Great experience here. As a female we get manipulated at a lot of these places and they were very honest and straight to the point but didn t try to make me pay right away for things they pointed out and just that I should get it done soon. Usually I am being told I have to get something fixed right away meanwhile I just wanted an oil change and next thing I know I m spending 100s. They were quick and efficient.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

The owner Joe is FANTASTIC!! He s not only a great mechanic, but he picked my truck up while I was at work and returned it before I got off!! Who does that?? Trust me this is the place for all your auto repairs. His service is personal and I love that!!

It is very difficult to find an honest mechanic who really wants to help you out with the best possible approach. Yet the owner of Precision Auto is a person I would trust for he is sincere, ethical, and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

First time using Precision. The owner Joe and his staff are great. I arrived early for my appointment and i was taken right in. I was out before my actual appointment time. I waited for the service and I know I was holding Joe up from his daily routine but we had a great chat about whatever came to mind. He bought the business from a man with a solid reputation and he will surely conduct his business with the same precision.Service: Auto maintenance

I recently had an issue with my car's headlight and needed it fixed as soon as possible. I stumbled upon precision car repair shop and decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in, Joe was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did they quickly fix my headlight, but they also offered to give me a ride to the gym while my car was being repaired. I was extremely impressed with their level of customer service and appreciation for my time.The repair itself was done efficiently and at a fair price. When it was time to pick up my car, joe and his stuff even offered to take me back to the gym and pick me up after my workout was finished. I was blown away by their willingness to go above and beyond for a customer.I highly recommend this car repair shop. They not only provided excellent service, but they also made the process as convenient and stress-free as possible. I have been searching for an honest and skilled auto mechanic for over a year. I finally found a place.Joe has been awesome! He is very patient, knowledgeable, and extremely honest, helpful and reasonable with the prices.If you are searching for an auto mechanic, that won't rip you off, does great work, for a great price and has an excellent crew... you found the guys you need. Ford Explorer XLT 2016 with 76,000 miles.Water Pump replacement. For those who don't know the complexity of the job of changing the water pump on the 2016 Ford Explorer, the "Magnificent Engineers" from Ford decided to install the water pump inside the engine that is drive by the timing chain, yes the timing chain of the vehicle. An over 13 hrs. job that make you remove the air intake and front cover for the timing chain, the timing chain without move the engine timing to then remove the water pump. Today is been exactly 7 days after Jose did that repair. The car is working fine with no issue. Proving to me that his Precision Auto repair shop have what is need to deliver to their customers a high quality service and knowledge. The repair was fast and accurate. A very fair an affordable price compared with the quote Ford Dealer nearby Peral River offer to me as well as comments from other colleagues. But what I take a most with me is the opportunity to have met Jose. Bad attitude when blocking the side street. Parked a truck across the roadway blocking it as I was coming down. I asked if they can back up a little so I can get by. They said I can find another way around and would not move.
