s body shop is always extremely busy . In addition, they cleaned and vacuum my whole car , and the trunk area which got severely damaged by a jeep twice the size of my HRV, looks better than it was originally, and this is a new car purchased last year. Northern Westchester Collision, eager for the business, had me bring in my car, assured us it would be ready for pick up in no more than 5 days. After 7 days the shop called to say they'd made a mistake and that the insurance company of the person that had hit our parked car, indeed, HADN'T agreed to pay the cost. Had we known that from the beginning, we would have been perfectly happy to have brought the car in once the other insurance company had finished its investigation. Instead, our perfectly drivable car ended up being held hostage for nearly a month. We missed pediatric appointments, a long-ago planned trip with the kids to the zoo, and suffered through no ability to grocery shop for weeks because we had no car to drive.Additionally, when we were forced to eventually move the claim to OUR insurance company instead, Northern Westchester Collision represented the repair amount to our insurance company at $1,000 more than what had been quoted to the other insurance company. Going as far as to INSIST that we pay them the $1,000 deductible in order for them to release the car.The excuse that the quotes were different because it was a different insurance company authorizing the repairs doesn't hold water. Why? Because the work had been completed WEEKS before. So the estimate was no longer an estimate. By that point it had been turned into a direct quote!Finally, when I inspected my car at pick-up, a quick look under the car revealed the plastic runner under the front wheels that was cracked in two places was untouched. Mind you, the car had been repaired WEEKS before.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding

Probably the best auto experience I've ever had. The fact that they're a certified USAA shop says a lot. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was totally professional and competent. Best of all, my car came out looking good as new.

I highly recommend this place. Not only do they do immaculate repairs they are really nice people who really look after their customers. I've used them several times in the past and they've always done outstanding work for me. This time they provided a pick up for me to come and collect my vehicle and they had washed it and cleaned out the inside mats for me. Very impressed.

I second that last review; these guys are just wonderful. they are absolutely honest and will not overcharge you.Thank you, guys, for extending my poor old car's life so I can enjoy it for, hopefully, another couple of years and you saved me thousands of dollars! I highly recommend this place!
