Had my oil change done here and noticed my oil was dripping from the plug days later. I went back today to get it checked out and they told me that they couldn t take a look at it as if they didn t care.. So I asked the lady at the front desk, what happens if my engine seizes? She told me idk and stayed quiet.. Like how hard is it to just take a look R the car? Maybe it s lose and didn t get tighten down enough.. The engine is important, someone should have taken a moment to at least take a look under the car

I am so grateful for Jo-Lea Automotive. Our van broke down at the worst possible time, a day before we had to go out of town for an important event and there were no other cars that we could use. They took us in right away, diagnosed and fixed it in half a day, and got us back on the road. Most recently, we bought a used car and we needed them to reupholster the ceiling of the car and they did it in one day and the interior looks brand new. They are caring, friendly, they go out of their way to help their customers, and their work is excellent. Thank you Jo-Lea Automotive!

This is the second time I've used Jo-Lea's services. The first time the secretary was quite cold with clipped responses to my questions about service. When I was waiting over an hour for my car to be serviced, she didn't offer any updates of how much longer it would take. I chalked it up to her having a bad day. However, when I went back the second time for an exhaust repair service she had the same unwelcoming attitude. Almost 2 hrs after the start of my scheduled appointment I asked her politely for a status update, at which time she said the work was done. I can't confirm whether she forgot to let me know. I also found grease on the interior of my car from the mechanic after the keys were given back to me. Unfortunately the service with a smile was not given on both occasions, leading me to search for another service provider for next time.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Dropped my car off in the AM, walked to work, worked all day, picked it up on the way home. Asked for new brakes because the vehicle was braking funny, and instead of replacing anything, they cleaned/fixed a jammed caliper, saying that the brake pads were fine. Went in expecting to pay a few hundred, ended up paying $90. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing service and incredibly quick!Had a full exhaust done on my 2004 Toyota Camry and it was done in only a couple of days. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! A first time customer, I brought in a 2002 Toyota Avalon. I often feel I must explain this low milage car, which is in great condition overall because it's an very old model. From the time I walked in and heard "Hello, how can we help you today?" and all the interactions that followed, this was a fantastic experience. I felt heard - about he car's check engine and VSC light, about the car's age, and about my connection to the car. Like stepping back in time when the customer and great service was paramount. Great car wash! I brought my car here after driving accross the country. There was a ton of dog hair and the entire car smashed with bug guts. The guys did a great job at washing the exterior and taking special attention the nooks of the car to get all the hair and dirt out. Very friendly and really appreciate their work!

07 CLK350 soft top came apart at the seam. Received a quote to replace the top. The job took approximately 8 days and I must say I am completely satisfied with the work done. I am able to open and close the top manually and remotely. Back in business with my ride. Not to mention that I was informed of the progress while waiting. I would not hesitate to do business with Jo-Lea automotive or recommend a friend.

I took my SUV for a full car wash and, I came back with my friends car to get it detailed and washed. One is a Acura RDX and and one is a Acura ILX. Great job on both vehicles

Very unprofessional. After having them work or a few of my vehicles I will not go back. The mechanic yelled at me disrespectfully because I asked a question to get more information...someone said he had a bad day .he never apologized. .he then lied about ordering parts. They put me on hold and hung up on me twice....after leabmving me in limbo a week....never let me know when parts would be in. I'm assuming never. Never felt so lied to and disrespected. Time to move on where customers are valued

A small place but a diamond in the ruff, with 100% professional car Tech's. Some of which have over 30 yrs. in experience with cars of all classifications. This is my number one go to car shop & much better than the actual Toyota Dealers who in my opinion are thieves. I ve taken my car for service (including a few major repairs) to Jo-Lea a few times, always happy with the results. Yesterday I took my car in after the brake rotor scraped the pavement after the car slipped off the jack while trying to change my tire. They fixed the issue (a bent dust protector), inspected the tire (needs replacement), did not try to sell me 4 new tires, and sent me on my way with a smile. I have trusted Jo-Lea with my vehicles for over 20 years. Service is always fast and friendly ( I have dropped in for an oil change or a warning light and they have taken my car right away and fixed it while I waited).
