My experience with Patterson Auto Body was fantastic. From the time of my first call they got the ball rolling right away. My car was fixed in 6 days!They even detailed and cleaned inside and out. Thank you Michelle and Stephanie for your help and professionalism. Thank you to James for the excellent quality of work and for towing my car to and from the dealership to have my mirror calibrated. I would recommend Patterson Auto Body to anyone I know.

I brought my car in for a simple balancing of the tires. My first drive in the highway the car shakes. When I called to state that the job was performed incorrectly, I was told that the speed limit is 55, and they do not balance above that. That could not be more incorrect, the state speed limit is 65. I m not sure about you, but I don t drive 65.Advice, seek repairs from someone else!

Warning: Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Experience at Patterson Auto Body Rating: 1/5I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Patterson Auto Body the day before Thanksgiving 2023 and feel compelled to share my cautionary tale with potential customers. My visit to this auto body shop for a routine fluid change turned into a nightmare that I never anticipated.During the service, my perfectly running vehicle mysteriously developed additional issues after leaving Patterson Auto Body. To my dismay, I discovered that the mechanic had broken my radiator during a standard fluid change. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, I was charged for the entire radiator replacement without any refund or discount offered for this replacement.Adding insult to injury, Patterson Auto Body failed to provide me with a loaner vehicle during the extended repair period. I had no choice but to rent a vehicle for a week while they addressed the problems they caused. Throughout this ordeal, the owner(s) did not make any attempt to contact me, leaving me in the dark about the status of my vehicle and the repair process.To make matters worse, when I called post holiday to discuss the lack of compensation for the significant repair with the owner, James Byron, he attempted to pass the responsibility to the service manager, who lacked the authority to address the issue. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the integrity of Patterson Auto Body.It's disheartening to learn that locals are already aware of the dishonest practices at Patterson Auto Body and their owners. Unfortunately, as a non-local, I had to learn the hard way. I strongly advise anyone seeking auto body services to consider reputable alternatives such as Stan's Auto Body, J&J Automotive (Joe is honest) or Twin County Collision, which are highly regarded by locals who value honesty and reliability.In summary, my experience at Patterson Auto Body was marked by incompetence, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. Save yourself the frustration and potential financial loss by choosing a more trustworthy auto body shop in the area.

I came in for an oil change and inspection and everything went very smoothly. The waiting area was nice, got a free coffee (hazelnut my favorite) from the gas station attached to the shop, and the building offers free WiFi. They had a few recommendations for my car at the end of the appointment which I had questions about. I felt that as a woman, the man spoke to me in almost a fatherly way when I didn't understand something. I felt like I got a lesson in cars and not in any way talked down to because I'm a woman. He gave me the rundown of an order of importance for the repairs. Luckily nothing is extremely urgent but I feel good knowing I have a few months before I should plan for the next service. I even spoke to the young lady in the waiting area and she was kind, funny and personable. Highly recommend this shop! I was observing all the other employees while waiting and their interactions with other customers and they were respectful of everyone.

NYS Inspections seem to be always scheduled for 8 to ten days. I don't understand why. I worked as an Automotive Technician in Brooklyn, NY for 21 years, and now I work at a shop in Connecticut, I saw appointments and drive ins with no appointments get their State Inspection done immediately. I think that can be improved upon, especially since I live 45 seconds away.

Everyone was friendly. They knew what they were doing and kept me informed snd clearly let me know what my options were. The waiting area was pleasant and I was able to get work done while I waited. There was even free coffee from a coffee bar while you waited!

Patterson Auto Body has been in this Community for Decades. The staff is kind courteous and knowledgeable on every aspect of your vehicle. I had a great experience and they explained everything prior to the appointment. I will be using them in the future and I highly recommend them in yours as well. Just call for yourself and you will be as pleased as I am with the care and quality they provide.

I just had my Subaru Ascent repaired there. The staff is super friendly, the work was flawless, and they take care of everything from securing a rental to speaking with your insurance. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience with Patterson Auto Body. I got hit by a careless driver while I was stopped at a stop sign and the thought of dealing with the damage to my car while getting care for my injuries was a bit overwhelming, until two friends who had great experiences with Patterson Auto Body recommended that I take my car there. I'm so glad I did. Jim Byron, the proprietor of Patterson Auto Body, and front desk manager Michelle, were so friendly and helpful. They made everything easy to deal with and the work done on my car was meticulous. My car looks good as new. They even cleaned the interior before returning the car to me. Consummate professionals. No one wants to have to have autobody repairs done. But if you have to fix your car, Patterson Autobody is the place to go. They are professional, good communicators, and their work is impeccable. We have needed their services three times (rear-ended on highway, wife's car hit in a parking lot, son's headlight clipped by a deer's hoof). All were done smoothly and well. Nothing is cheap when it comes to car repairs, but they did all the work with the insurance company. And for one of the repairs, they got us the loaner car right from their premises. Highly recommend.

They truly are incredible. Their staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the mechanics are fantastic! They always go above and beyond to keep you satisfied and coming back. I had originally just planned on doing a repair with them because I had never used them before, but now I go to them for EVERYTHING! I can't recommend them enough

No previous experience with Patterson Auto Body but needed body work twice over last 3 years including a major collision that caved in the side of my van requiring to weld in and finish a new side panel and replacement of the van sliding door and glass. Paintwork is superb. In both cases they worked very well with the insurance adjuster and the resulting repairs were absolutely like new!. Highly recommend as the first place to stop for body estimates and collision repair.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot thank James and his team at Patterson Auto Body enough. Fortunately, I just happened to pull into their shop after getting into an accident just up the road. Throughout the entire process, James advised the best way to proceed and helped the best he could even with all of my extra requests. They are one of few shops still around that will go out of their way to put their customers first and make things right. As for the quality of work, they did not cut any corners and results show it.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!Not only were they concerned aboutMy car; they were highly concerned that I was able to get to two and back from there shop.If I had to rate the service department on a 1 to 10 I would give them an 11. Billie and Tyler were excellent and professional to deal with. Just wanted to give a shout out to Patterson Auto Body for the work done on my car recently. I had body work done on the right side of my car which was caused by an "altercation" with a guard rail in pitch black darkness.... that said.. They were great, communicative and fully transparent in what needed to be done. James and his team (including Michelle at the front desk) are friendly, helpful and informed. The best thing, was being able to get a rental car right there. Everything except my deductible, was covered by insurance. Oh yes and they returned my car to me absolutely sparkling too! All good! Had to get my hood repaired on my brand new car, after kids in the lake had damaged it with rocks. Michelle and Jim were so kind, everything was done quickly with my estimate and fixing it. They did a perfect job. Paint job was on point and looks like original factory paint. They do extremely great quality work. Can t thank them enough!Service: Body & Trim

Long story short... estimate of $250 turned out to be a revised estimate of $2000!!! Really. Plus they agreed to call before they went ahead but did not. Admitted it was their mix up but refused to take any money off. Never again.I read your reply to my review and find it wanting. Pretty poor in my mind... "it was the rains fault."The car was finished at Stan's Auto body for $466. Your estimate to finish the job was many times higher. I stand by my review.Service: Painting
