Needed a battery, have purchased here before because they do free installs. This time, the kid looks it up in the computer (I still have same car) and now he says they can't install for me because computer has to be reset or some garbage. Maybe he was being lazy. They installed the battery that was in the car. Ridiculous. Had to go buy a ratchet extension that I didn't want to buy to install it myself. Decent price for the battery though, and they knocked off 20 bucks because it lasted 9 months less than it was supposed to have lasted. Install was quick once I had the right tools.

So helpful! After my windshield wiper flew off my car last weekend, I purchased a new one at AutoZone today. An associate named Joseph was incredibly helpful in helping me choose the correct one and showed me how to install it! Thank you!

The only reason I returned was because I purchased my original battery from them. None of the Salesman were knowledgeable. They couldn't replace my battery. They said they don't install batteries anymore. Next time I will go to Advance Auto. They do everything. Auto Zone lost my business.

I am a long time AutoZone customer, and this store finally made me sit down and write a review. Got to share how absolutely awful the service often is in this particular store. I understand it s hard to find and maintain qualified people in this type of business, but one should ask how low is finally low enough. I will avoid this store going forward, and heck maybe drive five minutes further to Napa or Advance, which they both have better more courteous and helpful staff or at least not as rude and unprofessional as these guys.

I was here back on February 22nd, the clerk at a gas station told me my headlight was out and I was on my way to a concert at the Paramount it was extremely cold that night and I was having trouble changing a lightbulb. I went inside and ask for help and without hesitation Chris came out and helped me change the bulb

The best AutoZone in the area! I was in a bind and the staff helped me even though they were short staff. The sales associate went above and beyond for me and ensured my car was working before I left their location. Best staff in Westchester County.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!. They refused to honor the warranty on a premium battery I purchased there about a month ago. The battery did not hold a charge even after my mechanic replaced all parts that would otherwise cure the problem. AutoZone said if the battery takes a charge, that is all that is necessary for it to be considered a good battery and to not have to replace it, no matter how many times I return with it dead. They will put it on a charge at the store, and if it takes it, it is a good battery even though it will only hold it for 12 to 24 hours. VERY FRUSTRATING!! Lost a regular customer with this kind of customer service. Many other choices in the area.

I ordered a part via the AutoZone website as it said that it was in stock and immediately after placing and paying for my order I received an email saying that it was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by Cyan who just hung up the phone with another customer who was apparently waiting for an order and she said that she d reach out to the driver as the part was still at the hub. I told her that I was there to pick up an order that I placed online. She asked how it was placed, I told her by me on my phone and I showed her the confirmation email. Needless to say she still asks me my vehicle information which I gave her and types it in as if I were just walking in to the store, completely ignoring my confirmation number from the online transaction. Then, low and behold, we re out of stock. We have them at the hub and they can be here in a couple of hours. As I told her I wanted to cancel the transaction she asked another employee how to cancel a transaction. Before he did he asked what my part and order number were. Going the extra step of actually looking on the shelves right behind where Cyan was standing he located the part I ordered already pulled waiting for me to pick up. It seems as though deny, deny, deflect is something that is practiced quite well at this store. Maybe retrain, retrain, actually look for the part should be practiced. First and last time in this location.

Terrible associates. Don't know if they are all like that though. Went there to buy muffler tail and there were two ladies and a young guy who seems not to know their stuffs but were rude. The only AutoZone I visited with such kind of behavior. The one in Greenburg, Tarrytown road in New York is the best. If you want some real help and good customer service, please go there.

Horrible experience. I was approached by a salesperson who answered the phone while I was in mid sentence and stayed on for 15minutes! Beside higher prices, terrible service and little inventory, there are better choices less than five minutes up the same road. Definitely skip this place for auto supplies!!!!

YOU GUYS SUCK!I was just there. I patiently waited for assistance. One person was waiting on the woman ahead of me. the other person was doing something on another computer and totally ignored me. The owner came in and he proceeded to help ith the woman in front of me. I waited patiently. That woman left. I stepped up to the counter and proceeded to tell the sales person what I needed. She started to look it up on the computer. The owner asked a question and she stopped to respond to him then another employee came to the counter an started talking to her and have her sign something!It is obvious to me that at Auto Zone the customer does not come first. I drove up to Advanced Auto and got what I needed.I am done with Auto Zone!Joe Agosta

They seem to have more things than other auto parts store on the shelves are always stocked. I changed my first post and it and really good auto parts store. I think there going to be around for a long time.

My family and I stayed at Dunecape Villas not to far from here. My sister in law and her family were staying at this location. It far from the beach!! Everything else looked ok.

I was told my part was gonna be there at a specific time, so I set my appointment with my mechanic n here I am still waiting for my part which has s three hours late.. for ur money n peace of mind, just continue to to to bridge auto n advance auto at the beach.. wasted a day waiting with no answers just excuses

Customers service Zero!!! When I went into the store the workers did not acknowledg'd I was there for over 5 min the guy on the computer did not care that there were customers in the store! If I could I would give this store ZERO STARS...
