My visit to the Pearl River Kwik Lube was a refreshing experience after an abysmal, nearly 2 hour oil change/tire rotation at a Jiffy Lube (I should have known better, but how could it possibly take that long?). I was in the area and had about an hour and a half to kill. Dropped by the Kwik Lube for an oil change, but they didnt have my car's special oil filter. They directed me to the nearby auto parts shop and I returned about 20 mins later. They got me right in, informed me that my cover plate for the oil drain pan was missing screws (maybe the poor soul at the Jiffy Lube spent the 2 hours trying to find it). Also, the techs informed me of a small leak coming from my main seal that I should keep an eye on. The oil change went quick and I appreciated the techs knowledge and helpfulness. Afterwards, I still had 45 minutes to kill until my appointment. The experiece makes me want to move into the area to make this my local oil change place!

Oil change was indeed very quick, cruised in with no line and was out in 15. Coming from nyc (where they never want you in the work area) i found the setup to be funny, since you drive into a narrow space and sit in your car while they change your fluids.

I only needed coolant topped off. THE NICEST GUY!!!!! topped me off. Another sweetheart vacuumed the trees worth of leaves (I park in my garage. I don t know how I had so many leaves.) under my hood. And then, nothing. No charge. No add on. No you need something else (that I didn t need). I m obsessed with this place! I made my husband go back the same day.

Great service, they checked my car out free of charge to give me accurate advice of where I need to take it next to get fixed. Really appreciate it! Thank you guys! I will be sure to come back when I need to get other services done with my car!!

Kwik lube is just what you'd expect. In and out in about 14mins... the manager is most friendly. Service is perfect!

Very busy winter Saturday with a line down the road. Worth the wait. Little more expensive for oil change, but they were very efficient and thorough. Included a car wash.

Don't have to get out of the car. Have Mobil 1 at a good price and you get a free car wash. The employees are on the ball and very nice.
