I was in need of 2 tires, was on my way to a tire place and almost made it, 5 min away I had to pull over on Sunrise Hwy because my spare went flat. Triple A couldn't tow me for 2 hours and all the tire places would've been closed. I called Patchogue Discount Tires, was able to send my tire size in a picture and the owner sent his roadside service to change my 2 tires on the side of the road! Chris and his partner came in 20 min, took them 30 min to repair both tires, they set up cones, were very professional and gracious. The cost was $160+tax, I asked them to charge me $200 so they could both have a $20 tip and they charged my credit card right there, gave me a receipt. Was able to cancel the Triple A tow, drove off with 2 new tires and I'll be back to Patchogue Discount Tires for them to check my other tires as well. Wonderful customer service, great price and Roadside Service! Would recommend to anyone, they are located in Patchogue, NY.

Great prices and fast service. I have run flat tires on my car. They didn't have them. They ordered them for me and had them in 2 hours. As soon as they arrived, they changed my flat tire right away.

Very upset. Came and bought a used tire for 60 dollars on Sunday Saint Patty s Day. Today the tire I bought I just bought was low and the PSI was at 11. The tire looks like it was an older one they gave me was cracked. Will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. If you guys are going to charge 60 for a used tire, I would expect better, not leaking air less than 48 hours later! And no, I didn t hit any potholes or nails!!!!

Second time I got a tire patch here. The service is great. The price is good for the $10 they established they re busy and they re reputable. This is the to go place. They also have new and used tires and other services as well.

Went here like two months ago for a tire instead of a 65 they put a 60 and I brought two new tires today at another location and was told but the tire pricing is great but just unfortunate I wasn't told about it.

Came in today Very clean place so much tires. Chris and and young gentleman very kind people and useful and helpful but a old man Felix I think his name is very disrespectful I came to ask a question and he didn t say one second he put his hand in my face should take action for this type of respect

I could not be any happier with the service I received here. They are the friendliest, most caring service providers. I had a tire emergency and they were close to closing time and they said they would wait for me to get there! I mean, does it get better than that? It sure doesn t!

Bought 4 tires for my son's car and it was a very good experience! The place is organized and run with Great efficiency. I was treated great and was in and out as fast as could be possible while still doing a great job. I will definitely be back to Durango for all my tire needs. Thanks!

My daughter needed new tires on her car, we had shopped around to other places for quotes. This shop was not only reasonable and had her tire model. They were professional and efficient in putting on her tires in record time. Great prices, wonderful customer service, and hard-working staff! Will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend!

Did a great job fixing my flat. Other places I ve gone to are done in 2 min with a very simple cheap method. This place made sure my tire would last. Took it off the rim and did what ever they do on their machines. Very interesting to watch.Will be back

Good service!! Bought a used tire in great condition. Charged me 60 bucks. I didnt mind since the 4 prior shops didnt have my size and on a Sunday.

My car was making weird sound because of my tires I shop around for price and met Mahfuz and if I tell u it was the best experience I had.....tires almost new and the service was great...Juan was very good and friendly....recommend them 100%
