Tier 1 Collision is the best! They have become my go to shop for body work after my experience with them! Got my driver side door dented in and scratched, emailed them for a quote and got a quick response, had my car repaired by the end of the week! Anthony and his crew is super friendly and makes sure you're informed every step of the way! They did an awesome job, you can't even tell there was ever any damage. Will definitely be back in the future for other work, need be!

All I can say is that Tier1 is awesome! My SUV looked like someone had taken a can opener to the side of the vehicle after a large truck rammed into me. I decided to go with Tier1 after seeing Yelp reviews and lots of before and after pictures of other vehicles. I thought that no one could be that good! Well, he is! My SUV looks and drives like brand new vehicle.Curtis and his staff are very professional, kept me updated on the progress of repairs and paid attention to every tiny detail to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive.Thank you guys for putting my mind at ease. You did an outstanding job!

Don't try to get hired here, they're rude and will waste your time. Have you come down for the interview and wait till you show up to tell you the hiring manager left for the day and they need to call you Monday to reschedule. To never calling you on Monday and having an attitude with the interviewee for calling out the unprofessionalism

Top notch work, Anthony is awesome. Unexpectedly, I needed to find a local auto body shop. I came across Tier 1 Collision. They are extremely pleasant to deal with, non-pressuring and honest. They do great work and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs auto body work done. They quoted me 2 weeks repair time and were able to get me in and out in only a week and a half. I had my rear panel done over and it looked like a brand new truck when it was done. Paint job was perfect. When I was there and needed a rental they took care of it for me and I was on my way in minutes. They do an amazing job. I wouldn't go anywhere else again. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I found Tier 1 Collision Center on Angeislist and let me tell you they were very professional and did a great job in repairing my vehicle after a rear end collision. They were prompt, were honest with estimates and kept in touch with me during the entire process. I would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back in the future for any repairs on my vehicle. Thank you A+++

A big fear is spending time to go to an auto body shop and not getting an honest opinion, or getting outrageous quotes. The team here is courteous and honest. Fair pricing and good timely service. I brought my car in to repair some dents prior to turning my BMW lease in. Car looks like new. Highly recommend.

Excellent work, excellent service. As other people have said, you can't tell the car was in an accident--and this is after the front end was seriously damaged. They took care of getting us a rental car, as well. Extremely patient with us as we took some time deciding which shop we wanted to use for the repairs. But, after checking out the compeition this shop won us over hands down. Very rare that I can recommend anyone in the auto field this highly.

Tier 1 did a great job, I am very enthusiastic about this repair center. I was sideswiped on the driver side, needing replacement of the rear-view mirror and also repainting because of scratches on the driver-side door and fender. Tier 1 made everything look better than new. Even more important -- I had previously called FIVE auto body shops to come in for an estimate, and all of them said I would have to wait days (one shop even said three weeks). I finally called Tier 1 -- and I was there the next morning for an estimate. This is definitely the place to go. The entire staff is great, friendly, efficient. When you walk in, you know this thing is going to be handled properly

This was the most professional car experience I ever had. The tier one staff took care of all the arrangements including insurance calls and a rental car. My fathers car left there in better than showroom condition. These guys are the best in the business.

This was the third time we brought our vehicle into Tier 1 Collision Center. This business, its employees and Curtis impressed us so much that I am writing a review (which I rarely do). They fixed the car which had a side impact on passenger side from a passing van to like new condition. Excellent workmanship!

5 stars. I broke off the passenger side rear view mirror on my car and needed to get it fixed ASAP. I took my car to this shop. Ray was a very nice guy and fixed the mirror within a day. He was even nice enough to give me a ride back home. Ray purchased this business recently and I know the shop did not have a great reputation prior to him taking ownership.

I am impressed with the results. I am a very particular (usually dealership only) type of girl and after examining closely for 2 days I have not found any issues. I had minor scratches and a bent rear quarter panel it took 5 days to repair. When I picked my vehicle up upon completion everything was perfect..They even detailed it for me! So the work is a 5 stars and nothing less of an A+.

As you can imagine, I was quite distressed and upset after being sideswiped in my new car, but Anthony and the team at Tier 1 Collision processed everything quickly and with great care. Anthony arranged a rental, walked me through the process from beginning to end, and made what was otherwise a difficult situation very manageable and convenient. I'd highly recommend Tier 1 to anyone needing good quality work in a professional atmosphere.

