If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I should have this place reported to the better business beurau after what we found out yesterday.. Came here just last June to have my husbands work done on his truck, spent just over $2,100 here because Joe was 'helping us out on the price' to find out he screwed us over instead. Took our money, told us they did the work needed including redoing all the breaks, lines & parking break cable yet come to find out (even though we only drove it about 1,000 miles since) that the work he did was not in fact done. The parking break cable was rusted out still and still snapped yet left in. Absolutely disgusting that we drove so far to also have them pass inspection without this being corrected!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE & DEFINITELY DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A DIME UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE LYING TO YOU TELLING YOU THAT WORK WILL GET DONE JUST FOR IT TO NOT ACTUALLY BE DONE AND BE OVER CHARGED FOR IT!!

Did an amazing job on my new complete front end work, handles perfectly.... Nobody else would touch my 30-year-old classic and you stepped right up.....Thank you for your help......

Where do I start. I took a 2007 Infinity to them to be fixed. Yeah we can fix it. First attempt to get it right failed. That was $1,300 gone. After bringing it back I was told the car had a evap leak. So wondering what this would cost I ask Joe. He says how much is a rubber hose $5. I'm thinking cool he has it figured out. Surprise! Wham you owe us another $900. I say $900 more dollars. Joe replied we had to do this and that. So I pay the $900. Within 5 miles of the shop check engine light comes on again. Any real mechanic would not touch what they cannot fix. At the very least if they do be willing to split the price of the attempted repair. Stay far away from this shop! Complete scammer

This place is horrible business i brought my car in for tire installation and my front tire was wobbling so bad it felt like it was going to fall off i also went for brake pad change and my brakes were sticking which forced me to bring my car to a shop in schenectady where i feel uncomfortable going but they took care of the problems . DONT GO HERE IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD !!

The most recent visit I made to this shop will be the last. A few Fridays back, I brought in my vehicle for an inspection. A man I assume was the owner went outside and took a quick look at it, came back in, and told me that it wasn t going to pass because the check engine light was on. His attitude was absolutely unbelievable. Yes, sir. I understand that. Why do you think I have it here? For my health? He said he didn t have time that day to do any troubleshooting (can t understand why because his lot was empty), but he d give me a temp 10-day paper making it legal to drive until I could schedule an appointment. $21 for absolutely nothing. I brought it to another shop that following Monday and there were NUMEROUS safety issues that further failed inspection, NONE of which this guy mentioned. I doubt he even noticed them. One of my front tires was completely rotted out on the inside. My headlight was damaged (the result of a collision with a deer) and not attached where it needed to be directly underneath the hood. The rotor on my other front tire was damaged. That mechanic let me leave his lot with a vehicle that wasn t road safe. Who knows what he s missing on other people s vehicles? I wouldn t recommend anyone patronize this business.

I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. The mechanic claimed the brakes were sticking and it needed calipers. I thought it was odd as there was no indication prior to bringing it in. Pads, rotors, calipers, brake hose were all replaced and $900 later my brake pedal sinks nearly to the floor and pulls the vehicle sharply to the left when applied. I brought this to the owners attention and his response was "well you need an alignment". I explained it only pulls left when I apply the brakes and it does not need an alignment. At this point he was nervously shaking and trembling. He started insulting me cussing at me and even offered to settle this out in the street. Very unprofessional. Very poor work done. Unnecessary work done. This guy lied right to my face so many times during my brief visit I lost count. While waiting one customer came in because the exhaust they installed earlier in the week was clanking around under their car. Another customer came in with a hydraulic hose that the garage put the wrong fitting on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE.

Great staff. Eager to explain in detail what needs 2 be done and why. Im pleased to know that the car my daughter drives is repaired properly. NO SHORTCUTS.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! The mechanic and the guy at the desk were down right rude. The mechanic seemed to be just angry and annoyed the whole time. When I was talking to him he was shaking his head the time. He might as well of been rolling his eyes. I wouldn't even give these people a penny. I imagine if they don't like there customers the would rip them off every chance they get. I'm glad I avoided it.

Excellent place. Very knowledgeable. Treats women as intelligent human beings. Joe has worked hard to get me an expensive part (rear drive axel) for as cheap as he could find to pass the savings to me. He was also very honest and asked if I wanted to do an expensive fix on a car that was getting older and would "start nickel and diming" me. That honesty before doing an expensive fix (instead of just taking my money) will make me a customer for life!(And did I mention how awesome it is that I am female and was treated with complete respect!!?!)

Edit: had to bring my Jetta to a midas wheel balance was off in the front .5 oz on the inside and 1.5oz off on the outside. Tires were never balanced properly by this garage..Original reviewTook my 14 Jetta to this shop to get 4 sumitomo ice edge tires mounted for the winter season. After this service I experienced steering wheel wobble at highway speeds and a loud worrying hum from the rear tires. At first I thought these winter tires were just prone to road noise. BUT after further investigation I realized the rear tires were on the car incorrectly. The snow tires have a directional tread and need to be mounted correctly according to the markings on the tire. After bringing my car back and speaking to the owner (Joe) I explained my issue and explained that I was frustrated with the service and asked for a partial rebate. After asking for a rebate he began to yell and say "this is a common occurrence" and " I (the customer) am not perfect either" I did not get any rebate on the $65 I spent for this service. As customers we place trust on a mechanic to do the job correctly the first time, had the bearings been damaged or the tires burst due to this mistake my family lives would have been put in jeopardy.I thought I had found a good rural local garage with reasonable ownership to get work done on my car post warranty but I will be looking for another garage going forward. If this is a common reason customers bring their cars back to this garage it should be double or triple checked before giving the keys back to the customer. If you've read this far I recommend taking a second look at all work on your vehicle if possible before leaving the 1st time.

Went to work for the guy never took my name number or any personal information. Didn t like the vibe after 2 days working so I decided not to take job now he s blowing me off and won t pay me. Real profession that Joe guy

Closed when stated to be open, they were closed and had no way to call to find out if they were open. Nit a good a good place to go in a pinch

Lack of communication. Felt rushed. My keys came back to me with the unlock button missing. I asked what happened and they said that s how I left the keys to them.
