They did what they said they were gonna do and a bit more. Chris M. the service advisor was awesome, informative, and a man of his word. Because of him, I ll continue using Stevens 112 Ford!!!

Took my truck in 6 weeks ago I kept calling and calling . Was given the run around. Lied to every day. After practically blowing my top, they took my truck to Lee Miles for a new transmission! Are you kidding me?Still do not have my vehicle! Now, 7 weeks and counting. Worst service department ever! I will be going to corporate and beyond to file a formal complaint and investigation with Ford regarding this dealership.Do not take your truck there for servicing you ve been warned.Service: Transmission

Fernando was amazing to my needs and got the brakes completed in my SUV in a quick and efficient manner. He also recognized a recall that needed to be completed, communicated during the whole process until the car was ready. Understaffed which leads to many problems. Thankful for the staff who are trying to make it better but some are rude and don't explain much and cause confusion. How long a car will take to be fixed, one saying it will be ready today then you find out (from having to keep calling for a pick up time) your parts are not even in yet. I avoid using the service dept even though I bought my car from there. Recently I had to go there due to a recall. Every time I've brought my car in for service there's been a problem, when I complain they say oh that mechanic is no longer working here. Ive heard that everytime.

As always service was excellent. Wish your sales department weren't such thieves and liars. Best of all no one cares. That's wjy I only go there gor service department. It's a notch above the rest . Your service manager is unbelievable. What a pleasure.

went for oil change first one and to fix a part that was ordered and they ordered the wrong e waited 6 mths for part . they tried to fix vent and now it makes more noise .