When my car, had an unfortunate encounter with another car Costco parking lot a few weeks ago, I was understandably distraught.I was even more distraught when I learned after getting several quotes from auto body shops for the bumper that it could cost anywhere in the neighborhood of $600 - $900 to get fixed.Unsatisfied with paying almost $1,000 for a brand new bumper when mine was still perfectly functional and just needed some TLC, I yelped auto body shops and Tier 1 Collision Center appeared, along with glowing reviews.As soon as I pulled up to the little shop that's just across from 7-11 on the corner of Roxborough Ave, Anthony himself emerged from the garage, shook my hand and asked what was wrong with my baby. When he then took a look at her, popped the bumper back into alignment, wiped the paint scratches from the other car off and gave me a quote for $380, which he proceeded to knock down to $300 right on the spot, I was sold.I dropped it off for him during lunch one day, with the expectation he'd be done in three days. He called me at the end of the second day saying it would be ready at noon the following day. I was out of town then, but he had no problem keeping my car until I returned the following week, and not only was she fixed as if she'd never had her bumper crunched, she was clean and shiny inside and out.I can't sing Tier 1 and Anthony's praises high enough. He was far and away the most empathetic, friendly and all around nice guy I dealt with throughout the painful ordeal of fender bender to quotes to fixed and done.If you need any autobody work of any kind, please, please, PLEASE go to Tier 1 for a quote from Anthony. You won't be disappointed - trust me.

Sneaky lying scum, all their reviews must be from friends and relatives. Missing badges and trim pieces after my "repairs". Over-spray on door seals, no paint on parts that were prepped, still in primer. Removed expensive OEM pieces and put on cheap Chinese replacements. It was an insurance job so these scumbags wanted to make as much profit as possible and screw me on the deal. On top of that, it took them almost 2 months just to do the repair (which was only door damage) and stuck me with the additional costs on my rental car even though it was totally out of my control.

Found these guys from all the 5 star reviews on yelp, angieslist and here. The owner Curtis was really helpful and friendly. Guided me on how the whole process with insurance works, and informed me of things I should watch out for when talking to my insurance company. Excellent customer service, and of course the repairs were flawless as well. I'm a customer for life.

Ray, the new owner, is absolutely AMAZING. I will not be taking my car anywhere other then him ever again! Extremely professional, and he went above and beyond out of his way for me, BEFORE HE EVEN HAD MY CAR! And that courtesy continued even after I picked my car up!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

If I could give this disgusting place a minus 5 stars I would. I just got my car back after 34 days these incompetent people had my car and they not only didn't fix my car properly, I'm missing pieces that were there when I sent my car in. None of my lining in my trunk is fastened down with all nuts and bolts missing, my car Jack is missing. I had to call them to find out what was going on after Anthony telling me it's the insurance company, I spoke to the insurance company and he was just trying to get more money out of them. These guys are nothing but scam artists. My trunk won't close unless I push down on it. I'm disgusted and hope these people don't get any more good hard working and honest people for hard earned wages.. I will now be contacting my lawyer and dealing directly with insurance company so thank you so much Anthony for not fixing my car! I'll be writing to the Better Business Bureau and you will absolutely positively be hearing from our lawyer Don't go to this place it's terrible. It's funny they have a slogan in their office that says meeting the nicest people one accident at a time that may be true but they forgot to tell you how they take advantage of these nice is people please I hope you can hear this and read what I say so therefore you or nobody else gets hurt the way my family and I did

The owner Ray is awesome, had him do 2 jobs for me and both were done right and on time. Very responsive and helpful with the insurance process. Will be back if I need anything done to my car again

I just picked up my car from Tier 1 after an unfortunate accident and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only was the staff friendly and professional, but they also got my car back to me quickly with the repairs done the right way. I would definitely recommend Tier 1 Collision Center!

Tier 1 and Ray were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did I receive a great price, but the work I needed was done perfectly and in 2 days. Yes, 2 days! An accident is a headache and frustrating, but Ray at Tier 1 really helped alleviate the inevitable stress that goes along with the process.

Was hesitant on other places on Long Island, based off previous experience but after finding this shop I wouldn t go any where else. The owner Ray is a great genuine guy and did an awesome job on my car. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with car wash. Very sloppy. They spraied brand new $70K dashboard with shinny wax including steering wheel. The grip its not there same anymore. Now it's not just shiny, it also smells. Never go there again.

I brought my car here after it was badly rear ended. Two days later I picked it up and couldn't even tell it was ever damaged. Fast, quality service! Highly recommended company!
