Yesterday My Service Soon Light Came On - I Called Fernando In Service - All I Said - W-T-F & Fernando said, Come Now - Me & my girl a 22 Ford Edge - (She) needed an oil change some fluids rotation of her tires checked her brakes,belts,hoses Yeah & my girl - (hollered) My Dip Stick Is In Check NEED I SAY MORE -

This place is terrible i would not recommend my worst enemy to FORD no customer service whatsoever and they had our car sitting in the service department for months and let it sit and rot and let parts go bad and tried to make us pay for it they are very irresponsible I would never buy a car from Fix On Road Daily again.. STAY AWAYYYY FROM FORD

BUYER BEWARE.....Horrible experience! Go ANYWHERE but here! They are liars and do not do anything they say they will! If you want to be lied to and ripped off by all means stop bye and ask for BILL. But If you work hard for your money and don't want to be taken advantage of.....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE AS CROOKED AS THEY COME! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFTY! THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! AND WILL LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOURS! BEEN REPORTED TO THE BBB MORE THAN 12 TIMES...THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING! WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I DELT WITH THIS NIGHTMARE! WORST! DO NOT GO!

They have good specialists but it's very hard to get appointments. They are over booked all the time.

One thing I don't like about the parts dept you could be in the middle of being waited on the phone rings they stop servicing you and take the phone order instead of putting them on hold sometimes for sereval minutes it should be first come first serve weather your in person or on the phone that's why I won't buy a vehicle from them
