It is usually very clean and well stocked. You can almost anything you need same day if not usually next day at worst. Sometimes if you cant wait they will try to find it at another location. Prices are decent. The staff is very polite and helpful. Alot of their parts have a guarantee that let's you get one free replacement( axles for example).

This place it the greatest. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, they install batteries in ur car when you buy a new, window wipers too. I bought a review mirror and got home but we couldn't get it too fit. I returned minutes later and the young lady helped me with no hesitation. I love this place.

Honestly the worst advanced I've ever been to. Minus the manager, most unhelpful staff. Waited for 10 minutes expecting help as one employee handed my matter to another. Turns out he was just wasting time. Useless

Very unprofessional service. Went to purchase windshield washer fluid listed at 5.49 each 2nd one half off. The product was rang up at 5.99 and when I quest the difference in price I was given an attitude by the cashier. Asked for a refund and went to autozone instead.

Returned an item here and never got our money back and it has been a while. I have went to the bank and filed a claim but the store lied and said that they never received the product. I am not surprised everyone there is not the brightest.

Walked in asking for a free battery test. Was told by the employee that he can't go outside- with an attitude. Had to go to autozone instead where they were staffed with more people and were friendlier. Got my battery replaced in 20minutes and was on the road again. Thanks advance.

They have great service, as in the staff actually know what they're talking about. The selection of parts/products is huge, like another review said, they try to get you the part and if they can't they recommend a place to go. They also have a cart with stuff on it that is for sale, when I go here I end up buying something from it.

I ve came here multiple times and never had a problem but I asked for info on a new car the employee looked it in the computer and provided me with the wrong part when I came back to exchange it they didn t help me at all even though the store had the lights on and we re still inside just chilling the manger was rude and did kept repeating the same thing I didn t like the way I was treated HIS EMPLOYEE PROVIDED WRONG INFO AND STILL REFUSED TO HELP ME

Great for last minute things but they don't have alot of things in stocks it usually needs to be ordered.

Excellent service no questions asked if something needs to be addressed very professional and courteous I have been dealing with the managers there for a while and they have been nothing but accommodating to my business highly recommend

It's just another place to where you purchase auto parts, if they have them on stock. Nothing special about it. One can get misinformation, like my wife did on a product similar to WD-40, which brings a plastic stick to reach hard to get rusty and nuts. She was told that the companies stop attaching the plastic piece on spray cans, but the can cap, had the grub for the stick as traditionally. All that just to make a sale?

Avoid at all cost especially when the tall white guy, spanish and black lady are working.. We asked for help and she was like I can't look it up.. She claims pushers for the trunk are universal but they sale it by car's make. I will give a zero but only have a 1. UNFRIENDLY, MISERABLE AND UNHELPFUL.

Always respected, always receive courtesy, not once has a subordinate ever try to intimidate me inside or outside of this establishment, and because of the overall demeanor of Auto zone and its staff is why I choose to do business here and its sister stores.

That place went to hell when they transferred Robert Fenty to another store. But recently they brought him back!! The store has been returned to its awesomeness of the days of old. No need to shop anywhere else.

I was greeted at the door and immediately helped. Asked for my car info and told me where product I needed would be. Same guy checked me out quickly too.

They always have what we need and if it needs to be ordered, it comes the next morning if not later that same day! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

They know their stuff and can get you any parts you need , mostly the same day, overnight in the worst case. Returns are easy.

They have a variety of parts you can buy the cheapest part to the top of the line parts which most auto dealers don't have
