They should take custom exhaust off the list of services they provide. A simple muffler delete to would normally take 20-30 minutes took 2 hours. First the mechanic took an old exhaust manifold and cut a piece off and was going to weld that into my exhaust line instead of bending me a new pipe. Once I requested a new pipe that s when everything went downhill. It took this guy almost an hour and a half to get two Bends in a pipe. I ve been to a lot of exhaust shops before and this was by far my worst experience at one.Service: Exhaust

Needed Catalytic converters changed, Javier took care of everything along with oil Change. Actually whole thing was less then I thought, and he had job done a tuck back to me couple of days earlier then expected. Very good experience. I came here because it was recommended to me by my father. He said the owner was fair and honest with you and he was. Went through line by line with me on what I was getting, the price, and how long it would take. And the work they did was awsome! Had exhaust work done and now my f250 is quieter then ever before (I can actually hear my thoughts as I drive now). All and all I had a good experience and will probably think of them next time I need work done on my vehicles.

The young guy in the front his name i believe was Javier he was so helpful and the team they showed my why my car was making noises they explained everything. Javier was so polite he took his time making sure my car was getting the right parts. This guy belongs in the front his people skills are great he made me feel like i was at home would recommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

I came in thinking I needed to replace my alternator and battery, come to find out all I needed was my cabin air filter and engine air filter changed. They saved me lots of money and was honest with me the whole way through. Called two days ago to get a oil change, show up there this am and they don't have the oil. How do you make a appt with someone and then not have oil. call the auto parts store, stop being lazy, this is why your establishment does no business because your lazy

This was the worst experience ever! The man was rude. When we got the bill it was way more than advertised. The sign said oil change was 19.95. When we questioned it he told us we had synthetic oil. We asked didn't you tell us this before hand and he replied that people should know this. Really!!? If people knew then we would do our own oil changes. We go there expecting the shop to advise us in advance of anything that would effect the advertised price. He was very condescending and rude. I was told by other people who used this place that they did the same thing and worse. DO NOT use meineke on 112. They will break your car and then expect you to pay for the repairs. They have poor customer service skills and are complete crooks.Service: Oil change

Brought my truck in on a Saturday morning to have it looked at for muffler noise. As soon as I walked in the door they asked me how they could help me. I did not even get to sit down, when they brought my truck straight into the shop and put it on the lift. They showed me exactly where the noise was coming from and what needed to be done. Then they brought me over to the computer and showed me a complete cost breakdown of the parts that needed to be replaced including labor. No hidden costs. Upfront about everything. I was in and out within an hour. This place is run very efficiently. They did an excellent job on the repair. Highly recommended.

This is the best place I ve been too for an oil change, the guy behind the counter was very nice, I feel bad I cannot remember his name. But he kept me occupied as I waited for my car, and was great at holding a conversation which was enjoyable because otherwise I would have just sat on my phone the whole time. Service was fast and good and it s one of the only mechanic places that I ve been where they didn t try to swindle me in to buying a whole bunch of unnecessary things for my car or claimed that I needed like air filter changes. I was able to just go in and get an oil change and leave without feeling that they were being dishonest about things being wrong with my car. Any time I have brought my car to other mechanics or even the dealership where I get free oil changes, I have been told I need brake fluid cleaned or air filters put in or a bunch of other things I didn t really need. So it was nice to not have to call my dad to ask if these things were really needed. So. Even though I get oil changes for free at the dealership I purchased my car through, I m still going to come here and pay for them from now on because the experience was so pleasant. And on top of all of that, another customer who needed a new battery installed in their came had come in, and even though they didn t have the battery another employee there went out and picked up the battery for the customer, which I thought was an excellent display of how much they value they re customers and how willing they are to go above and beyond to be helpful and get people what they want and need. So I highly recommend this Meineke to anyone in the area!

The staff is welcoming, and were ready at my appointment time to begin work on the car. The work was done efficiently and finished within the time estimated. They did an excellent job. As always, I m very satisfied with the work done at the Meineke Car Care Center

I called and was able to get in for a front alignment a few hours later. They didn't rush the job and even retuned it after checking how it was riding. Front office staff was courteous and seems to really care about his business. Alignment seems good so far and hopefully it holds up and I'll be back for more work when I need it.

Scheduled my appointment online the night before at about 6pm for the following morning. Arrived right at the scheduled time, car was taken in approximately 15 minutes later. I don't know how to post a new review so this isn't from 3 years ago it's from June 16 2023, brought my car into meineke for transmission work that aamco in Patchogue messed up and meineke fixed it when a transmission shop that literally runs on fixing Transmissions. Can't make this up! They replaced the VSS and TSS. And fixed the speedometer when aamco gave the car back with the speedometer go up and down to the beat of the music,.maybe they thought it was a cool option? But meineke fixed everything and went further with fixing and electrical issues and didn't charge me for it. The owner is incredibly friendly and caring and is very committed to making everything to go smoothly he even brought the car to his other shop for the electrical repair and still didn't charge me. I will be using meineke for all my repairs. You can't find any good mechanics and when you do they charge incredible prices. Meineke is honest and reasonable, you are getting the best of both.

They knew exactly what was wrong and needed brakes rotors and calipers. The work was done within an hour which was great cause I was waiting that was waiting. They showed me parts that were worn down and it and explained every step as they were doing it. This is the 2nd Car that I have had breaks put in there and I always get my car inspected thereService: Auto brake repair

Great staff. The guys take the time to explain in detail what they are doing. Suggestions are recommended for maintenance. No pressure or aggressive sale pitches. I feel so comfortable that these gentleman will guide me in the right direction and not take advantage of my lack of auto mechanics knowledge. In fact, one of the guys educated me for one hour on auto maintenance. Great service!!!!

Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Work was done well in a timely manner. I was also quite impressed by their honesty. There were a couple of occasions when they could have charged me an exorbitant amount of money for something that turned out to be a minor repair, and I would not have known the difference.For all of the above reasons I would highly recommend this shop.
